GERMAN STUDY: MOBILE PHONES AND INSECT DEATHS

I've blogged in recent days about the sad phenomenon of Sudden Animal Deaths (or SADs as I call them in my shameless effort to pander to those who think there can be no communication without acronyms and abbreviations. "lol".) Flights of birds dropping from the sky, apparently struck dead in midflight by "something"; a herd of reindeer in Norway, elephants in Africa, struck down with apparent suddenness and falling to the ground where they stood. Whales beaching themselves. The list goes on and on.

There are other kinds of animal deaths as well. In recent years we've heard about the precipitous decline of pollinator insect populations with bees and butterfly populations nose-diving. Indeed, in some of my past vidchats with members of this site, I have commented on the fact that when I was a boy, a drive down the highway at night would spatter the windshield with all sorts of insect life, necessitating frequent stops at a service station merely to clean it. But now? One can drive all night, and sure, one will get the "insect splatter" on the windshield, but not nearly to the extent of four or five decades ago. My mother's flower garden in front of our house was a busy buzz of bees gathering the nectar from flowers.  But now? When I take my dog outside, I might - if I'm lucky - see one or two bees, maybe even the occasional butterfly - flying around the little wild flowers that grow here.

Some connections have been established to the introduction of GMOs and pesticides. My problem, however, was and is that pesticides were being used when I was a boy too. So something else, I think, is up. Enter R.M., who noticed the following article from our friends at phys.org, and it's worth bringing to your attention, especially with the growing trend - I might say, corporation-led stampede - to introduce 5G:

Mobile phone radiation may be killing insects: German study

What's intriguing to me is that the article contains a suggestion, and it's the one thing that all these Sudden Animal Deaths might have in common:

Radiation from mobile phones could have contributed to the dramatic decline in insect populations seen in much of Europe in recent years, a German study showed Thursday.

On top of pesticides and habitat loss, increased exposure to is "probably having a on the insect world", according to the study presented in Stuttgart, which is yet to be peer reviewed.

...

Of the 83 studies deemed scientifically relevant, 72 showed that radiation had a on bees, wasps and flies.

These effects ranged from a reduced ability to navigate due to the disturbance of magnetic fields to damage to genetic material and larvae.

Mobile phone and Wi-Fi radiation in particular opens the in certain cells, meaning they absorb more calcium ions.

This can trigger a biochemical chain reaction in insects, the study said, disrupting circadian rhythms and the immune system.

There you have it: the dramatic increase in electro-magnetic radiation may be having a deleterious effect on insects, and as I've speculated with respect to the Sudden Animal Deaths of birds in flight, or herds of reindeer or elephants, those deaths might have been electromagnetic in nature as well. What of beached whales? Well, I suspect that there too one might perhaps be looking at the same phenonemon. Why? Because with the advent of Very Low Frequency (VLF) broadcasting through the earth itself to communicate with submerged submarines and so on, whales and other sea creatures might be sensitive in ways we don't know. Of course, I am not saying such a speculative explanation would account for all of them; whales have been beaching themselves for a long time, if pre-radio newspaper reports are to be believed. But I do suspect that the increase of the one has led to the increase of the other. And as if to drive the point home, recall only the limited test of 5G in the Netherlands, and the sudden deaths of birds in the vicinity, or better, recall that video of pigeons literally ripping wires from the top of a 5G tower. Indeed, a simple Google search of "Netherlands 5G test bird deaths" will pull up a slew of articles, and notably, the top search results are mostly articles that dispute any idea that there might be a connection between the test, and the deaths.

Switching to another browser, and entering the same search criteria, brought up a similar result, but with the significant exception that there was an article that connected the 5G tests to bird deaths:

I'm not surprised, of course, about the results of the Google search. After all,  it's one of the cartels - and yes, I'm using that word - that want to see 5G and that stands to make a lot of money from it.

