CHINA NOW ENTERING ASTEROID PHASE…
This important story was shared by many of you, including our friend and colleague Catherine Fitts. And you'll want to pay attention to this one, because as I have previously noted in a few blogs, we appear to be entering the "asteroid phase" of Dr. Carol Rosin's Affidavit.
For those of you new to such matters as alternative research, Dr. Carol Rosin was a joint speaker with Catherine, I, and others at the 2014 San Mateo secret space program conference in California. More importantly, she was also one of Wernher von Braun's last professional colleagues, working with him after he had been forced to resign from NASA, and starting working directly for Fairchild industries. Contacted by Steven Grier in the 1990s for his Disclosure project, Dr. Rosin went on record that shortly before his death, Dr. von Braun had confided in her what the plan was to weaponize space: first Communists, then terrorists would become the "threat de jour". Then it would be "nations of concern", presumably nations about to develop nuclear weapons. After nations of concern, the reason that we should deploy weapons in space was to protect the planet from "asteroids". And finally after all this, the ultimate reason was to be to protect the planet from "extra-terrestrials". According to Dr. Rosin, at this point, Dr. von Braun supposedly laughed.
If you've been paying attention to the global news lately, it would definitely seem that the USA and Russia at least are in the "asteroid phase" of Dr. Rosin's affidavit. Ever since the Chelyabinsk meteor incident (which I also blogged about on this site), Russia strongly signaled its willingness to participate in an international asteroid defense system. You might recall, however, that there was considerable strangeness at that time surrounding the incident. Then Russian premier Dmitri Medvedev went on Russian TV before the incident, warning about wayward asteroids and raising the alarm that we needed to protect ourselves from them. This, he went on to say, Russia would be willing to do, but if no one else wanted to join her, Russia would just have to build out such a system on its own. When asked how Russia could possibly destroy asteroids, Mr. Medvedev casually explained that Russia could use its missiles to do so, and that it had "other means" of doing so, which at the time he refused to clarify. Mere months later, the meteor streaked over Chelyabinsk and exploded, seen by literally hundreds of Russian videos. Some went on to claim that the meteor had "assistance" in exploding.
Now you can place China on the "asteroid phase" list:
China is building the world's most far-reaching radar system for planetary defense
Note the following:
China has started construction on a new high-definition deep-space active observation facility to bolster planetary defense, according to a report from China's Global Times.
The country's officials and scientists say it will help it to safeguard humanity against space rocks, alongside other similar programs like NASA's DART mission.
The facility, designed to detect near-Earth asteroids that may be a threat to humanity, will be built in the country's Southwest Chongqing municipality. It is codenamed China Fuyan.
The observation facility will reportedly feature more than 20 antennas, each of which will have a diameter of between 25 and 30 meters. These will work simultaneously to carry out high-definition observations of asteroids within 150 million kilometers of Earth. According to the Global Times, this will make it the world's most far-reaching radar system.
This all seems fairly straightforward, and indeed, it is. China is building a high definition space radar to detect and track near earth asteroids.
But I cannot help but wonder if this is the facility's only purpose. Here I'm speculating wildly, because there's (notably) precious little real data about this radar facility nor its antennae. But I note two things: firstly, the facility is in "southwest Chongqing". Secondly, the "radar" has "several" antennae, each fairly sizeable. Why are these two things significant?
Because some years ago, China also announced its intention to build huge weather manipulation facilities (though Tibet, not Chongqing was mentioned as the location for the facilities). Several antennae suggest the possibility that one might be looking at a phased array, rather like ionospheric heaters like EISCAT and HAARP, which can certainly manipulate and steer weather systems. Indeed, Dr. Bernard Eastland, who took out the patents on HAARP, admitted that weather manipulation was one possibility for his system. Others included deep Earth tomography, communications enhancement and/or interference, and of course, missile defense. One wonders what the broadcast power of China's antennae is intended to be.
In any case, at this stage, I strongly suspect that China is "stacking functions" for this facility, and yes, that asteroid detection and defense may be one of those functions...
... among several others.
If so, then the timing of the announcement is itself suggestive, as Mr. Globaloney pushes the world toward the great reset, and Russia and China respond with a definitive and firm "no thank you" and continue to build out their own systems.
Would an asteroid threat force everyone to work together? Certainly it would, but it's very difficult to recruit space rocks for false flags...
In that respect, "ET" might prove more "sustainable"...

