ANCIENT SITES AND POLE SHIFTS
The Gizars have been out in force this week combing through the internet, and that's certainly true with today's offering spotted and shared by M.S. (with a big thank you). And this one is a whopper doozie, being nothing less than an article from The Journal of Scientific Exploration by Dr. Mark Carlotto, which correlates the location of certain ancient and megalithic sites to poles that have since shifted.
If that seems highly significant, it is, the much more so because of the man who authored the article, Dr. Carlotto. Many Gizars will already be familiar with that name, but many may not recognize it, so a brief review of Dr. Carlotto is in order. Dr Carlotto was involved early on - ca. the 1980s - in pioneering computer analysis of digitized photographs, and actually authored the algorithms of some of the computer analysis programs for photographs both for the American military and for its space program. As such, Dr. Mark Carlotto was brought into the analysis of the Viking photographs of the "Face on Mars" and the surrounding area of Cydonia on Mars by Richard C. Hoagland back during the days of his earliest analysis of those anomalies. Carlotto thus formed a part of Hoagland's "Mars Mission" team back in the late 1970s and early 1980s, along with a host of other scientists, anthropologists, artists, and so on, before Hoagland's "Mars Mission" morphed into his current website, enterprisemission.com. Carlotto went on to offer his own theories on the Martian anomalies, authoring a book and several articles on the topic, and concluding on the basis of astronomical alignments that whatever disaster as befell Mars and the Cydonia region may have occurred ca. 650,ooo years ago.
So when Dr. Carlotto offers a theory with combines "pole shifts" with alignments of ancient megalithic sites on Earth, I sit up and take notice:
This article is, as one can gain from a cursory reading, full of detailed technical and mathematical argument, but the abstract of the article sums up the argument:
Abstract—In a previous study of more than two hundred ancient sites, the alignments of almost half of the sites could not be explained. These sites are distributed throughout the world and include the majority of Mesoamerican pyramids and temples that are misaligned with respect to true north, megalithic structures at several sites in Peru’s Sacred Valley, some pyramids in Lower Egypt, and numerous temples in Upper Egypt. A new model is proposed to account for the alignment of certain unexplained sites based on an application of Charles Hapgood’s hypothesis that global patterns of climate change over the past 100,000 years could be the result of displacements of the Earth’s crust and corresponding shifts of the geographic poles. It is shown that more than 80% of the unexplained sites reference four locations within 30° of the North Pole that are correlated with Hapgood’s hypothesized pole locations. The alignments of these sites are consistent with the hypothesis that if they were built in alignment with one of these former poles they would be mis-aligned to north as they are now as the result of subsequent geographic pole shifts.
Now there is an implication here for my own work, one which contra-indicates some assumptions that are implied in my Great Pyramid weapon hypothesis. Consider the following table from Carlotto's article. On page 216 of the article, Dr. Carlotto notes that several Egyptian sites, including the major pyramids of the Giza Compound, are exactly aligned to the cardinal compass points as currently exist, and not to a previous cardinal north pole. In other words, they were constructed after the previously hypothesized crustal displacement as advocated by Charles Hapgood, which took place ca. 100,000 years ago. While it is certainly true that I did not couple the Pyramid weapon hypothesis to any particular date, I have strongly implied that (1) it was built long before the beginnings of the Egyptian era, and (2) that is may be far older than anyone really knows, and (3) it, or something like it, may have been involved in "the cosmic war" which may have occurred some 3.2 million years ago (see my The Cosmic War: Modern Physics, Interplanetary Warfare, and Ancient Texts). It should also be noted that Carlotto's hypothesis does not contraindicate Christopher Dunn's hypothesis that the Great Pyramid was a machine, for Mr. Dunn did not attempt to place his hypothesis within any broader model of any major historical or chronological revision.
What is also intriguing about Carlotto's table is that it is clear that the basis for the alignments of some sites is different. Some sites - like many of the Egyptian sites - appear to be aligned to the currently existing cardinal compass points. Others are aligned to stellar positions, lunar standstills, and so on. Some, as Carlotto also observes, seem to have no currently recognized basis of alignment.
Interestingly enough, one of the alternative researchers into the subject of megalithic alignments that Carlotto does not mention is Carl Munck, whose work I reviewed in my book Grid of the Gods.
What appears to emerge from all of this is that Dr. Carlotto, at the minimum, has considerably increased the mystery surrounding these ancient sites. Clearly, like Munck, he is implying that the orientation of these sites was not accidental, but served some sort of scientific purpose, and that implies a science to create the alignments that are there. It also implies the possibility that all these projects may have been massively coordinated not only over a wide area of the Earth but over a considerable time as well.
At this juncture, it appears that we're all "back to the drawing board," and in that spirit, I offer a bit of (very) high octane speculation. And that speculation is prefaced by my own personal skepticism of many years about Charles Hapgood's crustal displacement hypothesis. I have never bought into it, for it implies a radically different geophysics than that of the standard model. On Hapgood's view, the Earth's crust "floats" on everything else, and under the right circumstances, might "slip" like the rind of an orange slipping over the rest of the orange. It's a model attractive to some catastrophists, as a sudden "slippage" of that nature would cause all manner of havoc and destruction, from floods to earthquakes to volcanism, and massive topographic changes. In my "weapon hypothesis", I argued that whatever weapon as might have been used in that great "cosmic war" was a weapon that weaponized the fabric of space-time itself, and as such, could perhaps be used precisely to cause that sort of massive geophysical disturbance.
But for the moment, I remain skeptical of Hapgood's idea.
Or to put it country simple, we're still "missing something."

