Interestingly “man” is again having to measure, to observe.
“A single spacecraft, properly instrumented, can make these measurements.”

I wonder how many timelines are being run through portals?
Because when the wave[s] collapse, through observation[s]; timing would seem to be everything. Or, is the observer? And, who really is the observer?
I mean, are higher dimensions in an individual’s thoughts being accessed before he or she is conscious of the observation?
