So many people spotted this story that I want to thank you all up front for bringing it to my attention.
It's so disgusting, however, that I almost hesitate to talk about it. There was a time, perhaps, when such a story would have been met with abhorrence and disgusted disbelief. Unfortunately, times have changed, and while such articles might still be met with abhorrence and disgust among those still managing to hold on to rationality and morality, sadly, they are no longer met with disbelief.
So without further ado, here's the story:
In case you missed it, here's the gist(from the first article):
The federal government gave at least $2.7 million in taxpayer money to researchers who sought out minority babies who had been aborted in order to harvest their organs, according to internal documents released Tuesday.
The University of Pittsburgh targeted minorities in its request for infant organs—including those taken from full-term babies—to create a "pipeline" for fetal research. Researchers said they needed 50 percent of the donated fetuses to be minorities and specified that 25 percent must come from black women. The Pittsburgh metropolitan area is 85 percent white and 8 percent black. Researchers stressed the importance of maintaining organ blood flow in the request, which watchdogs say could violate federal law by asking doctors to illegally preserve organs during labor-inducing abortions.
The National Institutes of Health has overseen experiments on fetal organs at the University of Pittsburgh since 2015 in what the school claimed to be a "tissue hub." Aborted babies used in this research ranged from 6 to 42 weeks of gestation, according to government documents. The grant request from the university to the government agency redacts key information, including how many fetuses were obtained and who provided them. Its language, however, raised troubling questions.
And the USSA likes to lecture Communist China on its human rights violations!
The article goes on to "reassure" us in the following way:
The fetal research focused on harvested kidneys. The University of Pittsburgh said fetuses should have minimized "warm ischemic time"—a medical term to describe the time that an organ is without blood flow. It also lists "labor induction" as a utilized abortion procedure to obtain the organs.
"There’s the distinct possibility that some of these babies are born alive and then their organs and tissues are removed," Dr. David Prentice, vice president and research director of the pro-life Charlotte Lozier Institute, told the Free Beacon. "This is horrific—almost medieval. It is certainly antiquated science."
Federal law bans the purchasing of aborted fetuses, which must be donated for research. It is illegal to request how donated fetuses are to be aborted. A university spokesman said researchers played no role in the "timing, method, or procedures used to terminate the pregnancy."
Oh...well... donation makes it ok then. Not. Neither does "federal grant money."
But prior to this, we're informed that the University of Pittsburgh "said fetuses should have minimized 'warm ischemic time' - a medical term to describe the time that an organ is without blood flow." Donations or no, I strongly suspect that behind the scenes, "arrangements" are made - we used to call them kickbacks - so that the "sought after tissues" are obtained. You know it and I know it. The very willingness of the Dr. Fausti's of the world to experiment on aborted babies and to harvest their organs and other tissues for "research" creates a demand, like it or not.
I am honestly at an almost complete loss for words. I am saddened, and nauseated, beyond my ability to state...
I heard recently - I don't remember where, perhaps on some talk radio station, perhaps when I was catching up with lamestream propatainment "news" on youtube - that the quackcination rates among some minorities (I seem to recall Blacks and Hispanics being two that were most prominently mentioned) was lower than for Caucasians and Asians and so on. Is anyone really surprised at this? Why would anyone blame blacks for not rushing to the quackincation centers? Anyone familiar with the Tuskegee experiments will understand the reticence of a segment of the population that has been targeted - and there's no other word for it - by the CDC before.
Why do I mention this? Because those most commonly victims of abortion are minorities. "We need x,y,z sets of organs at such-and-such weeks of pregnancy..."
A shining city? An "exceptional nation"?
... only as Carthage was exceptional, and shining... They practiced human sacrifice of children too.
See you on the flip side...
