LASER GUIDED LIGHTNING STRIKES
We end this week's blogs with something a bit different than the previous days' forays, with this article shared by W.G. concerning the use of lasers to guide lightning strikes. This is a subject that intrigues me as it does many readers here, for I and some other researchers have questioned the public narratives about the wildfires in California and Australia. For the most part, these questions have surrounded the very anomalous damage that appears to have occurred in these fires, for example, houses burned to the ground, while nearby trees and shrubbery appear more or less undamaged. I've proposed a number of speculative mechanisms for how these fires might have been started, and possible steered, from pulsing the power grid itself, and starting fires via the electrical cabling in homes, to "guided lightning." This article fleshes out the latter hypothesis by indicating that it is actually a matter of investigation and study:

SYDNEY (AFP) — Small, portable laser pointers could be used to guide lightning strikes, with a study suggesting the technology may prevent bolts from sparking wildfires, a researcher told AFP Thursday.
A team of international scientists have shown storm clouds could be “short-circuited” by using a hollow laser — like a pipe of light — to deliver particles into the clouds and draw lightning strikes, research co-author Professor Andrey Miroshnichenko from the University of New South Wales in Canberra told AFP.
In lab tests, the team — which also included scientists from the Australian National University (ANU) — successfully used a laser tractor beam to direct the path of an electrical discharge to specific targets, Miroshnichenko said.
In the past, high-powered lasers were needed to achieve similar results, making the technique dangerous, costly and inaccurate.
But the new research suggested that small, hand-held lasers could be used in the field within the next decade, he said.
“It turns out that to deliver particles, you do not need high-intensity lasers, even low intensity like your laser pointer will be already enough,” Miroshnichenko said.
Using a tractor beam with a hollow center, micro-particles in the air could be heated up and delivered to a specific point and trigger an electrical discharge.

Now, the idea of "steering" lightning through an ionized channel caused by high powered laser light in the atmosphere is nothing new. In fact, in a certain sense, using a high powered laser to steer lightning strikes to initiate fires is a bit redundant. One doesn't need lightning for that; a high-powered laser or maser is perfectly capable of starting a fire in dry underbrush all by itself. And certainly, it can also act as a channel for a lightning strike, a kind of double whammy, if you will. In this respect, the article gives away the game, for if lasers can be used to induce and steer "electrical discharge from passing lightning, helping to guide it to safe targets," then it can also be used to "guide it to unsafe targets" as well.
In other words, we're no longer in the realm of high octane speculation, but laboratory reality.
But now here's where the high octane speculation kicks in once again. What is different about this new method appears to be centered on two things: (1) the use of a low powered laser, one that the article suggests could be "hand-held" and used "in the field", and (2) the use of a kind of laser-tube to channel particles to inject into a precisely targeted region to draw a lightning strike, a concept that strongly suggests that said particles are either (a) metallic in nature, and thus designed to increase electrical conductivity, or (b) ionized to produce an electrical dipole attractive to lightning, or (c) both.
In this respect, the article is confirming what I am many other researchers (e.g., Elana Freeland) have suspected: the chemical spraying, with all of its presence of heavy metals, is designed to do precisely that. Given the heavy presence of such spraying in California (I cannot speak for Australia), the result was inevitable: lightning strikes, and fires.
But if the article is true - and I for one tend to think it is - then this channeling of such strikes need not be accomplished by a high powered laser. To put a bit of hyperbole to make: it might be accomplished by a typical laser pointer.
We're being told that this is all in the laboratory stage right now, and that we might have to wait a further decade before it becomes reality. But if you like me share the suspicion that what we're told publicly always lags a fews years or even decades behind what has already been achieved covertly in secret laboratories and research programs, then the chances are the capability is already here. All one needs for malicious purposes is a means of generating the lightning itself, i.e., of generating enough electrical power in the atmosphere in a particular region to provide the lightning for your laser-created channel.
Ionospheric heaters, anyone?