There's something else to notice about the article, and here, perhaps, it would be best for me to recount another personal anecdote. It's hardly "scientific" (whatever that means in these days of doctored covid statistics and prohibitions of a cheap drug that works while millions are spent to find a vaccine that works... however, I digress). But my personal story is to a purpose. Read that last sentence quoted from the article above: "Mobile phone and Wi-Fi radiation in particular opens the in certain cells, meaning they absorb more calcium ions. This can trigger a biochemical chain reaction in insects, the study said, disrupting circadian rhythms and the immune system." Circadian rhythms are the natural biorhythms of when we usually start to get tired, and to want to go to sleep, and how long we sleep. They are, in other words, the innate "biological clock" that all living things on this planet share, determined (so the reasoning goes) also in part by celestial mechanics such as the length of the day (i.e., the rotation of the planet). Thus, most living things on Earth function with a kind of circadian "default" set to 24 hours, the length of the day(or some harmonic thereof). Again, when I was much younger, say from boyhood on into graduate school, my day was "normal." Now, however, I find my circadian rhythms are so out of sync with the normal day that I seem to function much better on a 36 hour day (or even an 18 hour day[note the harmonic]) than a 24 hour day. Additionally, there are days when I can be overtaken by sudden, overwhelming tiredness and fall asleep, as if having an episode of narcolepsy, when a moment before I was alert and awake and full of energy. This phenomenon only began with me in the last ten years or so, right around the time that cell towers really began to take off.  Perhaps this is merely biological, or some other thing, but I cannot help but think that there is something else going on. It never happens, for example, when I am driving, that is to say, when I am not electrically grounded due to the rubber tires of my vehicle and the general "Faraday Cage" of being more or less surrounded by metal. Granted, again, it's not "scientific," but it is an observation.

So I wonder, besides noticing sudden animal deaths, or Strange Animal Behaviors (SABs), has anyone else out there experienced or observed similar things?

But whether or not you have, apparently some scientists in Germany are skeptical about the 5G rollout, and frankly, you can number me in that skeptics' column, too.

See you on the flip side...

Human (hue+man) is hued man. He radiates soul, naturally, from within. Shining a light on a hill is beacon.

It is a quality, that has its highs and lows. It is godliness at its best. To be the best one can ever be.

“Humankind” is sectarian idolatry, because the extraordinary is never norm. One is either human or mankind, not both, unless one is Saint.

Is man saint or sinner, in quality of soul?

When talking about calcium, try to search for “ross adey calcium”, because this is just what he was talking about. The effect of pulsaiting magnetic fields, especially microvawes, can compromise concentration on complex tasks, sleeping issues, etc. Another scientists talking about this were Robert Becker and Andrew Goldsworthy.
Currently, there was a series of accidents on a railway in our country, caused by human factor, probably drop in concentration.
There is a lot of going on. When reminding whales and subs communication, this reminds me U.S. “honeycomb” naval comms:

Coming off a week where I find myself dozing off here and there while laying horizontally listening to interviews online to waken at, say 3am, hungry, and making a warm milk/vanilla/stevia combo so I can go back to sleep, but then going online and not turning “lights-out” until 5am. Sleeping a few hours. Maybe napping after something to eat, and a round-about of a couple of hours on, a couple of hours off, I can relate.

I have for many years noticed that I am on the 25-hour clock. This was especially noticeable when I was also on a M-F 35-40-hour clock. I would find myself going to bed later and later but still having to face workday. Once that phase had past, I let it happen.

    • Ramura on September 23, 2020 at 10:58 pm

I wasn’t finished. Grumble about how to get back in here. But I digress…

Point being, lately my sleep patterns have made even ME wonder about it. Kind of 1.5-3hours on and 1.5-3hours on, all around the clodk. VERY weird!

