It would make sense to have an arecibo like detection system on the moon as a early warning system of approaching objects. I do find it interesting that the chat and race to the stars has suddenly become a huge issue now that we see a mass planetary lockdown and power grab taking hold.
Since IKE, himself, knew about the “Moon Project” we can safely assume there has been a base there for decades!! I guess their need to make all this “public” is part of the explanation…. Then we have the Henry Deacon(Arthur Neuman) “confession” at the Conf. in Spain that he had been on Mars.
For a really good summation, check out Dark Journalist’s recent video along with Kerry Cassidy’s Project Camelot video about the passing of Mark McCandlish where she gives our Doc the credit for breaking the news to The Public!! One can get a much more realistic view of the state of such things!!
There is such a disconnect between our various “civilizations”, it is almost laughable…..How dumb do they think we are??? I mean, who would have thunk it?? Putting the entire planet in Halloween Mode for over a year!! 😉
These grandiose projects seem to clash with the race to degrade educational standards, especially in the Anglosphere. Perhaps “they” are under the illusion that an outward-looking, dynamic civilization will somehow be built, controlled and maintained by inbred clans troubled by multi-generational mind control….
The project name seems to be tongue-in-cheek: to “moonlight” is to do an extra and unreported money-making job. Alternatively, a “moonlight move” is a fast vacating of lodgings in order to avoid paying the rent….
Loved it!
Or, the telescope has already been built and they need some meaningful explanation…
It will be interesting. Now that we can just print money out of thin air to finance anything, why not grand and adventurous projects? Better than endless wars.
Maybe we can turn the military industrial complex into the peaceful space ventures and adventures!
Don’t hold your breath
Getting so all the various dystopian movie themes we have seen over the decades are all coming true in increments.
The weather people should;
instead of reading various radar charts,
read the weather derivative bets.
Reasons given for various “nations” presence on the moon are many;
but primary reasons would have to be entail their military agendas/ties.
In warfare; communications are key[command & control].
The “8th continent” has THE commanding heights vantage point.
To even acquire a seat at the exopolitical table;
your presence on the Moon is a given.
The USSA declassification documents is a disinformation holiday
to celebrate w/all kinds of misdirection and misinformation.
Will the most valuable parts of said documents;
be what’s in between the lines?
Nope!
The most interesting & valuable parts; will be those not even there!
Build military bases on the moon.
Oops! I mean cities.
No doubt, these will be of the super-smart genre cities;
or, is that genome cities; or, is that automatically programmed cities;
or, is that combinations, thereof?
Will there be underground cities[military bases]?
The costs?
Frankly, if you have to ask; you shouldn’t be on the moon.
Lots of weaponized communications satellites circling the moon.
Seen and unseen? Heard and silent? You get the idea?
And, “private” firms; w/more money & power than “nation states”?
Who/What knows the “whole” story?
Unseen & Unheard, Organized Algorithms?
That hold its cards; until its too late for the other players?
Rumor has it, the Moon is a quarantine line through the cosmic dust?
So, what are the terms of condition to have an exopolitical seat?
Work from Home/Earth; virtually, using robotics.
[definitely hackable]
Mining the artificial satellite?
Umm?
How about building a weapons manufacturing capability underground?
Building weapons; space cruisers; space mines; biologicals, synthetic armies; you get the SPECTRE of bad ideas.
[Death Star?]
From my perspective, does this HUGE artificial satellite have;
as yet, undiscovered technological treasures worth digging for?
Unfortunately, the CSA is not run by adults but by vicious torturing murdering children. And this time the space race is going to get bloody these monsters will stop at nothing to stop China from setting foot on the Moon or any human leave Earth these are the annotated wardens and prison guards of this prison planet.
