Problem is, you cant simply seed the sky and create rain out of nothing or nowhere. What it means is you are harnessing weather systems and bands of rain from elsewhere and re-directing them to where you want them to go and increasing that rainfall. This means, in effect, you are depriving another area of its rainfall, hence weather warfare. These very dry conditions may well have occurred in any event but there’s no question that they are exacerbating them with the manipulation of the jet stream, wind direction and cloud cover.
We are the primary targets of this enhanced drought since the Davos set want to destroy the agricultural industry so that by 2030, you wont be eating meat anymore, you’ll be eating plastic mince and frankenfoods. Meanwhile, Gates, Klaus Barbie and the G7 will be dining out on lobster thermidore and fillet mignon whilst the rest of us starve, get sick from lack of animal protein or wind up a gmo-infested zombie owning nothing and being ecstatically happy about it.
I check a weather modelling website and every massive band of rain that is heading towards us just happens to be manoeuvred away from the land mass over the sea or towards another country. This is why the spraying as to be global. Water is the next commodity which will triple in price – all deliberate of course.

Perhaps We {The People} and States may need to start funding cloud seeding for the local jurisdictions. These Ba****** have controlled and manipulated the People through weather warfare long enough. This is “Not” an unknown science or field. There are private companies that cloud seed for ski resorts.
How interesting China is trying to keep its people alive while the so-called Western Democracies are trying to starve to death their own people and as many of the rest of humanity by deliberately destroying the World food supply .
Comunists warrying about its subjugated populous, that’s a first.
There are several factors going on.
One: the Sun is changing; polar caps are melting throughout the solar system.
Two: the long standing policies of chemtrails has warmed Planet Earth.
Three: other factors; unknown or being kept quiet, may also be in play?
a)Are an elitist few, trying to achieve a Kardashcev level of civilization?
[using the power of the Sun]. Has this, in-turn, caused the Sun to heat up?
b) Has an alien presence piggy-backed on man’s experiments; causing different
results – to both “mess” w/the “science” and level 2 civilization formulas?
c) have extrastate players gotten into the weather manipulation act?
And/or Sun experiments?

Solar input, cosmic ray bombardment, and magnetospheric decline of planet are major contributors. Uneven heating of the planet, in general, makes planetary weather dynamic and meteorologist’s chasing around the planet for the best data to challenge their weather modeling algorithm’s.
There maybe something to that Robert. I have noticed the sun being extremely hot earlier in the morning this past week. There is a group out there that has been speaking of the “Kill Shot” {Major Ed. Dames} for a very long time. Keep in mind if man is to make it to the 2nd stage there needs to be moral and ethical development that accompanies technological advancement. The recent C.J. Hopkins release by Catherine discussed the purposeful intent of stifling that development in order for Mr. Global to maintain control of the wealth and game.
Why are the FAA Weather Cams not on? Look at the map, which is supposed to be real-time shows a cluster in Colorado, a couple in Mississippi – then zip for the rest of the country. There are cams and flights recorded near and into Canada.

There are some other cams/flights shown on the map – but nothing in Atlanta International airport – nothing in NY or California? Nothing in Florida?
Censorship, unless need to know identified, could be in play. It’s one way to scoop up the network leaks that really aren’t leaks but casual FREE information to act on and restrict. Freedom of expression has loads of leaks that spill buckets of beans of data, information, and what not. These could be referred to as [white information] or unofficial information by intelligence gathering groups of state sponsored gatherers.
Not only that the Ministry of Truth[google], will order your searches – to reveal their truths[truthiness], all of which are geared to your perception bubble’s signature.
I try to tell people “There is no more natural weather, it’s all being modified by Raytheon.” And every time I get that old familiar incredulous stare of complete denial and disbelief. What will happen to these people when it all comes crashing down (human “civilization ” I mean.)
I’ve heard that people who panic die first. I pray more now, every day. May God have mercy on the innocent.
Several decades ago, late 80’s early 90’s, one got that ole fisheye stare when [extreme weather] phenomena were brought up to account for some energy inputs from our Sol system space-weather. Cosmic ray bombardment, while a decreasing magnetosphere shielding also occurring, wasn’t part of the later day folk’s lexicon looking into this weirdness of extreme weather and now, prolonged extreme weather sets, that seem to just hang there in the air.
You’re probably right about manipulation of weather. One thing that is noticeable are the Hadley cells, Ferrel Cells, and Polar cells wildly shifting in both hemispheres as if to transfer heat. Solar and, more recently, cosmic ray bombardment of the planet contributes to greater heat ranges within the atmosphere as well as greater water vapor (the unseen whopper of weather until it condenses into rain, snow, and ice). That absorbed heat has to go somewhere. Water, land, and, of course, atmosphere are major players in that water cycle, as it is sometimes called.
This La Nina return for a third time was strange, too, as some folks thought that El Nino would right the cycles, but got [Shanghaied]. It begs the question whether the oceanic gyre and, more specifically, Gulf Stream portion of it, are acting within normal expectations. One’s guess, not likely.
As for the weather manipulation business, NASA folks have been getting sort of itchy with their boldness in referencing weather modifying aircraft sent aloft to do [something] besides monitoring. Very little is mentioned about the satellite involvement. Yawn. One would like to be one of those inside folks that have the data to easily & knowledgeably speculate on that one as that secretive stuff seems to be losing containment.
The rest of us dumbed down folks (in a pig’s eye, too) continue to, . . . what’s that phrase, . . . monitor the weather phenomena making unexpected and spectacular updates to long held records in some rather unlikely places.. Been wondering where the freeze and snow events will be located in 2022-2023, as the Polar Vortex just [hangs there] going-nowhere-mighty-fast for a while.
I have no doubt we are in weather wars. Pakistan floods with thousands dead, next door in China not a rain drop to be seen.
Mr. Globalony , knows by now that there are too many countries that are not yielding to their agenda of one world order and governance, so they decided to go nuclear. First was multipolar world, then pandemic, then war in Ukraine, soon in Iraq and entire ME, now weather wars all over the world. The name of the game is CHAOS., so after a suitable period of that mayhem, they will present themselves as a savior of humanity. Unless this was their game plan from the beginning.
