HAARP TO BEGIN INTERPLANETARY EXPERIMENTS
Our thanks to S.D. and V.T. for spotting this one and sending it along, because when I saw it I knew I had to blog about it. The trouble is, I don't know quite where nor how to begin, because there is so much to say.
So let's start at the beginning: HAARP is an "ionospheric heater," and the acronym stands for "High Altitude Auroral Research Project." It began during the Reagan era and according to the research of Dr. Nick Begich and Jean Manning in their now well-known work, Angels Don't Play this HAARP, the project may have been and probably was a component of Reagan's "Star Wars" missile defense project. They base this conclusion on an examination of the patents for the facility that were taken out by the late plasma physicist, Dr. Bernard Eastland, who later went one to give several interviews warning people of the dangers of his own invention. In any case, the weaponization potential of HAARP was there for all to see in the patents: it might manipulate weather, it might be able to interfere with communications, it might be able to interfere with the trajectory of ballistic missiles flight paths in the atmosphere, it might conceivably be able to open up "channels" in the magnetosphere for great electrical arcs - lightning - to travel through. It might even conceivably be able to do things to other celestial bodies, including the Sun.
All of these things were in open discussion in the alternative research community back then and continue to be areas of concern for ionospheric heaters since that time, with the lamestream propatainment media and scientismist saying that all that was pure nonsense and that the facility - HAARP was the only one back then - was for pure science, even though it was sponsored by the US Air Force. Today, however, everyone who is anyone on the geopolitcal playing field has some version of HAARP; Europe has its EISCAT, with Germany being the biggest stakeholder in that facility (think CERN folks), followed by France, Britain, Italy; China has its own version, as does Japan, Russia, India, Brazil... the usual culprits and suspects. If you're a big and powerful nation, you have one. If not, you don't. And that should tell us something. And if you're into the subject, there are plenty of "smaller" ones dotted all over the planet.
So what exactly is HAARP or an ionospheric heater? Simply put, HAARP is a large facility in Gakona, Alaska (northeast of Anchorage about half way between that city and Tok Junction) with a field of phased array radio antennae. A phased array of antennae broadcast a radio signal from each antenna in the array, but the signals coming from each are slightly out of phase with each other, and this feature allows the signal to be shaped and directed via the interference pattern that emerges when the signals mix in the atmosphere. This allows the broadcast power of HAARP - some have estimated it to be about a gigawatt - to be focused or concentrated in a specific region of the ionosphere. As such, the ionopshere can actually be lifted - creating areas of low pressure - and those areas can be moved around as the signal itself moves. In other words, one can loosely steer weather systems as well as affect their intensity. And given the magnetic coupling between this planet and the Sun, some people - myself among them - have theorized that such heaters might be capable of affecting the Sun, or other nearby planets.

"All that is Pure Nonsense!" we were all reassured by the scientismists.
Well, no, not nonsense at all, according to this article from the University of Alaska at Fairbanks, which is now ostensibly in charge of HAARP:

The article clearly now confirms some intriguing interplanetary experiments are going to be undertaken with the facility:
Bouncing a signal off the moon.
Learning more about a mysterious polar light.
Sending a beam to Jupiter.
Those are just some of the 13 experiments for a packed 10 days of science beginning Wednesday at the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program. The University of Alaska Fairbanks operates the facility located near Gakona.
The number of experiments is the highest so far under a five-year, $9.3 million grant awarded last year by the National Science Foundation to establish the Subauroral Geophysical Observatory at HAARP. The observatory’s purpose is the exploration of Earth’s upper atmosphere and geospace environment.
“The October research campaign is our largest and most diverse to date, with researchers and citizen scientists collaborating from across the globe,” said Jessica Matthews, HAARP’s program manager.
And...oh, look, there's all sorts defense people involved:

(Nothing suspicious and no funky monkey business has ever occurred at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory; all that stuff about Jack Parsons and Aleister Crowley and doctored Mars pictures is just internet conspiracy mongering hysteria.)
... in Southern California; Naval Research Laboratory; Cornell University; University of California, Berkeley; Canada Council for the Arts; John Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory; Virginia Tech; Los Alamos National Lab; and Aerospace Corp. (Emphasis added)
Naval Research Laboratory? Los Alamos??? Why would they be involved? Oh... the article tells us... this is all about asteroid defense:
Among the experiments is the Moon Bounce, a joint operation of the JPL, Owens Valley Radio Observatory in California and the University of New Mexico Long Wavelength Array.
The purpose is to test the coordination of the three facilities for the eventual study of near-Earth asteroids, especially those that can be a hazard to Earth. Knowing an asteroid’s composition can influence the type of defense to be used.
The experiment consists of transmitting a signal from HAARP to the moon and receiving the reflected signal at the California and New Mexico sites.
Whew! We can all relax... they're just trying to use HAARP to figure out what asteroids are made of so they can be better shunted aside, or mined... and I recall that one of the uses alleged for HAARP, since its broadcast power was so off the charts, was underground tomography. A disturbing thought occurs that, with that kind of broadcast power, a highly metallic asteroid might be snagged and thrown at something via this means, but I digress, because of course the purposes of the experiments are all perfectly peaceful, including the interplanetary experiment involving Jupiter, and besides, as we'll find out in a moment, I vastly overstated its radiated broadcast power:

Scientists have little information about the ionospheres of planets other than Earth but believe them to be rich with information. On Earth, the ionosphere is a place within the upper atmosphere, extending to the interface with space, that is filled with particles that become electrically charged from interaction with the sun’s energy.
The experiment will send a beam to Jupiter and bounce it off the giant planet’s ionosphere with the hope that it will be received at the New Mexico site. (Emphasis added)
If the signal is received from Jupiter, it will provide crucial data on how much power can be broadcast to another planet, and how much returns. It will, in short, provide crucial data about any potential (no pun intended) electrical channels as might exist between planets, and what their resonant cavities may be, a crucial determination if said planets are ever to be utilized as planetary antenna in a broadcast power system...
But hey... we can all relax. This is all pure science, and the actual broadcast power of the facility according to the article is way below the gigawatt I mentioned earlier:

(Huh? Say what? Interacting with the Sun's energy? Uhm... what are we talking about here? Pretty auroras? Solar flares? Well, at least they finally admitted a connection!)

Jupiter is currently about 372 million miles from Earth.
The experiment will stretch the transmitting ability of HAARP, which can produce up to 3.6 megawatts of power, to the fullest. It will also test the receiving ability of the New Mexico site, which consists of 512 antennas.
That's a relief! Only 3.6 megawatts.
The Air Force originally developed and owned HAARP but transferred the research instruments to UAF in August 2015. UAF operates the site under an agreement with the Air Force.

...lest our mere 3.6 megawatts of radiated power bake all your instruments and electrical circuits. My little goof folks... I forget that some were theorizing that the gigawatt might come from lightning strikes via atmospheric channels created by the device for all that energy from the Sun. Nothing to worry about.
For you pilots out there in Gakona, Alaska, just steer a wide berth around the place...

The reality is closer to 10 megawatts.
Background:
HAARP was designed by Barnard Eastlund. Who was under contract from ARCO (Atlantic Richfield Company) operating out of Alaska. When ARCO discovered a vast Natural Gas bed at Prudhoe Bay, the Alaskan north slope, it was not cost effective to transport it either by pipeline or Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Carriers.
So, it needed a buyer for all that gas – locally would be best.
Enter Eastlund. In 1985, he pitched his HAARP facility’s potential to the DOD under the Strategic Defense Initiative.
How did he propose to power it?
Magneto-hydrodynamic generator. (MHD)
A conventional generator moves a conductor through a magnetic field by spinning an armature inside a stationary set of copper wires wound tightly together.
In an MHD, the “conductor” is fast moving hot plasma gas.
MHD generators require a very strong magnetic field and A LOT of gas.
Fortunately, there just happens to be about 30 trillion cubic feet of natural gas 500 miles north of Gakona, Alaska (HAARP) at Prudhoe Bay.

There is so much in it, everyone on GDS should read it. You can also get it on Kindle. Essentially plasma is thought to be inorganic intelligence.
1. I suspect the HAARP tomography interest with the Moon is to see whether it is indeed hollow / full of cavities / caverns and therefore could be artifically constructed by an intelligence, rather than a natural satellite.

The asterism of Shravana mentions a meditation involving sound in which the “after ring” of the sound is evoked once the silence has been reached. This asterism is activated by the Moon, so that makes a curious link to the info in there.

Thunderbolts Project, EU, sent me flying into this info, after a hint from Icke re: Saturn, years ago. I was delighted to find that the main image of Vishnu, the force of maintaining the manifest creation, is of him sitting on Sheesh Nega, his throne, the coiled snake/ electromagnetic vortex, beneath him, and it’s many hoods, it’s plasma fields, above him for protection. Crazy all the hoodoo voodoo about snakes, given their link to that core electromagnetic manifestation of phenomena…snakes navigate through such ….and that’s what does us good when we sleep on the good earth with only natural bedding.