Hapgood was OSI and probably CIA, so his work is automatically suspect, although parts of it may be true. It may also have been part psyop/disinformation.
For the best science on catastrophism, I recommend Suspicious Observers. Ben has collected significant material from the hard literature, as well as more alternative threads, which make a very strong case for plasma cosmology and cyclical catastrophes.
One thing he discusses is how solar particles and cosmic rays can “unlock” a boundary layer under the crust and turn it more liquid, allowing slippage. There is a lot involved in the science, and my statement is way simplified, so go dig into SO’s information and see for yourselves.
If the data available are to be believed, we are in a geomagnetic down cycle (field strength down 25-30% in the last 150 years, most of that in the last three decades, and dropping about 5 percent per decade now and accelerating) which will hit bottom in approximately 10-20 years, when the magnetic poles will reverse. The process has already started, and that is verified even in mainstream science. The excursion has begun. The effects will not be pretty and are already starting to show.
There is a very strong probability that this situation was verified right after WWII by the operations detailed in the book, “The World in Peril,” and I think it is a significant concern of the secret government. It would certainly explain a lot of the move underground and the massive secrecy around the exact capabilities of those installations (beyond mere state security stuff). It could also be the “big event” that the Deep State is so frantic about.
It would also add to the mix of reasons why the breakaway groups do not want to inform the rest of the planet about their tech – most people could not be saved in such an event, and they may be working on plans to save enough to start over again – a Noah’s Ark kind of thing. This would also make sense of some of the insane behavior of many public figures these days. Panic and fear can make people pretty stupid. The movie “Worlds in Collision” explored a similar scenario.
If you are looking for a reason for the breakaways’ behavior and the massive plundering of the world economy, that would be my first candidate – if you knew a civilization-ending event was getting close, and had a rough timeline for it, wouldn’t you put every effort into making sure some small nucleus of humans survived and could start over again? You would at least want friends and family to get through it, and you would not care about plundering the world economic system in a way that would leave it in ruins.
That could also explain why the “quarantine” might have eased. The watchers might be pulling back to avoid a huge solar event (massive flare or micro-nova), and realize that even if we get off-world, chances of us surviving as an intact society of any size are slim.
Scientific evidence is piling up that our Sun has recurrent massive outbursts in a regular cycle (having to do with the galactic current sheet crossings), and that we are overdue for one. The magnetic pole excursion could be an effect of the current sheet crossing process.
This could be one of the secrets that the elites have been keeping from us peasants for thousands of years, and could be a cornerstone mechanism of the cycles of ages. The current sheet crossings certainly explain the regularity of the cycle.
Also, if you move the Zero Meridian from Greenwich to the Giza pyramids, many alignments with megalithic structures and other such sites around the world suddenly pop out clearly in whole number ratios, etc. This is much like using Imperial measurements to look at the Solar system instead of metric – metric measures hide a lot of harmonic relationships (See the book, “Civilization One,” among others), probably on purpose.
Why go to such lengths to hide so much information about the Solar system? Why are they so afraid of us knowing these simple facts? What do they really fear?

