I’m in a slave state; requires masks.
So I either wear; or, stay outside the of the business. Unfortunately, my wife believes this media narrative. She can’t fathom the evil that is behind the media’s blue screens; or indeed, sitting in many Governor’s seats
Not only does the State require masks; people are telling others to cover-up their noses. Everyone’s suddenly become a nose cop. A mass of mask cops?
The evidence is unquestionably revealing a undeniable political hoax.
Are the blind now trying to lead the seeing?

Been arguing with commenters on Farron Cousins (ultra left RT personality) youtube channel. It’s rampant orange man bad. Any thing Trump supports must be wrong. Driving home the thought that the way they end Trump’s reign is by ending the cv plandemic. All their arguments are to exacerbate and exaggerate the plandemic. Trump evil. Sweden evil. Japan all masks all day. No matter what they have an excuse to justify Gates’ entire agenda. On top of that, they refuse to acknowledge that Gates has any involvement with the plandemic, before, during or after this hysteria. Even to the point of refusing to read the websites plainly stating these plans owned by Gates, Gavi, WHO and all…………..
Their final arguments are that all I’m stating must be conspiracy theory since it’s not on regular newspapers. My final reply is to get their goal, they will need to end this hysteria.

My one would be “Open Up”, as this is a) the totally opposite of Lock Down and b) it shows that we have to talk/speak instead of being shut down / silenced.
There are some fine articles here. I loved the link to the debate between Kennedy and Horowitz on an embedded link on vaccinations. Horowitz thinks he’s clever, posing as a libertarian but talking like a totalitarian.
BTW: I’ve decided that it’s time to put the hammer down on masking. I believe we’re going to make or purchase ones that say the following across the front:
“This mask does not work. We wear because we’re stupid.”
Or, at the very least, “This is a mask, not a muzzle.” I’m frustrated on this one, and I may leave off the 2nd part for space, but I’m begging someone to ask me about either of them. The science against masking is compelling.

Unlike the SARS-CoV-2, an unknown yet to be tamed, wearing masks have an assortment of pros and cons. It would seem that at best they reduce the viral inoculant, those nasty little visions, the wearer receives from that lofting micronized virion carrying spittle spewed into the air in aerosolized form. The glorified N95 has problems with filtration when it gets moist. In order NOT to get the bug into ones’ nose, tear ducts/eyes, and mouth is to be adorned in HAZMAT Level A. Not easily provided or publicly afforded. Then it’s a matter of how safely you doff the gear.
At any rate, getting fewer of those nasty buggers into one’s personal biome is much preferred if you’re going to be exposed. The lower the viral load into the body the better for the immune response to catch up and fight it providing that the immune system is functioning well. Many folks need to work on that score.
Been considering what kind of mask print design to message, too. Hopefully, one that resists all first punches.

If the necessity of wearing a mask gets you what you need, the most important part is don’t cover your nose…leave it below..most won’t question. We should always breath through the nose; Breathing through our nose and not the mouth allows the oxygen in the air to be humid and warm which increases the lung’s ability to extract the oxygen. Also the hairs and mucus in the nose acts as a filter to catch pathogens preventing them from getting further into our body. Nitrogen oxide is generated in the nasal pathway. It is very important to our cardiovascular system maintenance including lowering blood pressure…deep breathing through the nose calms us.
so glad you all broke the ice on the mask topic in the forum. I completely agree about breathing through the nose and avoiding the viral load as a reasonable tactic. I have a child’s cotton mask which barely reaches my nose and is usually just below the tip. Only one Karen has chastised me for not wearing the mask correctly. She was intense so I politely nodded and momentarily lifted the mask. My kiddie mask has the glider infantry insignia and says ‘courage.’ I like this term not because I am courageous, but because I do not want to provoke the Karens or be a target, and I just want to shop or mingle for as little time as possible.
Absolutely “free the nose”.
Masks are also required where I am as well as in each of the 5 states I’ve just traveled but I rarely wear them, regardless of where I go.
It’s not easy–often stressful and now I need to plan a little extra time in case I have to have “conversations”. I’ve been confronted and harassed and turned away unless I “mask up”.
I respond in kind when people get aggressive and whip out a copy of the local ordinance and citations of anti-mask studies and overwhelm them with facts. The hystericals usually shut up pretty fast and some eventually seem interested.
But as long as the person is an employee tasked with doing his/her job (which now includes harassment), I stand very firm but gently offer a conversation about why and what the science really says and always, a statement of understanding that they are just doing their job but that this is serious and if they need to find their manager that’s fine. I implore them to do some simple investigation and encourage them to talk openly with everyone they know about this whole situation, ask questions and learn as much as they can from the maskless. Every single time I’ve had these dialogues others nearby stop and listen.
Interestingly, these conversations turn quickly from masks to their own personal frustration or problems they’re having dealing with sending kids back to school under these conditions, or their own health problems from wearing masks all day or their fear of after everything that has already happened to business that they will lose their business by not forcing customers to comply. These people may not be informed but they certainly are truly suffering. I remind myself I need to meet people where they are.
It’s humbling and I’m grateful that at this point in time, I have the freedom to not comply. Think about that: right now, and who knows for how long, while ALL might not have the courage or energy, we do have the freedom and quite literally an obligation to say NO, I am a free citizen. And so is everyone else and I will not comply–for their freedom as well.
Buteyko, and McKeown (Oxygen Advantage) are genius. All sorts of folk are on to this now. Great point. Kenyan runners notorious for running forever with a mouthful of water. Great comment. Huge help for me and wife in last 5 years.
Whereas I have great sympathy for those whose lives are lived following the herd (because this includes a huge part of my family), I don’t have a problem counter-punching using a canvas. If masking is going to be used for herd control a reality check is sometimes required. The intent is to provoke questions or to cause people to think.
In the interim I appreciate the bit about exposing the nose for breath control. I typically wear hankerchiefs loosely tied–and they slide down there by habit. It’s two ply, so I have two chain link fences to catch those pesky “mosquitoes”–and since it’s navy camo, few people ask questions. But I think it’s time to up the ante. Masks that heap scorn on this particular issue are mandatory. I’ve even considered, “Freedom to unmask lies in science”. So, I may include a piece of cloth pinned to these to hammer the point home any further.