One must also consider the masterworks of Gabriel Kron, in particular his discovery, brought to our attention by Dr. Farrell, that aether physics (aka general relativity) can be engineered on the laboratory bench. Given this fact, one or more Haarp arrays could be conjugated to manipulate, to some degree, the space time around an object, in a way becoming a weak Alcubierre sled. One could also imagine that the aether (Einstein pointed out obliquely in 1923 that the stress in spacetime (aether) cannot be eliminated from the equations.) So aether manipulation could consist of increasing aether stress or reducing it, much like the weather technique. In fact, what is called ionosphere heating may be true but the mechanism of action is more likely a rarefaction or concentration of stress in the medium.
One could also imagine that a conjugate system could build up a massive stress “charge” and apply it longitudinally at great distances.
A few years back there was mentioned that there was a European firm developing underground scanning techniques from satellite-based instrumentation. They were working on the permutations to do so, to refine their accuracy of what was scanned and to establish what was scanned without digging, as well as asking the harder questions about geopolitical sovereignty of the surveyed territories. Essentially, getting permission to peep on territories.
The firm was very restrictive, probably still is, about who they used their technology for and for what it is was used. Archæology purposes held a great advantage and hope for this technology as it would not disturb the land surface or land beneath like traditional Archæological digging would do. If you were to obtain the itemized contents of what was buried without disturbing the landscape (making a mess from digging and often destroying property in the process) that was the way to go. It would seem that that technology has advanced over the last decades.
Finding out where and what was buried without digging requires substantial accuracy with the technology in that it would need to be tested to verify that what was scanned and what it was finding was indeed what was expected to be found if one was looking for [gold], let’s say, or underground aquifers, or what was inside hidden Egyptian chambers under the Sphinx, for instance, or the fault line conditions of known earthquake zones, and a whole lot more across the globe. Quite the super-snooper in a manner of speaking.
At any rate, decades ago there was an attempt to steer a low-pressure storm system that went very badly. Not sure of the details of the outcome, but certainly there probably were refinements made if it was going to be a viable means of enhancing crop production over a given directed land mass. Farmers would most definitely have something to say about those weather modification maneuvers which, even today, are possibly playing out as some sort of weaponized weather application by the powers who can. Judging by what is going on there’s much to be said about energy input from off world sources as well as what the subsequent spin-off effects would be. The old ‘flapping of a butterfly’s wings in one part of the world yielding a destructive tempest on the other part of the world,’ does not sound like a winning technique if down wind, so to speak. Vengeance and retribution would likely be brutal not quick & easy.
At the risk of once again, sounding like a total nutcase. This seems so obvious and whenever I mention it, people look at me with disgust and shake their heads. “You idiot, planet x is a myth.” And all the while, the Bible mentions it, ancient artifacts and OOPARTS from lost civilizations depict and mention it (why do you think that’s all covered up? Various crop circles in the UK
have warned about it repeatedly for more than two decades. Star Wars showed images of black sun logos on uniforms. The poles are shifting and the Earth’s magnetic is waning. Planets are heating up because of strange unexplained perturbations.
Now Haarp and the evil overlords who run our planet are going to shoot Lazer beams at Jupiter which just so happens to be at its closest proximity to earth in 59 years.

They may be trying to figure out if they can shield the Earth from the effects of the coming micro nova as well. With the significant decrease in Earth’s magnetic field, they may be seeing if they can compensate with technology to try and mitigate the effects of the current magnetic excursion and massive plasma bombardment.
The 3.6 magawatts is just the energy they can pump through the antenna array, it does not count what they can gate into the target area from the environment or the active vacuum. They could possibly create a form of accelerator – gathering and focusing plasma and other energy into steerable beams on a planetary scale. They could gate far more energy depedning on the efficiency of the process, much like an electronic amplifier. If they can go nonlinear with it, they could gate insane amounts from higher dimensions. Very, very dangerous. The possibility of a runaway feedback loop in such a system is quite real, and the result would be beyond human imagining. (Galaxy? What galaxy? Oh, you mean that really big dust cloud?)
I can just about guarantee that if we are hearing about it in the lamestream media, they have already been doing this for some time in black projects. They never reveal anything really cutting edge to us “peasants,” and are almost never completely truthful about the extent of the capabilities, even of outmoded technologies.
I agree that some of our current events resemble Atlantean times: the arc of technology development, and the polarization of the “dark” and “light” forces. It makes sense that souls have re-embodied now to fulfill incompletions from those times. They want to atone for regrets. Or . . . they might feel that their “cause” was interrupted and so, are ready to “double down” in their righteous pursuits in this life.
As I understand it, we’re in the completion of multiple, overlapping time cycles, including a whopper-doozie 26,000 (+ or -) year cycle. This cycle that might line up with Atlantis. Of course there are other “children” cycles. A 2,100 year cycle would bring echoes of the Roman transition from Republic to Empire, and of course from the time of Jesus the Christ.
The vast transformation we are experiencing is highly multi-dimensional. Many changes in 3-D reality are more or less visible. As this community has observed, the REASONS for these changes are obscured under a heavy, thorny cloak which is monitored and desperately enforced by powers who are, themselves, hidden. As an echo from several epochs, including the time of Christ, there is no shortage of self-proclaimed messiahs, each with a different “solution.”
The multi-dimensional nature and overlapping cyclic completions contributes to the great confusion.
Of course we must use our God-given powers of logical discernment. And, to navigate the noisy, messy field, we also need to access the upper octaves of our being, where our intuitive wisdom can guide us.
Around and around we go, when it stops nobody knows.

Seems the citizens of planet earth are bent on emulating the Atlantis period, so does anybody know where the new piramid is being built so our (scientist) sorcerers can phase conjugate whole planets to bits? If you’re not already familiar with Gigi Young (Youtube) who is also a frequent guest of Dark Journalist, you might find some of her videos about the mad scientists of Atlantis interesting. Her Isis Rising playlist is particularly good. She provides a good history of Jack Parsons and the occult reasons for much of what is happening today – essentially mirroring the Atlantis epoch. Those who didn’t pass the initiative of previous epochs are trying to recreate those ages (Mars, transhumanism, etc) because they still have a materialistic mindset and don’t realize that the work, in this age, is internal rather than external.
