NASA KEEPS THE NARRATIVE OPTIONS OPEN ON UFO’S
If you've been following the field of ufology lately - or as I like (sometimes) to call it, ufoology - you've probably noticed a few attempts in the past two or three years by "the powers that be" to keep the subject on people's minds. There was Tom DeLonge, Hal Puttoff and the To The Stars Academy; there were appearances of "former" CIA people on the national news shows along with recent video tapes and films of declassified gun camera footage showing our pilots chasing "somethings"; even the New York Times and a few magazines ran a few articles(it wasn't, to be sure, the first time the Times had run articles about UFOs. It has been doing this for decades. But the context was different. We'll get back to this). Many in the "disclosure community" took all this as a sign and signal that it (disclosure) was once again just around the corner. I remained, and remain, highly skeptical.
Nonetheless, there was something different about this latest round of stories, films, interviews and so on: the government, or at least, people connected with it, had changed their tune from the 1950s mantra "they're nothing but swamp gas or other natural phenomena that have been misidentified or misunderstood" and from the 1960s Condon-Report-era mantra "they don't exist" to the 1980s Reagan musings in front of the United Nations General Assembly (and Mr. Gorbachev) "what if they do exist and are out to get us? We would all drop our differences and make common cause. Will you help?" (Mr. Gorbachev: "Certainly we will!") What was different about this last round was, well, the feel of it. There was evident coordination, and a kind of marketing campaign to keep people focused on the subject. There was talk that Darth Hillary was to be the "disclosure President" (with overtones of the feminine hand sweeping away decades of UFO-patriarchal male privilege with one executive order) until Mr. Trump ruined that narrative.
But the bottom line for me was there was a different "feel" to this. And in spite of the Covid planscamdemic, the stories and interviews, while they drifted off, did not cease completely. I thought at the time, and still think, a narrative was (and is) being prepared and marketed. But what narrative? This is where it gets interesting.
With that in mind, E.G. (and many more) sent along the following story about the new head of NASA, Bill Nelson, talking about UFOs:
‘We hope it’s not an adversary here on Earth’: NASA leader suggests UFOs could be aliens
When I read this story, a very odd thought occurred to me. Not only was this part of the sort of subtle "narrative preparation" that such marketing campaigns indulge in, it was also a very odd marketing campaign and narrative preparation, if indeed that is what it is. Consider the following statements:
“Before we leave, I haven’t even talked about the search for extraterrestrial life. What do you think we’re doing on Mars? We’re looking for life. This is a part of NASA’s mission. That’s what this telescope is gonna be looking for. Are there other planets elsewhere that there is life?” Nelson said near the end of a wide-ranging hourlong discussion with Larry Sabato of the University of Virginia’s Center for Politics. “I know what you’ve seen is what those Navy pilots saw in 2004, and there have been some 300 sightings since then.”
Nelson said that “I’ve talked to those pilots, and they know they saw something, and their radars locked onto it, and then all of a sudden it was here," as he looked down, “on the surface and then it’s there," as he pointed up.
“And they don’t know what it is, and we don’t know what it is. We hope it’s not an adversary here on Earth that has that kind of technology. But it’s something. And so, this is a mission that we’re constantly looking — what, who is out there? Who are we? How did we get here? How did we become as we are? How did we develop? How did we civilize? And are those same conditions out there in a universe that has billions of other suns in billions of other galaxies — it’s so large I can’t conceive it,” he continued.

Sabato tried to milk a definitive stance from the NASA administrator, pointing to a May episode of 60 Minutes on UFOs and commenting that there was speculation about whether the sightings were caused by China, the Russians, or “extraterrestrial intelligent beings.”
“What is your theory?” he asked Nelson. “You’ve heard a lot of options. Which one do you think is the most credible, if you could choose?”
“I don’t know the answer to that,” Nelson said. “But I do know this, that my personal opinion is that the universe is so big, and now, there are even theories that there might be other universes, and if that’s the case, who am I to say that planet Earth is the only location of a life form that is civilized and organized like ours?” The NASA leader added, “Are there are other planet earths out there? I certainly think so, because the universe is so big.”