Most people don’t learn the lessons of history, and that is dangerous. But even more dangerous are the people who do learn the lessons – and use it as the playbook for a repeat performance.
Carlotto’s hypothesis is interesting but seems a bit strained–to my admittedly very amateur eye. A significant weakness of his hypothesis is that it omits possible stellar alignments. He explains that “there is insufficient information to evaluate [a stellar-alignment hypothesis for the monuments].” But suppose for a moment that a number of the monuments were indeed aligned to certain stars/constellations, rather than to “sacred directions” (whatever that means), cardinal points, lunar standstills, etc. The Earth’s axial precession would mean that any given star would be in a slightly different location, when viewed from Earth, depending on the date in history you’re taking about. I may be missing or misunderstanding something here, but wouldn’t that throw Carlotto’s whole thesis into disarray?

But the KGB was the real power behind the politburo. They had to borrow banker family fiat currency to pay for imports. The bankers thought they could eventually carve up all the USSR’s real assets for themselves when the USSR collapsed under this fiat debt like they were doing to the west. But the KGB snipped that off with Putin and thus Russia is demonized to this day for escaping the bankers scheme. The point of this is like the old USSR model of government I suspect the wests current politburo and intelligence agencies are attempting to seize full power. If this Reddit scheme intensifies then I would say the politburo is at war with the banker families and if it dies down is only warning them to get with the new program or else. I agree, Roger. I think another major reason why politicians have less and less to worry about is because the general population gets more and more brain-dead every year, at least in the West.
I think the tide is beginning to turn and the general population is beginning to take more notice as their lives drastically change. They can’t escape noticing now. But the politicians are breaking the gentlemen’s agreement that is the real glue of civilization and many have taken notice of that. As the courts, elections, and laws get more politically weighted and make real justice and impartial appeals of real grievances impossible they will destroy civil society. The streets will become the wild wild west as society is forced to operate by the example the left is setting and enforcing. The new norms they are creating is that might makes right and anything goes. The politicians now seem to be brain dead and do not yet realize the chaos they have begun to sow by destroying the real sacred bond that keeps us civilized and from being savages towards each other. And that is they have begun to destroy the meaning and value of law and order. It is against man’s nature to allow the worst of injustices to be committed against him unanswered in some way. To keep the peace and damage to a minimum, just laws and blind courts were instituted to fulfill this basic need in man. It is the most sacred of gentlemen’s agreements and by breaking these agreements between us and each other they have just null and voided all law and societal conventions. Not looking forward to the future they are unknowingly birthing.

