NATO WANTS TO WEAPONIZE YOUR BRAIN
Many people sent me versions of this story, so thank you to you all. However, I want to concentrate on one version of it - the version shared by W.G. (again, thank you) - because it illustrates the limitless ambitions to power and control that have infected most corners of the West. The story, quite simply, is that NATO is now talking openly of weaponizing the individual:

While the NATO-backed study insisted that much of its research on cognitive warfare is designed for defensive purposes, it also conceded that the military alliance is developing offensive tactics, stating, “The human is very often the main vulnerability and it should be acknowledged in order to protect NATO’s human capital but also to be able to benefit from our adversaries’s vulnerabilities.”
In a chilling disclosure, the report said explicitly that “the objective of Cognitive Warfare is to harm societies and not only the military.”
With entire civilian populations in NATO’s crosshairs, the report emphasized that Western militaries must work more closely with academia to weaponize social sciences and human sciences and help the alliance develop its cognitive warfare capacities.
The study described this phenomenon as “the militarization of brain science.” But it appears clear that NATO’s development of cognitive warfare will lead to a militarization of all aspects of human society and psychology, from the most intimate of social relationships to the mind itself.
Such all-encompassing militarization of society is reflected in the paranoid tone of the NATO-sponsored report, which warned of “an embedded fifth column, where everyone, unbeknownst to him or her, is behaving according to the plans of one of our competitors.” The study makes it clear that those “competitors” purportedly exploiting the consciousness of Western dissidents are China and Russia.
In other words, this document shows that figures in the NATO military cartel increasingly see their own domestic population as a threat, fearing civilians to be potential Chinese or Russian sleeper cells, dastardly “fifth columns” that challenge the stability of “Western liberal democracies.” (Boldface emphasis added)
Now, I don't know about you, but it seems to me that Western "democracies" are doing a pretty good job all on their own of undermining their own stability. The covid planscamdemic has certainly helped in that process, but it was long underway before the planscamdemic came along. Consider only President* Bidenenko: is it mere dementia and incompetence that is creating the current instability, or - applying NATO's own template - is his whole regime a "sleeper cell" of Communist Chinese and Russian influence? Well, given the ties of some of his family to China, a case could be argued for the latter.
In any case, NATO's "philosophy" is very clear, and it makes two assumptions that, in my opinion, will ultimately prove fatal to its project: (1) that human beings are "capital" and "resources" to be spent and used to support the power of its elite, and (2) that the brain and the mind are the same thing. In short, its a wholly materialistic world view, with all the narcissism and nihilism that implies. In the second case, NATO is gambling and in doing so, taking a huge risk, for if the brain and the mind are not the same thing, then there is an aspect of the mind that always transcends mere physiology, and the technological means of manipulating it. Similarly, if humans are not merely "resources" and "capital" to be manipulated and exploited, then any strictly materialistic society as NATO might try to build is doomed to collapse and failure...
... rather like the Soviet Union and former Warsaw Pact countries.
NATO's vision is essentially nihilistic and (for its elite) narcissistic; it's a war of everything against everything, and hence, destructive even of itself.
It will fail, and fail miserably. But in the meantime, it has now made itself a target of the very same techniques it purports to use.
Or as I've said often before, two (or more) can play the covert ops game.

There is no doubt that our consciousness is shifting. Actually sometimes I du have doubts, and I’m telling myself that is only my personal feeling and experience. Then I remember that consciousness is unitary and resonates in all beings.
It looks like the more the consciousness changes and raises, the more resistance and fears are triggered among those who perceive this process as being a “loss of control”, as the rational mind is confronted with new concepts, ideas and perceptions that doesn’t fit anymore in the old way of thinking.
Those who imagine a “cognitive warfare” need to be reassured, as they are those who try to “stay in control”. We need to calm the rational mind and teach it to let go. What is to come is not irrational, it’s just beyond what the rational mind can understand and represent now.