The intelligence community warned that “some UAP may be technologies deployed by China, Russia, another nation, or a non-governmental entity.” ODNI said that UFOs “would also represent a national security challenge if they are foreign adversary collection platforms or provide evidence a potential adversary has developed either a breakthrough or disruptive technology.” The possibility of UFOs being of extraterrestrial origin was not discussed.
It appears that NASA is keeping - along with the "intelligence 'community'" - it's narrative options open. "The universe is so big" that "they" could be extra-terrestrials. Then again, it could be Russia or China. Or it could be phenomena we don't understand (and it is not a long jump from there to "it might be life forms of a wholly different nature than what we're used to").
Or - and this is the one that really caught my eye - it could be "a non-governmental entity" like a corporation, or hidden cabals and groups ala my "Nazi International" or sci-fi/fantasy author Martin Caidin's Medelov Conspiracy and its group of scientists using public and private funds and conspiring in the jungles of Brazil to cook up their own nifty technologies and turn them loose on unsuspecting humanity in the ultimate technocratic thriller.
And there's a final point to observe here about keeping the narrative options open: if such technologies could "also represent a national security challenge if they are foreign adversary collection platforms" then by parity of reasoning that "national security challenge" would also be the case if they were extra-terrestrial in origin.
In other words, the narrative options are kept open, but they all carry - some more subtly than others - that national security implication.
That is, we're a long way off from swamp gas and they don't exist. We're now at "we don't know what the heck they are, but one thing's certain, whatever they are or whatever we may ultimately declare them to be, they're a potential national security threat." The narrative can be adjusted to circumstances...

I begin to wonder what the ‘experts’ at NASA make of Waffle Rock at Jennings Randolph Lake, near Elk Garden, West Virginia. It is millions of years old and is fossilized. Could it be part of a spaceship? It certainly looks futuristic, designed and engineered!

I wonder if it is possibly the fossilized remnant of a crashed saurian spaceship that came from elsewhere in the Milky Way Galaxy? (Think about it – humans have been on Planet Earth for a mere blip in time, compared to the great eons of time the dinosaurs and giant lizards spent on our Planet before an Asteroid supposedly wiped them out 65 million years ago).

Thinking further about the evolutionary traits of a highly advanced saurian civilization, I would expect the bipod dinosaurs / lizards to have the ability to change their skin colour to blend into their environment (just like the Chameleon and some other lizards), the default colour of their skin would be green / bark. I would also expect them to have big oval / round bulbous eyes – possibly black in colour and night vision. They would be much taller than humans (likely giants) with extended long limbs (2 arms and 2 legs) possibly with webbed ‘hands’ and ‘feet’. They wouldn’t have ears or a nose like humans, but rather orifices located in their head. They would have a mouth and tongue.
They would enjoy harmonic music which would send them into a trance state (like snakes / cobras can be put into a trance by playing pipe music). Perhaps humans could communicate with the saurians using sounds / music / colours played on different scales?

