ROBUST TIME CRYSTAL CREATED
This fascinating article was spotted and passed along by G.B., and to my non-scientific mind, raises as many questions as it answers. The upshot is, that scientists at the University of California at Riverside have successfully created a time crystal from laser interferometry:

I leave it to the reader to read through the whole article, but there were a couple of paragraphs that caught my eye and make me wonder if everything about this experiment - its ultimate purpose in fact - is being reported. Here's the two paragraphs:
Although a time crystal’s behavior repeats over time, it cannot be considered a mere ticking clock. Specifically, a clock requires external energy to keep going, but for a time crystal, the “ticking” is its most natural, stable state. This is the opposite of physicists’ idea of thermodynamic equilibrium, in which energy flows into a system only to inevitably dissipate: imagine a pot of water that is brought to a rolling boil and then returned to room temperature. In this sense, time crystals are rather like a pot of water that always boils in the exact same way and never cools down. By some definitions, they thus represent a new and unique state of matter that is distinguished by a steadfast persistence in staying out of equilibrium. As such inherent metronomes, time crystals may be a great future asset to precision timekeeping or quantum information processing.

The team’s breakthrough was arguably using a comparatively simpler approach centered on piping twin beams of laser light into a millimeter-wide, disk-shaped crystal cavity. Inside the cavity, the two beams repeatedly ricocheted off of its sides and collided in the process. Crucially, the researchers picked a particular cavity design and precisely controlled the properties of the laser beams so that the salvo of reflected light produced odd patterns that could never emerge from light emitted by, for example, common household light bulbs. Inside its crystalline bounce house, the laser light became a parade of “chunks”, each more like a single wave crest that never loses shape rather than a broad, wide ripple on the surface of a perturbed lake. These so-called solitary waves, or solitons, emerged and formed the parade with a predictable periodicity, marching perfectly on beat, consequently building a time crystal. The physicists caught on to this “crystallization” by carefully studying the light that trickled out of the cavity. (Emphasis added)
Now permit me some of my usual guessing in the form of some high octane speculation based on these two paragraphs. The first thing to note is that time crystals are systems that are far from equilibrium, and which are able to sustain that ability over time. The little "leakage" mentioned in the article suggests that the systems will eventually wind down and perhaps achieve equilibrium or entropy and lose all that energy, but if so, not for a very very very very long time. Note that this system was created, in this case, by a carefully designed optical cavity especially created to collide laser beams in specific patterns, which is another nice way of saying "we designed a special optical cavity for laser interferometry to create special patterns which patterns exhibited time-crystalline properyies." Or to put it as crudely and nakedly as possible: a stable and enduring non-equilibrium system was created by laser interferometry and an optical cavity. That alone, if one considers all its implications, is a whopper doozie.
And I strongly suspect that what is happening is that this system is acting as a transducer for zero-point energy, hence, its great enduring stability over time. And if that guess should prove to be true, it's an even bigger whopper doozie...

The modelling equation in the research paper is an extended time dependent Schroedinger equation that has dissipation.

The quantum mechanical equation has a potential function, where the above system instead of the potential function have higher order nonlinearity terms and higher dispersive effects. The overall wave dynamics depending of the number of terms may balance an energy/mass driven system indefinitely if the parameter conditions are right. This is an exciting research area.
My guess is, it got something to do with Vortex Theory. Think about electricity- electric currents doesn’t seem to move ( at least they look that way), cables are mere directors for electric resonance to follow path of the least resistance (metal offers less resistance then air).

There were four very large quartz crystalline structures moved aside from one of the Great Pyramids.The structures were approximately 3 meters long x 3 meters wide & between 1 or 2 meters high. In the center of each there were rounded cuts like covers and circular bore holes on the sides as if for swiveling something like large tubes of some kind.
They were featured in Dr Carmen Boulter’s, “The Pyramid Code,” back in 2009. Remarkable structures bulldozed aside because the Egyptians, at the time, didn’t know what they were for or what to do about them to ready the Plateau for tourism. Given what quarts crystals can be used for, the size of the structures moved from the corners of one of the Pyramids, and that there might have been something large attached to them standing upward or able to swivel-lean as the inner portion was rounded, lends credence to the notion that the Pyramids were something used for energy manipulation and/or for transferring energy for those who knew how to make that Plateau complex function.
Manipulating frequencies, vibrations, and energy source inputs leaves a lot of variables to consider yet that may not be so far fringed.
The site one mentioned was not at the Giza Plateau but just south of the Giza Pyramid Complex at the largest platform discovered (at the time) for an obelisk in Egypt at Abu Garab.
The intent was to move those crystalline structures into the museum but that didn’t happen. Probably due to the fragile nature and condition of the crystal structures to endure the trek north to Cairo.
The sites belong to what is called the “Band of Peace” by an Egyptian wisdom keeper, Abd’el Hakim Awyan, and run the length of the River Nile.
Lunar clock reaches maximum light emission, at regular interval of 29.53 earth rotations. Mechanically, it combines orbital cycle and planetary spin.

In one’s view, it might be interesting to find out what the rest of the electromagnetic spectrum is up to as those laser beams bounce around. An experimental view from space while in space, far away from this gravity-well, even on the Moon, might shed some [light] on what’s missing from a perspective paper. There’s likely a growth factor where a useful lexicon might come into being, too. Old gobbledygook is still gobbledygook with a different timestamp.
If one were to meet up with the Others that are already versed in non-terrestrial crystal use that could be significant. How they navigate space-time they are apparent without terrestrial confusion might be a step forward. A warring upright-simian-type could be waiting a long time for opportunity.
A quartz crystal used in timing PC’s is significant only in so much as it is acted upon by an external force. Tapping into an external force probably has requirements, especially, if there are Others already managing signal navigation as well as what is considered energy / matter. Begs the question what one has where light sheds NO shadow. It may not be much if anything if light is only that sliver of the electromagnetic spectrum that an upright simian type understands through their visual sensory apparatus. It doesn’t seem to be much at this time.
In any case, this “light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation,” (LASER) has still a learning curve to tame for the most advanced physicist.
After reading a wikipedia article on the subject it appears the lasers are just used to put into spin ions in the crystals. Once Ions are put into spin then they remain spinning even after the lasers are long removed. So the anology about water boiling after heat source is removed and it cools is about these ions continuing to spin after lasers are removed. Apparently they keep their rate of spin for a long time. Looks like it’s being researched for possible quantum computing uses.
Sounds like a step toward zero-point energy. Sorta like a battery you buy once a generation or two.

Reminds me of those water wave tanks where they create two different waves from opposite sides of a water tank and eventually the two opposing different wave lengths sloshing back and forth from side to side in the tank reach a resonance and create a periodic big single fountaining surge upward in the tank. Only instead of water they are using light from lasers.

To create a laser you reflect light back and forth until it gains enough energy to escape the ruby crystal lens. Shooting the two lasers into a crystal cavity that doesn’t allow it to escape likely eventually forces the bunched up reflecting and bouncing chaotic waves of photons to reach a new resonate frequency. One that is consistent enough to use as a time keeping point of reference. Turn the lasers off and it’s gone. Different cavity dimensions might produce different resonate time scales. That’s how I see it, might not be getting something but it doesn’t sound like anything too extraordinary. Like that mechanical musical time keeper this is just one created out of lasers and a disk cavity. Probably excited about using it to measure rates of time involving certain experiments that require extreme precision time measuring tools at a faster more reliable rate than mechanical devices allow.
“Turn the lasers off and it’s gone” – That’s also the part that didn’t make sense to me. If that’s the case then the analogy to a pot of water that always boils without any input is not an apt analogy.