    4G and ME

Five years ago I hurt my leg and was mostly chair bound for a few years. Today I have a limp
but walk a lot better. I had avoided wifi with low-speed computer service that no longer exists. But I never got to listen to youtubes. They took too much signal.
Being chair-bound caused me to give up my avoidance of wifi. It did not bother me at first. But after listening for a few years I noticed listening for hours with 4G made me drowsy. A year or so later and a lengthy youtube could make me pass put in the chair.
Harald Kautz Velle says 4G can be pretty bad for a fertilized egg.
If the microwave radiation hits the sensitive mitochondria of a fertilized egg every cell to develop subsequently will have the same damaged DNA. Or something like that. Harald said that the results took a few generations to be fully effective but eventually there would be some kind of die out. I failed to understand exactly how.
It seems the human race is quantitatively surviving just fine but qualitatively quite compromised. We seem to be suffering from a slow covert genocide and extermination.
In a multicellular organism of a trillion or more cells, like the human body, those cells that one minute seemed fine, but can suddenly fall over dead. The situation could be similar for a species.
It is not evident if extinction is trailing us like a hungry wolf. And it is also not evident if the aquarian age can suddenly provide an energetic upgrade people at a low vibration can not handle.
Some say we are still mostly in 3D but also in 4D. I got the impression from Yogananda that the astral realm that spiritual people talk about and the subatomic realm are both the same thing. I believe I read that 4D is a dimension but not a physical one. Maybe there are overt dimensions and more covert transitional dimensions that enable souls to move from one dimension to another.
3D could be thought of as a smaller circle and exist inside a bigger 4 dimensional circle, metaphorically speaking.
Yogananda said 4D included a hell realm and a heaven realm. He said demons live in 4G at the low end.
The bible talks of a time of the separation of the wheat and the chaff. Maybe the Deep State is made mostly of souls that will migrate to a lower end of things when 4D dimensionality gets a bit bigger.
Yogananda said that all manner of things occupy the space you are in but at a different vibration. If things exist too far away vibrationally you can not see the entities there.
If that is so then it could be that the Deep State could fade away.
Things might get more confrontational at first and then things might just get less severe in a way that had a 3D overt reason for happening and a less visible assist from the transitioning to a higher place. Who knows?

Circadian and other sleep issues here too, and I’ve wondered if EMFs are a factor. I’m intrigued by the part of the article that mentions “disrupting circadian rhythms and the immune system.”

About a year after moving into a high-rise apartment building–with neighbors’ wifi signals coming from above, below, and all around–I started getting new health problems, while some existing ones got worse. Among the new ones were an autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia symptoms (muscle/joint pain, fatigue, sleep problems, and a laundry list of other things). My sleep patterns are chronically messed up. Although there are other possible explanations, I can’t help but suspect that bathing in so much wifi has been a contributing factor, especially since I spend so much time at home.

FWIW, short-term melatonin supplementation apparently helps some people reestablish their circadian rhythms.

Anyhow… Fascinating blog post and great comments!!

I have direct evidence of the impact on insects from EM radiation. I had this crazy sugar ant colony living near my house. My five year old dropped a peanut butter and jelly sandwich behind the couch. When I moved the couch, i saw hundreds of ants marching in circles directly according to the magnetic field lines of the wireless router.

    • pete clark on September 24, 2020 at 12:51 pm

FWIW, the film Cell (based on Stephen King novel) ended with luckless cellphoners endlessly trampling in circles (of hell). Those ants may be onto something!

    • Richard on September 24, 2020 at 10:11 pm

That “sugar ant,” “peanut butter sandwich,” and “wireless router” combination and observation might represent a simple and reproducible experiment as well as supportable evidence in a court of law. Incredibly significant when reproduced on demand in any laboratory, too.