I think this is just a statement of what elites have already been doing for some time. After the technology advances of the the last century, the elite began to grasp how mass communication and the concentration of information sources can much more easily manipulate the public mind. With help from MK-Ultra and evil scum like Edward Bernays, huge progress in psychological programming has been made. It is now clear that the whole “sex, drugs, and rock and roll” meme of my generation was largely an experiment in mind control (which worked better than expected). It has taken me decades of study and research to recognize just how manipulated I was by these inhuman monsters, and just how controlled our society has become (Frank Zappa reportedly predicted exactly what we are seeing now – the previous illusion of freedom in our society is being dispensed with by the controlling elite).
The Boomer generation was the first American generation raised on electronic mass communication, and with each succeeding generation after us, the technology and ability to manipulate people’s perceptions has grown more sophisticated, more effective, more invasive, and more pervasive (while the media/control sources have been concentrated in fewer and fewer hands).
Now, with Socialist Media, I mean Social Media, people are behaving like Bruce Dern’s character in “Support Your Local Sheriff;” not only believing in non-existent prison cell bars, but actively helping to build the real ones (the human-caused global warming scam being a prime example of emotionally driven propaganda overpowering rational thought and obvious fact in this manner). They sound just about as smart, too, completely incapable of recognizing blatantly contradictory (even completely idiotic) statements and ideas, and only capable of parroting words and phrases they hear, while spewing loads of hate and emotional venom.
J.P. Sears comedy satire does a remarkable job of illustrating this. In a near-perfect Gnostic flip flop, these “hate-hating” young people are the most hateful, angry, badly educated, and completely misguided generation in a very long time; absolutely perfect for manipulation and control. It is almost like it was planned and engineered . . . .
While previous generations have long been basically eight to ten year olds (emotionally and cognitively) in adult bodies, the most recent generations are more like two or three years olds – completely subservient to volatile emotional outbursts with virtually no cognitive capabilities in evidence, and willing to break any law or code of behavior if it is “inconvenient” or “too hard” for them to behave like responsible adults.
Granted, these are massive generalizations (I know some extremely smart and capable millenials), and there are always exceptions in every group of people. Also granted, these impressions are heavily marketed by the media machine as part of the whole control process. However, I have seen enough to know that this does apply to a visibly larger segment of the population now than it did in my generation when we were the same age; much the same as obesity has exploded over the last 40-50 years (in this country, anyway – is this related? Sure seems congruent with a long-term Nazi plan to me – the slow frog boil approach to payback and world domination).
This report might just be a part of the occult “it’s okay to do evil if you announce it and get no resistance” thing.
Whatever the case, it is clear there is a strong push toward a new Dark Age of ignorant superstition and mob mentality, all controlled by a group of self-appointed “royalty” who are deeply corrupt or even massively insane. This trend needs to be quashed.
The essence of evil is clear in the “divide and conquer” tactic – the basis for all evil is the idea that any one group of people (or beings), no matter how they are defined, is “better” or more deserving than any other group (or all other groups). You can trace virtually all evil behavior in history to this one idea. In this obvious thinking error, we clearly see displayed the deep perversion (inversion?) of the Topological Metaphor of the Medium discussed by JPF.
“Man” and “human” are definitely not synonyms. “Human” is an ontological disaster. Gradually, the word “human” has taken over, and distorted perception of reality.
It is popular, to kowtow to feminism, by avoiding the word “man”. All Anglophones are therefore feminists, without knowing it. Who is the boss? Mummy?
American feminism projects hostility towards European patriarchy, that is Nazi-labeled, by default. It is possible, to reverse the trend, by being conscious, about every word spoken.

If you have a society and economy that benefits most of the people in it, then some moderate propaganda is probably enough to manipulate the common people.

A few blog-days ago someone mentioned “garbage in = garbage out.” That also encompasses this article rerun where only the date was changed from 08Oct2021 to 15Oct2021. Those engaging in this manipulation would find themselves battling their own garbage due to their own ignorance despite their training and experience to date. There’s only so-much word wrestling to be had before gibberish ensues, just as those AI programs a while back that begun that unusual gibberish when left to their own vices turned on. One other item that stands out is the lack of freely given expression of such activities by those communist sources. Assuming, that Scythian skills match the Comanche, then Roman military would have wanted to recruit Scythians.