I don’t agree that they are harmful to humans, I bleive they are benevolent. (I think Alien, Predators, Signs are a lie propagated and maintained to brain wash the masses by Hollywood and Californication).
I believe it is very plausible that the ET UFOs (not the ones operated on Earth by humans from the deep states such as USA, Russia and China) have saurian crew (lizard / reptile) and that they come from elsewhere in the Milky Way Galaxy, from a planet with an advanced civilization of highly evolved dinosaurs / giant lizards.
Certainly the ancient texts and tablets in our Museums speak of a race of beings called ‘lizard people’ coming to Earth thousands of years ago.
The Ubaid culture (5500 – 4000 BC) pottery is found to the south of Mesopotamia (ancient Iraq), along the west coast of the Gulf (Kuwait), perhaps transported there by fishing expeditions. I suspect that UFOs, USOs and UAPs are connected with Time Travel and Time Manipulation.
It is highly strange and surely no coincidence that there is a series of Doctor Who that seems to closely mirror the Tablets of Destiny (which Joseph has written in depth about in his book ‘The Cosmic War’).
In Doctor Who (Tom Baker incarnation 1970s), a figure calling himself the White Guardian commissions the Doctor and K9, assisted by a new companion for the Doctor, the Time Lady Romana, to find the six segments of the Key to Time, a cosmic artifact resembling a perfect cube that maintains the equilibrium of the Universe. Since it is too powerful for any single entity to possess, it has been split into six different segments and scattered across space and time, disguised by the raw elemental power within them into any shape or size. However, since the forces balancing the universe are so upset, the White Guardian needs to recover the segments of the Key to stop the universe so that he can restore the balance. The White Guardian also warns the Doctor of the Black Guardian, who also wishes to obtain the Key to Time for his own purposes. In the final episode, the Black Guardian, disguised as the White Guardian, attempts to take the Key from the Doctor. The threat of inflation strikes in all directions it seems including those directions of no accountability, excessive funding, and being compromised by adversaries under the guise of make-nice-and-pick-out-furniture talk with dollars attached for silence. Theft is only so so when what is stolen is recreated. Amazing how adversaries have similarly designed stuff. Or not.
Should the Other’s want NASA to dictate terms and policy they’ll likely be notified. World powers (wan-na-bees) likely have a long path to high-ground. They’re still grounded for all intents and purposes aside from liquid propellant and probes which are useful instruments for exploration. Long range communication needs some work to over come this terrestrial time trap of one day at a time and its familiar increments within that day.
The private sector might find a path on their own should they leave behind duplicity incorporated for profit and the lunatic dual role or “what’s the phrase?” . . Military civil fusion – in the heap of fallen hegemonies for reclamation, recycling, and damage control. Demanding more money won’t do to justify budgets this year, either. Their credibility seems to be missing, too. Who’s controlling who for this excuse called disclosure. They’ll disclose what they will – crashes, bodies, parts, affected witnesses to include documented incidents.
For those folks who insist on proof-ee-ness so that they can do as the Others do will have to take that demand up with those that already do. Repeating what the Others do (in the scientific frame of reference) is to become like them even as them. The question goes begging, “What’s stopping those that desire confirmation?” Could it be the Others themselves are needed who do not answer to this upright simian type? And know that they do not have to do the bidding of the curious despite a yearning to know. To each their own proof-ee-ness that removes doubt. There’s no doubting dummkopf this side of the monitor. Careful what you ask for.

That’s my take, it’s psychological warfare to distract and divide the masses. And is used for cover such as getting tissue samples from farm animals after a secret radiation leak. But that’s just because I don’t make room for them anymore. Now once we get close to discovering how to set up super conducting capable bubble fields in space time that are capable of nearly instantly super conducting from pole to pole on Earth, or between poles from star to star, and galactic pole to galactic pole between galaxies we will likely suddenly begin to experience a lot more real alien encounters. It’s a conscious dimensional resonance phenomenon.
Take an infinite universe and it’s energy potential is infinite. Take a finite bubble any size you can make, but for our use a bit larger than our space craft. What’s the maximum velocity an infinite force can propel a finite bubble or charge? It’s all about manipulating the fabric of the universe or possibly the force of a star’s or galaxy’s electro-magnetic potential as a whole on a finite bubble to propel that bubble at insane speeds. The waves of electro-magnetic fields already touch and reach each other. Peaks in waves that are so vast that they span the distances between stars and galaxies already pre-exist. The speeds of these galactic and star distance scale size waves that already exist are near the speed of light. So a finite bubble capable of tuning into and surfing such scale waves could use them to nearly instantaneously travel from galaxy to galaxy or from star to star or Earthly pole to Earthly pole.
The Speed of Light for these super fast and long waves is relative to their scale and thus much faster than the speed of light we observe at our scale of measurements. When visualizing this potential I was visualizing a potential similarly repeating ratio but of greater values to greater scales of waves moving through the same medium. So on much larger scales of wave movement their relativity to the speed of light at our scale would be much faster and therefore hard for us to detect or notice but there never the less. Is there evidence that the Universe has or doesn’t have different vibrational scales of octaves?
This is all interesting but why is NASA KEPT ON LIFESURPORT barely alive underfunded. I was streaming The Terran Space Academy today on YouTube he said if they had follow-up and built on Skylab we could by now have had both a Moonbase and Marsbase by now. There seems to be an ongoing conspiracy to prevent humanity from leaving the planet and turning Earth into a global slave plantation. The core concept of the recent ufo disclosures is – “We still don’t know what these things are or who’s behind them.” That means deceit and non-disclosure are still the order of the day. These NASA comments do keep open the narrative options on ufos. And lay groundwork for accusing China, Russia, non-state actors, ET, and others. It also says, “We are not admitting our possession of these technologies, non-fossil-fuel technologies, that could stop the ocean acidification and much of our environmental pollution and resulting degradation. We are also keeping from you the truth about the reality of the earth and ET life.” By keeping the narrative option open, rather than educating the public about the true state of the world, we can expect disclosure to hit the mind of Americans like the mother of all shock and awe attacks. If it is a crisis moment, and America has never been told this threat actually exists outside of movies, how will Americans respond. Denial? Panic? Totally reactive responses. The internet will crash. Very few will have a reasoned plan of action. Toilet paper will leave the store shelves. Panic buying, hoarding, shortages, gas shortages. Mistrust of govt is rampant in the US. So while NASA keeps narrative options open for the “controllers,” keeping secret the advanced level of tech held by private entities and unacknowledged govt programs, NASA prepares a recipe for national disaster for the rest of us. Secrecy is still protected and they assume they will manage the national response to disclosure when it comes, which is likely a self-serving assumption. The level of criminal behavior at all levels, particularly Wall Street, banking, money flows out from govts, will be astronomical.
In a monopolized political/economy; it’s no wonder the U.S. oligarchy wants a virtual monopoly on thoughts, including ufoology. If the perceptions start moving away from the agreed-upon NWO narrative; the transnational media will flood the globalized airwaves in-lockstep to manage & control it.