  14. faFik on September 23, 2020 at 6:55 pm

I do not mean to be excessively esoteric but it is well known that during spiritual development it is basically guaranteed that from a certain point forward, as the subtle bodies undergo a change, it is basically Guaranteed one will get a whole array of symptoms affecting the Physical Body, often quite seriously, easy to misdiagnose as real illiness. Many of those at random times cause excessive tiredness or lack of energy. Not that environmental factors cannot contribute. Often one can mitigate those by all sorts of methods, one of them being Grounding, which often may require doing a menial task like gardening, cleaning, excercising, walking.. driving may count somewhat.
It goes without saying that humanity is being Initiated en masse to approach the Threshold in their development, so these things are/will be increasingly popular all over the place and met with total cluelessness of regular doctors, especially with new harmful technology factors in play to confuse the issue. I may add many can look at times awfully like.. a viral infection. ^^

One thing I don’t understand around all the electromagnetic radiation ‘damage’ is how the baddies expect themselves to be resistant to the same frequencies, et al, to which goodies would succumb. If the higher-level baddies expect themselves to be natively-resistant, this might actually be a good “reverse sorting mechanism”. Especially, if they are not-quite-human. Use their own methodologies against them…

    • Rick Dubov on September 23, 2020 at 3:49 pm

There is no question that this massive build up of man made EMF’s is doing great damage to Humans ,Animals and plant life. As for the beached whales and numerous fish washing up on shore around the world, there is another factor. Not only are the oceans heating up rapidly, but they are becoming quite de-oxygenated. A central factor is that 50% of the phyto-plankton are gone. As i understand it they are not only one of the main sources of oxygen in the sea, but in the atmosphere as well

      • goshawks on September 23, 2020 at 6:08 pm

Rick, I do not see how your (correct) info ties-in with my Questioning. If “they” are also hurting themselves, why do it? If “they” are not hurting themselves, who are they?

    • Roger on September 23, 2020 at 8:10 pm

According to some the Sun bombards us with every frequency there is and at much higher levels than 6G. Depends how close you are to the source and its power level. After a certain distance it has less effect. Some say the lower frequency wireless is more harmful than 6G because of its resonance but 6G becomes less harmful. But the AI and robotic control grid that become possible with 6G is the real danger. The being psychopaths plan on abusing it to the max and every way conceivable because that is their archetype.

Don’t some GMO’s use viruses to insert new DNA of other organisms that produce natural pestacides into some crops so they can also produce natural pestacides? Imagine if some of these viruses are still active in the adult plant and spread by pollen to infect other species of plants. Imagine if wild plants are becoming toxic to the insects that depend on them. Or worse yet, what if these viruses infect insects? Was some insect virus released as an experiment against crop pests and jumped to other species of insects?

so much to say in response to the topics in this post!

energetic interactions with biological systems are like billiard balls of different sizes ricocheting and absorbing and releasing energy.  A yoga instructor once advised me to build up my internal energy so I could push out and harmonize with incoming energy.  other than general health,  visualizing my chakra wheels spinning out light helped with the often overwhelming feeling I could get around people.
because humans are so biologically complex, I think we have a built in resilience that allows us to respond and heal to environmental influences.  this varies from insects which may not have the individual resilience but may be more hive dependent.

radiation is just one of the environmental health influencers.  it is a wonder that we are still surviving. it could be that we are all limping just a bit and we see this as normal.  I became distraught by my own sleeping issues (try commuting one hour each way and working 10 hours on 4 hours of sleep for years) that I focused on a personal solution.  it is a bit extreme.in the interest of time – cold therapy.  i swim in cold water and shiver a bit afterwards. this seems to “reset” my clock, like an on/off switch on the computer.   this helps to bring back “normal” homeostasis and if i swim long enough it is hard not to sleep.

as for measuring insect communities, next year is a cicada year.  because cicadas appear in 13 or 17 year intervals perhaps the community numbers will be less affected due to a long dormant period.  btw i learned that by having a life cycle that is a prime number (as are 13 and 17), cicadas can also prevent predators from developing a life cycle that is a factor of that number. (that seems like a giza story)

Very good points Laura, the human energy body has been dealing with huge variations in radiation over the past 200 thousand years or so and we are still around; it’s time to bring this ability to the conscious level, to use focused intent to “block” pernicious artificiallly created fields as a means of self-defence.