The only difference is the names on the countries have changed but the region of control is almost exactly the same. I also could see the potential for Germany to be given back the vast majority of it’s old pre-WWI imperial state territory. With the Polish peoples moving back to their traditional territories. To bring things back to a mutually agreed cooperative peace, there must be some form of territory redistribution and regions of control that are redrawn in Pre-Treaty of Versailles terms. Otherwise the world will never be at peace. Because if there is one thing I know about the Germans…they will not accept defeat on dishonorable terms forever. This is why the Break Away Civilizations have been developed and the entire world has been left to suffer under UN / Zionist / Communist / Kazarian Mafia (Jews) / Banker rule. BRICS are a next level creation of the WEF. It is another banking instrament that is made to become part of the solution after the Federal Reserve system is allowed to collapse. The USA has been a captured operation since 1871 and the US people have been fighting to take their country back for generations. We have been enslaved for a long time and the funny thing is the conservatives see that this fight is a completly different one indeed. As for Iceland & Greenland, Trump has already laid claim to Greenland and my guess is that will also include Iceland along the way. The North American Union is coming but not in any way that most people suspect. Think of a hard core, ancient Christianity based republic, that is extreamly isolationist. The USA will be cleaning out it’s territory with extreme measures once the Federal Reserve System has been destroyed.
I suspect that China is building a high definition space radar whose primary purpose is for its own defense – that is to detect and track hypersonic missiles / space based satellite laser weapons – either in Earth Orbit, or targeted at its new Space Station or activities on the Moon – rather than tracking near Earth asteroids (which would be a secondary and bonus function for the radar facility).
As Joseph has said before, Space is the new battlefront.

This is why I came to the conclusion that having a system of elected representatives with legislative priveledges is too dangerous and a resounding failure. There is no way to stop the wealthiest minority of people in society from buying them up and using them for insane and dispicable agendas like we see happening now. The only solution I see is transitioning to a 9 out of 10 majority consensus on all things direct Democracy. 9 out of 10 would never vote to kill ourselves but the spoiled rotten wealthiest .0001 percent obviously have no problem with doing so nor do their corrupt Representatives. How many election cycles now have we tried to vote in people who would represent our best interests only to be conned yet again? What is the deffination of insanity? We will always fail or the big ruthless money interests will always find a way to get them under THEIR thumb one way or another. It has been proven over and over again that it doesn’t work and will never work. Time for a Constitutional 9 out of 10 direct Democracy before they exterminate or enslave us all. The idea of a UN global force needed, to fight off alien monsters under the bed, becomes a nanny story, for banksters hiding in bunkers.
Amusingly, I can also predict a most dreadful counter narrative, assuming, that origin of Elohim-Yahweh is a secular dual concept:

Not one to add a flashpoint to any “high octane speculation[s]” but there may be more to this story than just resource-out-sourcing with an asteroid or two in mind but as a cover story to [save-face] for an upcoming election. There’s presumably a 20-ton booster launched by The Party of the east by going west that has gone astray from a controlled and safe re-entry. Essentially, it could land on your noggin ruining your day as well as any others nearby. Think of it, “China’s new planetary defense facility”. . . to take care of The Party of the east by going west wayward booster. Convenient means of setting the stage of who gets the blame or gets the credit for wayward boosters and/or failed space vehicles. It would also be available, of course, should The Party find itself face-to-face with a hostile Other that makes no distinction between cultural goals and hegemonic outcomes of any flag. Time to get inventive for the copycat Party meme & member(s). What will their resume read like in future.
The Russian’s most certainly have acted on that “big rock” threat since Chelyabinsk. It caused a lot of damage as well as ruined the day of quite a few folks for as much excitement it wrought. The estimated weight of that exploding rock, some 10,000-tons, may not be near the estimated 20-ton booster, but the booster is still not something you want falling on your head. History records the possibility of other big rocks doing damage contained in several studies of rock strata, sedimentary ocean samples, and ice cores samples. There is cause for being motivated.
In one’s view, there are several contested arguments regarding the Others and which camp restricted information has been the norm. Some more plausible than the other, when side by side, yet argued non the less. If one were to use that authored template (a personal and angular view of it from the obvious printed version and Party (colonel’s) implied), “Unrestricted Warfare,” one can start viewing that cover to cover, almost actionable script, from a different point of view AND as an enhancement of celestial references that includes local neighborhood exploration, defense, and resource assessment among other possibilities. Weather warfare, should have at least two players vying to manipulate the weather; consequently fighting for “control” over whose version of weather manipulation wins.