Well, what is the true history of the world we live in in a truly dark age. Our technological development has since the last century been deliberately throttled. Fascinating! One is certain, now, more than before that what you’re referring to as “missing” is underwater.
There are roughly three reference points one uses to hypothesize that there have been at least three major catastrophic oceanic rises of the planets water or a re-arrangement of the ice and waters. Just as water might rise, land can also sink, and shift sideways disturbing water levels contributing toward climatic changes as well as where the rain falls, the water freezes, and where the water currents flow.
Blake’s Spur (off of the Floridian coastline), less so the southernmost off of Africa, and the southernmost off of Tasmania. There are also several sets of three underwater formations one has yet to get something of a feel for how they might have formed as they seem to have similar spans of undersea masses or flaps even spatula like shoves (or something) – the Tonga region, the Caribbean, off the tip of South America, the Marianna Trench region, and the western Indian Ocean Basin (haven’t settled with that basin yet).
What Hapgood suggests, a crustal shift of sorts, seems more as fractured tears with slippage. Off the eastern coast of Australia there seems to be another continent that actually slipped under current Australia possibly having something to do with the formation of Uluru or Ayers Rock. Just how did layered sandstone rock become perpendicular to the surrounding landscape, if not from some sort of upheaval of land masses on a large scale? Certainly, weren’t bulldozers from Caterpillar. Likewise, with the Indian Ocean dynamic shifting current India northward. There’s more, but not here.
Makes one wonder what on Earth happened during the Cosmic War?
Sometimes I think they “lost”, “forgot” or “misplaced” the information needed to use these weapons systems properly but attempted to use them anyways–with catastrophic effects. Based on ancient accounts they were “judgment incapable” of moral decisions when sophisticated technologies were concerned. Having accepted Lucifer’s wager they were caught in that vortex of relativistic thinking needed to exhibit such reckless behavior.

I believe that’s so, yes. But I don’t think it’s safe to assume that a planetary technology need confine itself to dealing merely with the crust.

I think so, too, but where to find and assemble the evidence.
The arrangements on mars, for instance, of the four Mon’s (Olympus, Pavonis, Arsia, and Ascraeus) suggests an artificial placement possibly construction. They’re not just pock marked roundish, they’re very circular. Very round as if they had direct drilling into the planets surface as if some sort of tap. Their location on and around the equatorial grid fits almost exactly (but to what). Their triangular arrangement, aside from Pavonis Mons, are nearly equidistant from each other where Pavonis seems to be the right-angle bisector in that triangular formation. Those are several coincidences that stand out really well. One’s guess? . . It’s a former tripod position of some design and/or tap into the Martian surface that interacted with the planets inner thermal energies at one time. Probably when they were intact and the planet looked much different.
From another perspective, Mars shares essentially the same celestial skies as present-day earth. Given how several mythical representations suggest Mars had more of an influence on the terrestrial Ancients, it seems a reasonable hypothesis to pursue in that there was a far more interactive planetary past than what the history books proclaim must have been.
The geometry on Mars is striking in how those Mons’ are nearly perfectly circular volcanic craters, their triangular arrangement nearly geometrically symmetrical, and their placement at the equatorial grid line are unique in how it seems to relate to celestial patterns above Mars skies of the past as well as below, on present day planet earth.
The research continues because there’s an itch that suggests there’s far more that is missing.
Still favoring the electric universe theory of electromagnetic carving or plasma machining of the planet when another planet comes within range to exchange and equalize charge differentials – interplanetary lightening. Ben Davidson didn’t do enough on that for me but some of the folk at thunderbolt.info did.

Ben knows better than to get stuck onto and into someone else’s quagmire in white paper form written for the global groups of reset. Magnetism and high-energy particle effects on N2 to O2 (to name a couple) are exceptionally large as well as subtle players in cloud forming. Some folks still seem to have problems acknowledging that the water cycle and its subsidiary player [cloud formation] are the bigger factors in weather and climate and probably have been since liquid water started pooling on the planet’s surface, if not placed there by some other means.
Heat exchange takes place in a number of ways. One of the largest, if not the biggest contributor, is the fluctuating events of the Sol Star upon the rest of the Solar System to include its Barycenter positioning in reference to the other planets, especially, the four gas giants. It, of course, is hardly alone. Also included are the closer effects of volcanism, tectonic shifting, axial rotation, orbital obliquity, orbital position(s) (those cycles of Milankovitch) among others. It gets pretty busy while swinging elliptically around the Sol star and within the solar wind it sheds with great ferocity that is also affected by galactic events only now beginning to seem relevant of mention in circles (maybe spirals) of science. Ben introduces a number of latest hypotheses while trying not to get tar-pit-stuck with the dinosaurs. There is more than what his current book reveals as he does come from a weatherman’s point of view. His next book comes out soon and seems to be inclusive of those electro-dynamic forces you suggest. Possibly inline with what might have happened on Mars like what might have happened in the Valles Marineris of mars. Like the Valles Marineris of mars that’s strangely aligned close to the four Mon’s slightly aside of it, as if a bisector gouge or something like lightning, on a celestial scale, might hypothetically cause. The energy for that, . . . well, . . . one wouldn’t have to pay the electric bill for quite awhile.
Besides, much of this talk, and talk-n-talk about long term weather still has yet to establish a pattern amidst the rest of the shifting factors that DO NOT allow patterns of the water cycle, solar cycle, and the solar winds (or space weather) to stay put on a geological scale, much less for propping up excuses to fleece the general public of its individualized wealth, resources, and individual freedoms of Being under an insidious guise of psychotic control. One can only continue to observe skillfully as one learns while drawing fewer misguided conclusions of that which is not done. Presumably, this thing called universe.