  24. Kaibosch on September 23, 2020 at 7:02 am

Resonance phenomena are everywhere in nature; including human biology. There’s no question that this tech is interfering in and disrupting biological systems; chromosomal aberrations, gene expression, antioxidant defense systems and DNA can be modulated by a magnetic field. Tons of articles in the medical literature e.g. “Several studies have reported findings such as stress, headache, tiredness, anxiety, decreased learning potential, impairment in cognitive functions and poor concentration in case of exposure to microwave radiation emitted from mobile phones. EMFs influence metabolic processes in the human body and exert various biological effects on cells through a range of mechanisms. EMF disrupts the chemical structures of tissue since a high degree electromagnetic energy absorption can change the electric current in the body. Electric fields exert an oscillatory force on every free ion on the both sides of the plasma membrane and cause them to cross it. This movement of ions causes deterioration in the ion channels on the membrane, biochemical changes in the membrane and consequently impairment of all cellular functions”. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6025786/
Ultra-weak magnetic and electric fields at vl frequencies can produce resonance effects. Resonance signaling is used by the body for healing as well.
Once you’ve got “smart” tech all joined up via HiveG for IoT, microwave transmitters will be on 24/7. Then we will really start to see the debilitating and dangerous health and bio consequences…

    • Kaibosch on September 23, 2020 at 7:29 am

Things that make you go hmm..”Electric fields exert an oscillatory force on every free ion on the both sides of the plasma membrane….this movement of ions [….] causes impairment in all cellular functions”. Reminded that 60 GHz frequency may cause O2 (which btw, is the name of one of the largest cell phone providers in the UK) to split so if exposed long enough, it can cause symptoms of High Altitude Pulmonary Edema (HAPE) or altitude sickness which looks v like corona symptoms according to certain medics…Wonder if this plasma/ion issue has something to do with Trump’s plasma treatment and calls for people to donate it….
Co rona is the sun’s plasma aura or flares. We are at a solar minimum which means the sun is ‘quiet’ and bacteria / patho gens spread more easily, hence appearance of seasonal flu. 25. Melodi on September 23, 2020 at 6:26 am

I am not sure it is an “either or or” question – as in “either” GMO’s or 5G/Other human electrical disruptions, but rather an “yes/and.”

In other words I think both the much heavier use of pesticides stored INSIDE of plants (that didn’t exist when we were kids Joseph and we are the same age) that destroy the stomachs of the bugs (and bees are bugs) along with much heavier spraying of round up; COMBINED with 5G and other man-disturbed frequencies and technology that are causing many of these problems.

I can remember whale stranding being admitted to being connected to some radar experiments in the 1670s by the US Navy to whale strandings (and I don’t think the Chinese care much about whales) and it makes perfect sense that 5G might have similar issues for our fellow animals and other humans.

I know they are trying to pass the elephant deaths off as contaminated water and maybe THAT time they were, that’s what makes this puzzle hard to solve because any one situation as a stand alone can often be “explained” but taken together there are sure a lot of them happening out there and in a relatively short span of time…

  26. Richard on September 23, 2020 at 6:14 am

There have been adverse correlations since well before the 1980’s about biological effects and electromagnetism. Dr Becker called, “The Body Electric,” for a reason. Not just the expected interaction between molecules and magnetic fields essential for a level of normal corporeal existence.

Life forms adapted for underground and in the ground seem better adapted during any increase of cosmic radiation or other ionizing radiation when magnetic fields no longer reduce the threat of high energy forces from outside sources directed towards the planet. Humankind seems to play some role but for those cosmic sources of high energy forces one needs to look elsewhere for the amount of energy necessary for the changes observed.

Evidence is slowly being collected from the rock strata in all of its formations to include from the salts, organics, and impacts of those cosmic rays and such imbedded into the crystalline structures of certain rock formations. They’re all over the planet.

