THAT SHIPPING AND SUPPLY CHAIN THING: A HIGH OCTANE PHONE CALL

A few days ago I had a long telephone conversation with a friend (K.M.) and as we always do we were batting around various scenarios about various things. Then, suddenly, my friend advanced a scenario about why all those cargo ships are stacked up in Long Beach, California waiting to be unloaded.  When I heard the scenario, I was dumbfounded, because I thought I might be the only other one who had entertained the same idea. It was one of those odd synchronicities when you discover someone else is thinking the exact same thing that you are.

The reason I've not talked about it before, and the reason I'm talking now, is firstly because our idea is... well... "out there", and neither of us have seen a shred of evidence to suggest it's true. Both of us were also thinking back to a press conference...but we'll get back to that. Secondly, my reason for talking now is because if we can both think of it, maybe someone else has thought the same thing, and hence, might have a bit of direct evidence, or an indirect observation, article, or evidence that might tend to corroborate our crazy scenario.

And it is a cray scenario, but no less crazy an explanation than some of the others already  out there: "they" want to mess up the supply chain in order to (1) starve the population (2) rise prices (3) create instability through chaos, and on and on we could go. Then there are the other types of speculation that this backlog is due to covid restrictions, or not enough people working the docks, and that there's no other hidden story here.

Frankly, most of the scenarios I've heard make some sort of "odd sense" and this may be a case of several agendas being accomplished at once, or "stacking functions" as Catherine Austin Fitts likes to say.

But in all the talk about the supply chain breakdown out there, there's one scenario that has not been mentioned, until K.M. dropped it in our conversation, and I had that sinking realization that "Oh, my, I'm not the only one thinking this."

To make sense of our wild speculation, let's go back to April 1, 2020, and that very unusual covid press conference that President Trump hosted, but which, strangely, began with Secretary of Defense Esper, and General (thoroughly modern) Milley:

The "covid" conference began with Esper, and then (thoroughly modern) Milley's, remarks, and it's with both that we are concerned, and particularly with Milley's, which begin at about 7:00 and then end about 8:40. When you listen to their remarks, they concern what amounts to a dramatic "uptick" in drug cartel smuggling activity, taking advantage of the covid planscamdemic. The smuggling to which they refer includes not only the drugs themselves, but more importantly, "bad actors," and as a result, all sorts of naval, coast guard, and military assets were being dispatched to the Caribbean to interdict this new and expanded smuggling activity. Then Milley made the remark, which he emphasized, "You're not going to get through." Then the conference moved on, and we subsequently heard no more about this operation.

I stated at the time that I thought the scale of the military response to this alleged uptick in drug cartel smuggling was a bit "much," and that something else may be taking place behind a cover story of drug smuggling.  Clearly, the military was pulling out all the stops to stop something, but was it really about drugs? I suspected not, and said that perhaps there was "something else" that they were perhaps concerned about, and that the heavy presence of military brass - a full admiral from both the navy and the coast guard, and a fill general - was meant to send a message to someone.

So what was the "something" they might have been concerned about?

At the time, my high octane speculation was that the military was concerned that something might be smuggled into the USA, not drugs, but as I put it at the time, "a firecracker."

Which brings me to K.M.'s scenario mentioned during our phone call: What if the backlog at the western ports is because "they" are having to take the time and inspect incoming cargo shipments, cargo box by cargo box, because "they" are looking for "something,"  possibly "a firecracker" or some other weapons?

The scenario might not be as crazy as it initially sounds. Recall that during roughly the same time frame as the press conference above, President Trump had repeatedly emphasized that America was under attack, and that covid was the attack. He made no secret of blaming China. In the current geopolitical climate, it takes little imagination to see that things have not calmed down since that strange press conference, but that they have intensified. I'm not saying that China is to blame for the smuggling. It could be anyone, including non-state actors like the drug cartels.  But a "firecracker" could hardly be acknowledged by the military in either instance, as the release of such information would possibly create a panic, and an even greater hit to the economy than the lockdowns. Drugs would be a perfect cover story.

So... that was the crazy scenario K.M. shared and that I had privately entertained. And it is crazy. Just crazy enough that I thought it necessary to mention, so that people can watch out for any activity or indications that it might, just might, be true.

And General (thoroughly modern) Milley? Well, it's also worth mentioning that he's known for saying crazy things, like his comments to graduating military cadets that they would have to learn to fight little green men... and that was before Mr. Trump decided to create the "space force."

See you on the flip side...

The ‘Evergiven’ container ship, blocking the Suez Canal, has never really been rationally explained. She was held for some weeks in the upper Canal for ‘checks’ before being quietly released into the Mediteranean.