Maybe they’re keeping their options open; maybe they’re trying to obfuscate and confuse; maybe both. What seems clear is that they’re planning to use a UFO narrative(s) as cover for something.

What will be most interesting to me is to see how much of the public does or doesn’t fall for whatever psyop(s) they cook up. Is enough of the public still gullible enough to believe a story just because it’s in the news? Respectfully, pilots and air traffic controllers eyes, ears and radar do not lie. They witness reality.
The question is who on Planet Earth is operating such advanced propulsion, flight and aerodynamic technology? (it is very unlikely to be ET who would cloak their aerial / space craft, so not visible to radar).

There are 2 different arguments.
1. What is the truth behind UFO sightings?
2. How is the Gov going to use UFO sightings?
#1 is a snipe hunt. #2 is much more down to earth (literally and figuratively.) My prediction is that at some point it will be announced that aliens have landed and the planet must unite because of it. Perhaps to fight them off, perhaps to meet requirements to be given super technology. I’m betting Tucker Carlson will be used to sell the scam to those on the Right, whether he wants to or not.
This is likely a contingency plan if the covid scam doesn’t work, so it won’t be initiated for some time. When it does, expect 100% realistic deep-fake videos. Perhaps the glitches in Biden’s deep-fake videos is so they can say, “but if we had technology that good, there wouldn’t have been any glitches with Biden!”
I think the UFOs and UAPs sighed over sensitive military and scientific research sites are Terrestrial and Human origin and technology developed since WW2. They lack cloaking ability and clearly show up on radar.
ET spacecraft would not show up on radar, as they most certainly have cloaking ability.
Draw your own conclusions who are the human adversaries here on Planet Earth. It seems they gained the technology and started to develop it during later stages of WW2.

Dear Joseph, I have posted extensively here on your various reports over the past 6 weeks about UFOs, USOs and UAPs and secret / hidden technology.
We know that there was an explosion of sightings during World War Two by credible witnesses – pilots, sailors, troops and radar operators on all sides of the battle.
The most intriguing reports are those of the Japanese soldiers in the Solomon Islands in the South Pacific and the US Air Force and Navy personnel during the various naval battles to retake the Solomon Islands from the Japanese.
One of the US aircraft carriers during those battles was named the USS Enterprise. I do not think that is a coincidence!
In locations surrounding the many US navy ships that were hit and sunk by the Japanese in WW2, there have been repeated sightings by Solomon Islanders of the UFOs / USOs – they call them the ‘Dragon Snake’. Reason for that, is they have very bright lights and sometimes target and kill members of their community with ‘fire’ (a laser gun) emission from the ‘Dragon Snake’.

Most certainly the UAPs have the ability to enter lakes and the sea; and most likely have an underground base(s) in the Solomon Islands.