The clouds tell a story, too, that the politically tainted quackery in science refuse to acknowledge because they don’t fit into their bogus narratives and might affect their remaining tenures of misdirection.

Oh, yes, there are those switched-on marauders claiming to be the smartest creatures the planet has ever pampered. If the stats, graphs, and correct interpretations manifest and hold, . . the clouds are going to make it cold, . . not just soggy and slippery with continuing extreme weather phenomena.

I just watched this a few weeks ago. It says every carbon based life form has 12 cell salts that carry a memo in crystal form like cymatics. Just wondering if this is the same thing?

      • Richard on September 24, 2020 at 11:59 pm

One would not say “same,” in the context of the video, but an effort to make a correlation between the human body’s biochemistry and resonance or vibration from an outside source. That epigenetic reference in association with the body’s chemical makeup.

That hexagonal reference seems to have a direct correlation with the elemental ingredients that makeup the body. There are six: carbon (C), hydrogen (H), nitrogen (N), oxygen (O), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S). From there one enters the complexity of what makes living organisms carbon-based life forms and the seemingly proportionate mineral salts that remain after the corporeal Being is reduced to ash. Probably the reference to those 12 cell salts. In one’s humble opinion, more a matter of semantics as one still has difficulty with this lengthy, linear, and imprecise language (language conundrum), too.

Many scientists still have difficulty with the esoterica of Natural Philosophy. It’s a little too free thinking for the uninitiated. Like the references to “cymatics,” coined by Jenny nearly a century ago, which is still a work in progress and deals with the use of sound waves. A lot of demonstrable effects from acoustical and electromagnetic frequency application, though, some of them not so good.

There’s an online site that allows you to experiment with sound generation called
        https://www.szynalski.com/tone-generator/

And has some very interesting things it can teach the resonance solicitor, fancy way of saying acoustically curious. You can open several browser windows with the web page and use different tones or wave sounds. Careful of pets around the computer and the volume settings on your PC. Certain sound tones might startle them.

Thanks for the link. Until science accepts the metaphysical, they won’t have the answers.

    VATICAN BAD VIBE

Pope Nero-Caligula, in orbi et orbi,
    uses broadcast frequency,
    that causes stress
    to godliness,
    while spreading demonic orgy.

I concurr on the disruption of circadian cycles as evidenced by my own experiences. Im 60ish so ive lots of experience in noticing that half a lifetime ago it was up like 7 or 8 am for the day of whatever…noon was lunch…5 was supper then it was the evening of prime time brain drain into the boobtube or put to the workshop to build a car or motorcycle and 8 9 or 10 maybe head over to the pub for beer…11 or 12 bedtime. Repeat the next day after 8 hours of solid sleep. Now its wide awake 2am…try to sleep until 3..get up…look at all the jobs i dont have the ambition to do so have a beer or 2 then try to sleep. Up again at 9 or 10 and coffee at timmies and get some work done. 3 or 4pm get some chow then a beer and oh gee a nap would be nice. 9 or 10 get up and putter on a small job until 12 then back to bed…until 2 or 3.
In virtual silence! A few years back the mosquitoes and crickets were deafening and the coyotes were usually howling. Im on the edge of suburbia so nature is not far away…but not now it seems. Im still a couple miles from stand alone cell towers…but they hide them pretty good now dont they!? I wonder in this age of brand protection and flouting why they are not all labeled with the providers names….

thebear, the thing I have noticed these past few years is the silence. Summers used to be the soundtrack for buzzing insects – all manner of bees and wasps. Now nothing.
this year in my UK garden has been the worst ever with so few insects and the only birds seem to be crows and magpies, not even the little robin to used to come and eat out of my hand.
As to sleeping, could I recommend Inclined Bed Therapy? Simply by putting some blocks/bricks under the head of the bed induces some amazing therapeutic benefits.
And remove ALL electrical devices from the bedroom.