  2. xtuart b on October 22, 2021 at 4:04 am

Speculation likely correct, I think. I have no direct evidence, but I do have a very close contact, in *bulk* shipping.
If there’s a smoking gun in all this, it’s the complete disparity between *container* and bulk transport, the latter having been unaffected apart from now being able to charge outrageous prices for fulfilling un-met demand.
The difference? You can’t easily insert (your kind of) firecrackers in bulk cargoes – the loading and unloading is a completely different process, where cargo is visible to all, whether it’s steel bars, liquid bitumen, rice or (as the bulk industry adapts to emergency demands) small-crated veg or consumer goods like trainers..

Recalling the notion that it only takes an aggressor plot one successful deployment where it requires vigilante and pain staking tedium toward discovery for the defenders against attack. There are, at least, four aggressors, too, that would seek to infiltrate as they disrupt, degrade, and deny the means of commerce, manufacturing, and transportation in their favor.

Trains, trucks, and barges all require fuel to move in addition to roadways, tracks, and continental waterways. It seems a multi-directional deployment of mobile resources. Something that’s effective in close range but needs the plotting of a small army with good intelligence.

There’s a scanner that penetrates. A strategy of containment often works well. Bottlenecks. Those away from the main flow that reduce incidental entanglement of routine activities.

    • xtuart b on October 22, 2021 at 10:04 am

In this type of situation I would recommend a strategy of ‘reflexion’. It avoids the difficulties you describe which are inherent in either deterrence or pre-emption.

For reflexion to work, you have to enter the mind of your opponent, not just to examine their strategy, but their purpose. Sometimes you can have a good idea of your enemy’s assets, deployments, schedules, but without understanding their purpose-hierarchy you cannot anticipate their actions in the face of contingencies. It hinges on the centrality of control as an underlying doctrine of both strategy and tactics.

The aim of reflexion is to inform your enemy that their understood portfolio of hostile actions will, if implemented, reduce their control of a theatre, and possibly an entire conflict. It is not directly to do with winning or losing, but more to do with persuading them that they will plausibly approach critical uncertainty if they initiate their planned hostilities.
The way you do this is to prepare a catalogue of several disparate reactions to any of their anticipated actions. It doesn’t matter too much what the actual chances of success are for any one of your reactions, but it does matter that they are varied in kind and scope.
You then publish one of those provocation-response pairs, back it up with a sample demonstration, indicate strongly that there are ‘n’ other possible responses without identifying them, together with your general agility in adopting whichever one (or more) is appropriate in time of necessity. You don’t even have to demonstrate a rational approach to this – in fact, it may be more effective to explicitly randomise things.
What this does is induce fear of theatre-confusion in your opponent, reduce their confidence that any one action on their part will serve their purposes, and require their investment in burdensome analytic and planning resources under battlefield conditions, thus dictating their allocation of resources and muddying their agenda.
Of course, what this means for your own effort is that you need to adopt a planning-with-irregularity, and planning-with-irregular-resources, strategy. It means approaching asymmetry rather than leveling the battlefield. Whether this is achievable even with our current Special Forces is unclear to me.

        • xtuart b on October 22, 2021 at 12:26 pm

Well it’s a defensive/reactive strategy, so I guess the current US military stance would fit; the CIA, not so much..

          • Richard on October 22, 2021 at 4:21 pm

The agencies will remain their often times unpredictable selves as they’re likely well-funded and better informed.

Dual purpose or multi-purposed, dispersion of assets contributes toward randomising probable outcomes. An age-old tactic that sometimes (if not always) gets played out in the markets, too. Assembling parts within must now be considered not ignored. A gnawing question goes begging, “What and who are compromised and by how much and by whom?”. . . Since the Party of the east by going west has already tipped their strategy along with others of that larger geography from a military tact (there are four of them with a wan-na-bee group that detests dirty hands of hard work from their lofty positions). It’s an adaptive race for high ground now (again). Since they’ve combined them with their “fusion tactic” a learning curve of awareness is necessary that expresses beyond their actions. What was not in their deck of playing cards was and is natural phenomena, among others, getting in their way of maximising opportunities from a sanitized error they insist continues.

Vane arrogance has scattered the marbles on a hard playing floor that was going to be used for nefarious acceleration in an “Un-restricted Warfare” stratagem. Every upright simian type now is a player, too, no matter walks of life yet the practical matters must be included in recovering. Toys & gifts seem the concern for many on their soapbox platforms during a holiday season but what lurks in support of those toys and gifts making it to market are agricultural goods and energy resources having taken an economic hit from multiple directions. Evading them serves no purpose but to fail.