Thank you for the video. Perhaps this is the real reason why “critics” of the new Biden administration are being “censured”. They are afraid of these weapons applied against them. To them we should say frequently and emphatically, “You know you’ve lost the argument when you have to silence the opponent with censorship and strip them of their voice. If your argument was sound it would win on its own merit!”

Oddly enough, it was a catastrophist that introduced me to this world of speculative alternate history. I remember reading Immanuel Velikovsky’s “Worlds in Collision” while in the 10th grade–and it gave me a context for examining all ancient texts as legacies for describing local and global events codified as mythical explanations expressed in meta-narrative. Though some of these words were not yet in use at the time, and though my thoughts were not as complex as they are at present, this work was one of several pivotal moments when my conscious was piqued. Add this to the profusion of content and breakdown of official narratives with respect to the Kennedy murders, the UFO phenomenon, cryptozoology and writers like Steiger, my youth was filled with wonder and imagination. Combine this with the racial tensions in a Southern rural state and where memories of slavery among the two races were still remembered and shared in story form by people close to these moments, the element of danger and misunderstanding were very potent to my adolescent mind. Add to this desegregation of schools, the offshoring of the steel and mining industries, the union wars, the trauma of Vietnam to friends and family, Watergate and other intense moments, my youth and childhood was a sober one. Now, as far as catastrophism is concerned, a cosmic war is a better explanation for some of these events than the “natural” one, and at the time the Velikovsky book was written Sumerian literature was not as well known. Erik von Daniken had just arrived and Jacques Valle was beginning his quest. After reflecting upon my readings and thoughts over the span of my life time, I have come to realize we are a race with collective amnesia. For most of us this is not a good thing as we believe this was imposed. Those managing the planet intend for us to remain ignorant of the past at all costs for fear we might remember something important. It means they are insecure because we are near the target. Some of us here make them very nervous. If they are nervous, I believe we should increase their anxiety as much, and as often, as possible. It would be far better for us that some things are not forgotten!
Agree, the critical thinking here is of a very high quality which makes pulling the wool over our eyes rather difficult.

Any followers of Anatoly Fomenko’s New Chronology here? He promotes a vastly younger global civilization emerging from a much more recent catastrophe around 1200 years ago, followed by a less-severe event which may have been man-made around 8-500 years ago. His methods are unique and pretty compelling.

In any case, since ancient sacred sites are often overbuilt with the same orientation, the ones not oriented to any of the major criteria would stand out. As would evidence of a DIFFERENT orientation in earlier buried remains at a site.

It’s speculated the whole universe is one solid electro-magnetic field that acts on and reacts to all the physical mediums created in and of it. The differing strengths of different types of magnets is more to how the Universe electromagnetic field interacts with each different substances’ sub-atomic and atomic physical arrangement, alignment and motion rather than being manifested by and from only the type of magnet or other substance to the rest of the Universe. It’s speculated that wiggling your fingers on Earth has an affect on the Universes’ electro-magnetic location on Mars, but so subtly as to be undetectable. In a sense everything and everywhere in existence is quantum entangled with everything else and every where else to some degree or another. And many very real effects of entanglement are knowable only hypothetically and yet to be provable with our current models of understanding and measurements.
