what about the quality of the mind control, I read write and speak four languages and when trying to translate, I run into the problem of literal translation of the word and it’s meaning’s in its native culture. I think some of us will be able to detect difference.

It’s quite the conundrum. There’s no wonder why several texts and scriptures are only accepted in their original tongues by the people who speak them as their native language. Another reason why English and English speaking peoples are under fire with their freedoms of expression intact. With the many syllables the language has it is very adaptable, relatable, and translatable much to the chagrin of those other ancient tongues that prefer special privilege be their own. After all, knowledge is power – power to over come ignorance. Elites find that disconcerting when their secrets have been discovered without their Being the ones who disclosed. Begs the question what language actually is besides the terms of a lexicon accepted by a group of people who choose to use those words and symbols.

So officialdom is, in essence, admitting the tech exists to both read and implant thoughts–via the internet, no less… That is a whopper-doozie if I’ve ever heard one!
Richard mentioned the multiplicity of human languages. That got me thinking: How might this tech affect someone who’s fluent in more than one language and who, like me, sometimes has multilingual chatter going on in their head? I studied foreign languages (native English speaker), and sometimes find myself thinking of a word or phrase in another language first, then having to make a conscious effort to translate it into English.
I am a professional squirrel, jumping up and down the Indo-European language tree.
Today, I have become one with the tree, and I am just branching out, into English.
The Bard treats ideas like Frisbees, through stratum of musical and emotional vibration.

One could chalk your experience down to those areas of the mind and brain – Broca’s area, Wernicke’s area, and the central brain of the individual – of having a discussion in need of a moderator. The very essence of the person Being that discussion partly resides to include the sensitivities and skills practiced inherent within the individual.
In one’s opinion, the internet, like most modes of communication, is partly signal intelligence by any other name.
Fascinating “News and views” Dr. Joseph, but I wonder: Since there is overwhelming evidence to suggest that all world leaders and governments are presently being corrupted and manipulated by the US government, along with many other nefarious societies and their hidden agendas, is there any way to trust the motives or scientific publications of any government entity that claims to be “protecting” it’s own citizenry?
I do indeed believe that this kind of technology has existed and has been secretly used to experiment on humans for decades. You only need to look at the list of members of the ‘Alzheimers Association’ board members to see (according to Dane Wigington’s geo-engineeringwatch.org website) that many of them have direct ties to or investments in the aluminum industry.
It’s no accident that jets overhead have been dumping toxic metals and nanopartulates around the globe for more than 50 years. We have been secretly primed for this kind of manipulation, mass hysteria and mentacide.
Our government’s obtained technologies long ago that they could have used to create a utopian society.
It now seems quite apparent now that malevolent forces rule the day and that the final battle between good and evil has already begun. There are no “White hats” riding in to save us, we will all be judged based on our merit or our ruthlessness to survive, and only those who who can transcend to a higher level of consciousness will be allowed to remain.

Of course, there is Avram Noam Chomsky, who might be available to ask pertinent questions about neurolinguistic phonetic and acoustic interactions when his anarcho-syndicalism or libertarian socialism is not being forced.

I’m linking to a video hosted by Reiner Fuellmich where he interviews lawyers from different parts of the world, one of which is Chile. They lawyer and translator begin at hour 3, minute 19 of the video.
When listening to her description of Chile (as well as a description by Whitney Webb who was barely able to get out of the nation recently) I cannot reconcile the president trying to “protect” any person’s rights in Chile. This is now a full on police state, one of the cruelest and most vicious in existence.
Chile has been selected as the regional lead nation for Agenda 2030 so maybe that is why they are given money for this research? It is also the case that people appear to be extraordinarily mind controlled there. I think they are taking a part in several horrendous experiments on the people of that nation.

Syncronicity strikes again. I have not been able to sleep much the last week and was wondering if all my wifi was broadcasting something. A lot of people are having this issue right now. Decided I was going to unplug it all before bed time to see if my nights improve. Imagine a chip like Ellon Musk’s in your head that can stimulate different regions of your brain. For depression, small nano wires going to happy stimulators can make you instantly happy even while being skinned alive. Wires going to pain centers can be used to punish you. Others going to arousal centers can arouse you if a normally unattractive elite, who will own or rent you in the later stages of their great reset, wishes your company. Another wire could permanently put you to sleep if you can’t handle owning nothing, being made to be happy even though you know your situation is a nightmare, and have an adaptive mind that somehow finds ways around their behavioral modifying slavery chip. Of course in the beginning these chips likely would not be used for all that but over time after everyone gets one for their depression or what not more function likely will be added so other regions of the mind can be hacked without your consent.
That is description of the insect, and the insectan sectarian.
One uses the discipline of yoga, to expand beyond such restraint.