In one’s view, would be opponents of their own choosing are in flight of their fright of exposure. Tossing all manner of twisted diplomacy and bribes in their wake. The solution seems the same. De-couple – Re-tool – Get to work while dealing with infiltration along the way. Not anything new but it is needed. Freedom of choice in a Constitutional Republic is sufficient irregularity for better change in itself. It is ongoing.

Since your last post I have seen where Portland is going to help out with the backup along with some other ports. https://www.kgw.com/article/money/california-port-shipping-delays-portland/283-09a9afaa-7516-455b-bc91-c7599ca670e4 I’m not so sure about the firecracker theory. I’m sure anything is possible however Ports do have container screening procedures prior to exiting. What raises my suspicion however is the large amount of NEW containers that have been recently purchased by the BIG companies like Walmart and Schneider as well as PAC Vans. It may just be supply and demand or a diversification move to ensure timely product travel OR a sustenance move for possible interstate travel restrictions… COVIDIAN CULT IS STILL VERY MUCH ALIVE ON THE WEST COAST!!!

God knows how small they are now on the other hand firecracker could be code for bio-weapon. But sabotage of our economic supply chain I would not put that beyond Baal Gates’s twisted fantasies.

After reading today’s blog and all the comments, my conclusion for “supply chain” debacle are:
    1. China is trying to carry thru Pacific some kind of hardship for US, be it: biowarfare agents, firecrackers, or people?
    2. Southern border is still porous because CIA continues trafficking drugs in exchange for intel related to Chinese freight?
    3. All of the above, plus lets continue this supply chain charade for benefit of starving Chinese for money and slow motion inflation, that helps us pay our internal debt?

NJ houses a ton of freight for NYC. Amazon and other big fish are probably stocking up for another small business take down.

No offense intended, but I doubt it is the “Photon Belt,” as we have been “almost about to go through” that for 30 years or more. That is New Age disinfo, from the people who add “tachyonic,” “quantum,” or photonic” to all manner of phrases and terms to make them seem scientifically modern. I’ve watched this going on for nearly 60 years, and it recycles every so often. Some of this is simply lack of education, some is deliberate disinformation.

We are in process of crossing the galactic current sheet (started around the 1850s), which definitely changes the electrical behavior of the whole solar system. The scientific data for this is pretty strong, and comes from mainstream researchers. There are definite cognitive/behavioral and probably spiritual (metaphysical) changes that will happen as well. We are already seeing some of them in people’s increasingly bizarre behavior. (People not trained to deal with the energetic aspect of our bodies will have a very difficult time with any such changes.)

We are also in the process of a magnetic pole shift (possibly caused by the current sheet crossing), which will likely result in a pole reversal within the next 15 years. Earth’s magnetic field strength is already down by at least 25% since 1850, and most of that drop has been in the last 30 years. It is accelerating so much that the government stopped releasing data about the field strength in 2015. There was no 5-year update in 2020, but related data suggest that the decrease continues to accelerate. We could be as much as 30% down, and at a 35 to 45% drop, a pole shift is highly likely. The magnetic poles are already moving toward a convergence point in the Indian ocean. (Suspicious Observers has lots of material on this and related things, and they cite the literature and other sources in their videos and books.)

    Back to the post:

Given that we have already seen weapons discovered being smuggled in (including drop-in trigger sets to turn semi auto AR15s to full auto), I don’t think the smuggling scenario is all that wild. The big question is: what is being smuggled that requires such measures?

My end-of-the-twig addition to this is that if one were smuggling people in some of those containers, they would only have so much life support built into the containers. Perhaps the delay is meant to run them out of life support and force them to either give up or die. Given the massive invasion already underway at our borders, this seems unlikely, but there might be some special group that can’t get in easily that way, say spec ops shock troops, or other specially trained (or infected?) people.

Biological agents are also high on my list, given Darth Gates “ominous” warnings about much worse things on the way. (He ought to know, he is paying to create them.) I have wondered if that was the purpose of all those counterfeit dollar bills captured by customs agents in Canada – spreading toxins.

One thing is for sure – a lot more people now see the incredible stupidity of offshoring all our manufacturing.

I forwarded a speculation along these lines in a video last June. I was saying that the lockdowns and riots were perfect cover for a dirty bomb or other device being covertly installed into one or more of the many newly-vacant buildings in major US cities. I was basing my reasoning largely off of George Webb tracing Derek Chauvin and George Floyd to a weapons smuggling ring involving the Hells Angels. I figured I was wrong, but maybe not…

One thing about those cargo container size missile launch platforms – they don’t need to be of long-range sophistication or fueled.

