Hello everyone – if anyone here has a chronic sinus infection, or knows someone who does, I draw your attention to the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5sIE1ahi7bc

There’s a European medical study that trialed this method and found that it worked – plus this procedure is now being used to reduce viral loads of covid in the sinuses as part of a treatment protocol in more enlightened areas of the world, like India, and is now being recommended by physicians like Dr. Peter McCullough.

Remember to boil the water rigorously for at least one minute to kill off any organisms that may be lurking in potable water and allow it to cool down to a luke-warm temperature before using, of course. Cheers.

OMG! I teared up seeing you and hearing your voice!
When I had my heart attack in process, congestive heart failure, they put in a defibrillator implant 90 days after the stints. They couldn’t stint the main artery feeding the heart because where it connected into the heart, the tissue was dead. The device is a safety net for the future if my heart wears out. I couldn’t have the by pass because of my comorbidities. I’m on an extensive list of medications and supplements. You are ao right that the names of the generics are impossible to say!!!.
Are they going to bring rehab to you or do you need to go to a facility? The one I would attend was shut down due to Covid, but is now reopening. I think being unvaccinated may keep me out. Being almost 70 and having several risk factors, I feel like the funeral march is playing in the background! But no one can believe I got through this event, so I figure there is more for me to do here. This is the time that many of us have waited for our entire adult lives.
You might consider getting a couple of essential oil diffusers to put near your bed and on your desk. There are some blends like peppermint with eucalyptus that are great for sinuses. Infact, you can purchase a blend on the Internet called “Clarity” that will blast your sinuses! Even though its not congestion in your case, the aromas still help to get air into the sinus passage ways. I helped a lady at work who was experiencing a horrible headache, so bad she couldn’t even make it to her car. I had her breathing in a blend that I always carry with me, and she was able to dial it back enough to drive home. I also heloed a woman in a crowd who was going into an asthma attack, by just holding the blend up to her nose. I bet you will never forget the difficulty getting any air in during the attack. It’s horrible. It’s worth a try. It kind of reminds me of when I was a kid and my Mom would rub Vicks Vaporub on my chest. My kids thought that was gross, but it worked for me.
How does Shiloh like having you around more? I miss her “talking” with little yelps and whines! My Big Boy has a number of different sounds that mean different things! ?

I had loads of vicks too. So much so they started calling me Vicky.
Saffron also has many health benefits including for cloggwd arteries I think. Anyway its recommended by Dr Tom Cowan , who wrote the Contagion Myth.

Glad you are back Joseph relax and cool out. I hope the Ukraine circus finally buries the Holy Roman Empire redux known as NATO. the first one under Charlemagne was a failure and so is this one and this one worse in that all it is doing is promoting tribal war and chaos around the World.

  6. Mira on January 31, 2022 at 6:13 pm

Wonderful to see you Dr. Farrell and, may I say, you are looking great!

We are on the eve of the Chinese New Year here – entering the Water Tiger. Tigers are quick to action, so in 2022 – tempers may flare, drama and excitement reign, but crazy dreams can become reality. This can apply to personal relationships, career developments, and, on a larger scale, political unrest or social revolution. There is no middle ground in the year of the Tiger – be prepared for sudden change. But fear not fellow Gizars, as we are courageous, decisive and confident!
    Kung Hei Fat Choy!

    welcome back!

many are saying that the plandemic is losing ground but it also seems like the proponents just keep turning up the heat. what will be the golden sword to end this siege?

It’s surprising Joseph, but you look healthier than you have in months. Very happy to see your progression.

May the Creator continue showering you in blessings and health.

Good to see you back in person.
Seems God answered your request months ago when retirement was mentioned.
However evidently, your assignment or calling is not complete. Compromise on being semi-retired at work you love and are quite competent at doing. Now you’ll have a chance at a Work/Life balance. We’ll all still hang out here. Take care of yourself. You are
an important human, as we all are.
Sending peace and a quiet mind when needed. It’s good for the heart.

Great to see you back in the hot seat Dr Farrell. I am certain everyone in here will be continuing with prayers and good intentions sent your way. As for the ‘gatherings’, the vid chats, I would be certain that everyone will be glad to participate once again, but that we would all prefer that the greatest priority be YOUR needs; relax, contribute what you can, but above all, look towards any and all aspects of your recovery as being what is clearly the most important thing for you, as that will be what is most important for your loyal and loving community too :).

  14. Eleanor on January 30, 2022 at 6:07 pm

Welcome back, Doc. You sound good! Lost a bit of weight, which is expected. 4-hour vidchat is pretty heavy, but I trust you know if you’re tired.
Wishing you lots of delicious chicken soup, or any other soup that makes you happy!

It would seem some folks are catching on as to what benefits network archiving has to offer. As evidenced by ZeroHedge. It’s not just data.