My thought is that a low-powered laser to induce/guide lightning bolts would depend-on producing ions for the charge to channel-down on. That, in turn, would depend-on having a laser ‘tuned’ to one of the gases in the atmosphere – probably the one that ‘excites’ most easily. Not being anywhere-near an expert on lasers, I have no idea which gas that would be and whether effective ‘tuned’ mini-lasers could be built.
(The other side of this is that the laser would be at the center of the returning strike. You would want something cheap and expendable, because it is ‘gone’ after one use…)
CO2 lasers of course! And you could use a punch of them bound together in a circle to get your circular hollow beam. Now if only we could harness lightening to power a truely terrifying aimed energy weapon on a mountain top. Such as multiple banks of giant ultra super capacitors. Place such a weapon in an area known for lightening strikes and space orbiting weapons platforms beware!
In one’s humble opinion (hypothetically, of course, in line with present theorization(s)), it would be a mistake to leave out atmospheric conditions that originate from celestial origins, the shifting terrestrial dipole, and the weakening of the current orientation of the magnetosphere. An opportunistic frame of reference would not be farfetched, either, since using what is already apparent, not unlike freeloading where gravity and rocket launching and guidance to the Moon or Mars, for instance. In the case of the planet’s magnetosphere, partly generated from below the crust, by way of its axial spin, and the planets interaction with the Sol star. A bipedal upright dullard might not fathom the forces in play, but they’re there instrumentally and do affect what goes on, on a subtle massive scale.
Inbound cosmic ray penetration is up periodically higher than usual and with the overall magnetic field intensity much lower there’s likely to be more unexpected changes and effects yet to catalogue. Sure hope they’re survivable observations.
Of course, not unlike a certain Party over you know where, there’s the duel and multirole purposing of interchangeability to suit clandestine operations. One has had certain ideations that there are affects yet to be categorized and catalogued regarding those planetary magnetic effects on the corporeal processes right under this upright simian nose. They have that odd [ephemeral] tweak to them that just evades being logged into language form. For the time being, any guess, written, spoken, sung is as good as the next one over.
Lightning does have a close proximity to electromagnetism and magnetism on a grander scale, especially, with space weather. It might tantalize the optic nerve to register light but there’s a lot more of the electromagnetic spectrum unseen by the same visual apparatus. Tweak the magnetosphere of the planet sufficiently and there’s the possibility of cracks occurring where there was solid rock miles down. . . Just saying. . . There’s more going on than some clown in a suit on Wall Street or financier in lobbyist guise on K Street trying to spend someone else’s money on gizmos and gadgets for profit.
Those bolts from Zeus and Apollo sure are impressive, though.
Weakening poles leave some to speculate we could have much more lightening in the near future including super bolts that scar miles of the Earth’s surface from a single bolt. Human race might have already experienced such a period once and had to live underground for a while. Only foraging above ground during periods of calm in areas for whatever reason that had less intense and frequency of super bolts.
Yeah, those carved-out mini-cities in the Middle East and China are intriguing. Even Peru has legends of emerging from the ground. Let’s hope we can find some contemporary ‘documentation’ on why they were needed…
. . . Makes one wonder how those seemingly large scars on Mars, the Valles Marineris, for instance, occurred. They sort of look like a massive lightning strike. If they were to be explored in depth at depth there might be remains of fulgurites in that scaring attributable from a massive lightning strike or multiple strikes instigated by cosmic ray energy or something less natural.

There’s also an Agenda 21 tie-in to all this as well. The fire affected areas in the 2020 fires happen to trace the borders of the “biodiversity” zones mandated by the agenda. I’m starting to think that everything, the strategy of tension the last twenty years (including BLM/Antifa today), the “terrorist” attacks, the tech “revolution”, Web 2.0 (DARPA lifelog aka social media), the “climate” catastrophes and more. Seems like every piece fit perfectly into its slot in the greater service of eventually enacting Agenda 21 and the Sustainable Development Goals. It makes sense when you think in the context of the now revealed Reset protocols and how it’s “solutions” dovetail perfectly with the deep political events occurring in the background like terrorism or the now infamous covid.
I had an interesting thought earlier too. As part of the strategy of tension, and to assist in sustainable development, the role of all these mass shooters starts to make sense. The idea I suppose is to condition the public that there’s a potential Columbine everywhere, even in places like the mall and especially school. What a great way to assist Amazon and Wal-Mart.
Oops, I forgot to tie this in as well. I believe there’s also a peak-oil component that dovetails with the reset agenda. Conventional world oil drilling hit its peak in 2005, afterward offshore drilling & fracking allowed production to continue at the same pace but much with higher cost of extraction. When you have a system that is dependent on energy, and you have now an energy deficit, it makes sense that you would paper over that deficit with more and more debt.
The financial crisis and resource depletion go hand-in-hand with the “sustainable” agenda. These real constraints are being met by implementing this totalitarian social control scheme replete with the technologies developed with the spoils of neoliberalism. It’s hard not to mention as well that the easiest way to fix this problem of resources is to reduce the population. That’s why part of me believes the reset is really a fake-out, and the real agenda of people movement via weather modification and depopulation/control via vaccines is what will happen first before we “enjoy” any of the 4th industrial revolution.
So was PG&E just useful, patsy in all those California fires they took the fall for. If this story is coming out now rest assured this technology has been around for as the late Ben Rich use to say fifty to sixty years.