In the early 90’s I was contracting with an airline based at LHR. I used to go to an airport hotel fitness centre (mainly for the sauna and the bubbly-pool-thing, *sigh*).
One day I turned up to find a burnt-out wreck in the hotel car-park, carefully taped off. The PIRA had launched a rocket aimed at the North runway just over the road, *through* the roof of thelittle old hatchback, which probably looked only marginally better before it blew up. The rocket didn’t reach the runway, and I don’t think it even exploded on impact. However, they’d made their point.
As excitement went, it ranked well below the sight of Concorde take-offs for me, especially at dusk.

Usually; when encrypting, it helps to have a key.
In this crazy insane asylum globe; being run by a cadre of Looney Toon Madmen, dressed in white lab coats; the key is their enemy: a metaphorical, beating[live], human being heart.
That loving symbol expresses all “they” can’t have; yet, desperately desire.
    If they can’t have it;
    no one can.
For you see; “they” don’t realize what or who, is really in control.
They’ve been captured, and don’t realize it.
“They’ve” become unwitting agents of another dimension.
Their curiosity cost them, and they’re clueless.
    [That’s my frame…
of reference, as I read about today’s high-octane shipping & supply chain]

My thoughts were along those lines; and I expressed them here.
    Communist playbook, page one: starvation.
W/many “stacked functions” in between; but, to cut to the chase:
Make things so bad, the people beg to become slaves.
    But, the above just didn’t have that eureka gusto moment;
in the solving a perplexing conundrum of a puzzle.

The military searching for the “weapon/drugs” is quite possibly the reason.
Or, at the very least, one of the prime reasons.

The ships are definitely being held back on purpose by someone(s).

Another speculation: China’s real estate is blowing up. Can’t pay the bonds with real estate profits/income. The only way China has income is through export economy..

If those ships off the shore don’t get to unload their product, maybe the companies don’t get to collect income for the products and hence no foreign trade income to support the bond situation at a critical time.

  16. Awake on October 21, 2021 at 10:34 am

So, this will sound a bit out there, no pun intended by it. There is another theory, that the earth is going through the Awakening / Accension process, and part of that process is that the earth is about to move through the Photon Belt. Once the earth heads into the Photon Belt, no electro-magnetic devices will be able to function…just like a global EMP will occur. There will need to be a completely different type of energy source needed for things to work on earth. This is why some people keep talking about Photonic Energy and the QFS system that uses Photonic Energy. Think of the world where there is no electricity for anything. Lets say the government has the new photonic energy devices but not into general distribution yet…how long do we think it will take to get the water working again? Think of all the current systems in the world that are breaking down…all part of The Plan. From what some have been saying, nothing of the old corrupt masonic slave systems will be able to pass through into the photon belt…to include the low vibrational people associated with the old system. Kind of makes you understand what covid has been really used for as well as the term A Dark Winter. I would also like to indicate that the saying “From Dark to Light” is a Freemason saying and let that sink in for a few seconds. It is the “Oath Keepers” that are on the side of We the People and the Awakening process and not those that say they are light workers.

Might also be relevant that the Qanon INFO Op has cryptically referred (post 1306 (30-Apr-2018) to the Iran nuclear deal, plane full of cash sent to Iran, Uranium 1 scandal, Syria, etc. with reference to the Tom Clancy novel THE SUM OF ALL FEARS. The novel’s plot is relevant to this discussion:

“An Austrian Neo-Nazi plans to trigger a nuclear war between the United States and Russia, so that he can establish a fascist superstate in Europe. After the Neo-Nazi’s scientists build a secret nuclear weapon that destroys Baltimore, and a rogue Russian officer paid off by the Neo-Nazi attacks a U.S. aircraft carrier, the world’s superpowers are pushed close to the brink of war.“

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sum_of_All_Fears_(film)

Would TPTB actually attempt to develop a black market nuclear weapon(s) as a means to scare the US populace into going to war with Russia (or China) and also accepting globalist rule? (Almost James Bond territory here.) HRC’s subservience to Lynn de Rothschild is established via Wikileaks emails; her tie to U1 scandal is generally accepted, too. Obama’s dealings with Iran are certainly questionable.

As to whether or not there is actually anything to this, I cannot say.

Good vid! – first time I’ve seen this guy.
I especially liked the cute brunette who says she’s been diagnosed as hyper-sensitive to toxins, and now gets sick when she’s around vaxed people.
        And “black eyed pandemic” babies?
And, he gives an interpretation for the shipping backup as a way of creating shortages in the US until we’re all vaxed. (The elite would be doing in the US what’s being done in Australia, but the populace is armed.)
Max is a good presenter with insights into what Australia is like now.

If nothing else, this “Klausian” destruction of post-enlightenment civilization does have its entertaining moments. 😉
