TESLA AND TUNGUSKA: ANOTHER LOOK
One of this website's regular contributors of articles is K.M., who shared the following article about Tunguska. When I saw the heading and read the article, I immediately knew why K.M. had sent it, because it's an article that bears directly upon two of my favorite high octane speculations: (1) that the Great Pyramid may have been originally conceived and used as a very sophisticated and powerful weapon of mass destruction, and (2) that Nikola Tesla's wireless power transmission system could be similarly used. On the last point, there has been for many years on the internet a narrow circle of people advancing the hypothesis that the Tunguska explosion of June 30, 1908 in a very remote and sparsely populated region of Siberia may have been caused by Tesla himself, creating a kind of "demonstration" of his system and its weaponization possibilities. Some of the people advocating this hypothesis also have pointed out from time to time that Tesla, shortly before, and then again during the height of, World War One offered his system to the various Entente Powers, including imperial Russia. The explosion itself was been estimated to be somewhere between 10-12 megatons, and to this date, the various explanations for its cause have been wanting, and as we shall see, the typical estimates of the explosive power of the event have recently been revised upward to 20 megatons.
Until, perhaps, now, and the article found and shared by K.M. (with our very deep gratitude), because, as they say, this throws a whole new monkey wrench into the works:
Now before we get into the particulars of Tesla's system of wireless broadcast of power and why this article is so significant to the Tesla-Tunguska hypothesis, let us note the following from the article:
The Tunguska catastrophe occurred on June 30, 1908, when a cosmic object exploded over Eastern Siberia. The fact that it was precisely a cosmic object is evidenced by the testimony of numerous eyewitnesses. The catalog of Vasilyev et al. (1981) contains about 700 reports. Several dozen local residents observed not only the flight of the burning body, but also noted the peculiarities of its destruction.
At present, it is generally accepted that the light energy released during the destruction of a cosmic object is less than the explosion energy (Brown et al., 2002). Therefore, the explosion energy must be more than 20 megatons.
The aim of this work is to present a model of destruction of the Tunguska cosmic body in which an upward atmospheric discharge is formed, consisting of relativistic runaway electron avalanches.
The light emission during the Tunguska catastrophe had a number of features characteristic only for this event. The flame above the epicenter, according to the data of the catalog by Vasilyev et al. (1981), was observed from 33 settlements located at a distance of 65–573 km from the place of the explosion. Many eyewitnesses claim that the emitting surface had the shape of a column (Supplement 1).
Upward atmospheric discharge
It is generally accepted that during the flight, meteorites acquire a positive charge. This is due to the fact that, during crushing of crystals, electrons leave them, including due to the process of mechanical emission (Bronshten, 1991). It was shown (Gladysheva, 2021), that the Tunguska cosmic body dumped matter in an explosive manner during the flight. Undoubtedly, if during the Tunguska event there was a formation of an upward atmospheric discharge so powerful that on a sunny day it was visible from a distance of ∼500 km, then it must have left some traces. These traces have been found both on the ground and in the atmosphere.
According to the approximate estimates obtained, the value of the radiation energy is ∼5·1022 erg. Where can such a significant energy come from? It is possible to estimate the energy that an upward atmospheric discharge can provide. According to estimates, a spherical capacitor between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere can contribute about 25,000 Coulombs present at roughly 400 kV on the conducting ionosphere. There you have it: shortly after the impact of the meteor at Tunguska, there was a very strong upward arcing of electricity. This is significant to the Tesla argument for a very simple reason (and we'll return to the meteor part of the story in a moment). In Tesla's wireless power broadcast system, the normal relationship of antenna to ground to power source is inverted. In an ordinary radio broadcast system, the antenna becomes, effectively, the power source of the system, beaming out its radio signals, while the ground - the planet itself - becomes the return circuit. Tesla simply turned the whole thing on its head, and made the planet itself the antenna in the system, and the "ground" or return circuit the atmosphere - or more properly speaking, the plasma sheath - surrounding and permeating the planet. In such a system, electrical arcing could occur between a circuit dipole such as established by a meteor. In fact, as I point out in my upcoming book (whose title must remain unmentioned for the moment), such electrical arcing can accompany nuclear detonations on the ground or in the atmosphere. This arcing constitutes a component of the circuit during a nuclear explosion, and for a brief moment, gates or transduces energy - depending on the circuit parameters at the moment of detonation - into the reaction. This - in my opinion- is the reason that nuclear bombs of a particular design often do not produce exactly the same yield on detonation, but rather, vary with time and place of detonation, i.e., vary with the conditions of the circuit geometries - inductance, resistance, &c - at the time of detonation. The bomb is an open system, not a closed system, and a component of that open system are all the other local plasma conditions. In a nutshell, those local conditions constitute a hyper-dimensional component of the circuit and of the reaction.
In any case, that upward arcing of the Tunguska event is entirely consistent with the employment of a Tesla system in a destructive mode of operation.
So what of the meteor that has been consistently associated with the event by Russian scientists and researchers? This is the most serious objection to the Tesla-Tunguska hypothesis and it is a strong one.
However, let us speculate a bit. Russian researchers - Kapitza comes to mind - also have pointed out the strong likelihood that plasma might be the phenomenon behind ball lightning. Under the right conditions, a Tesla system might be capable of producing such plasma phenomena and perhaps even to steer them. Indeed, I strongly suspect that a Tesla system might create such phenomena as natural products of its operation. Plasmas can also contain isolated regions of ions and electrons as well, so it is remotely possible in my opinion that the meteor associated with the event might have been largely a plasma phenomenon, rather than a material phenomenon. Under the right conditions, it might even create the residue of a meteor impact as at Tunguska. It is, of course, very high octane speculation and for this reason, unsatisfactory on any number of bases. It is also, however, not worth rejecting the idea completely.
...and there's yet another implication from the article that you might have missed: Elon Musk, and the recent explosion of SpaceX's super-duper booster and Starship second stage. One of this website's members shared some interesting photographs of the launch, indicating that perhaps the rocket launch failed because of the use of a Tesla system, for there is a suggestion of electrical arcing at work before the failure... If he is correct, then there's a huge game going on above our heads that we're not aware of.
