TEXAS INVESTIGATING GAIN OF FUNCTION RESEARCH

I may or may not be seeing things correctly, so that's  why I'm filing this one under the "You Tell Me" category.  But the way I'm seeing this is that the state of Texas seems to be leading some sort of "revolt of the states". It began some years ago with Texas starting its state bullion depository, placing the state out in front of other states that had already passed "constitutional money" resolutions recognizing gold and silver as legal tender.  Texas, by starting its own state bullion depository, took practical action to give those resolutions teeth, and now a number of other states are adding teeth to their resolutions, including exemptions from taxes and Wyoming took the unprecedented step of passing laws requiring the state to accept specie in payment of taxes.  My point with all of this has been that as that federal-enclave- of incompetence and bottomless corruption called Swampington, DC, an enclave surrounded by an unfortunate circumstance called reality, continues to print money at throw it at the Ukraine,  the cultural divide in the country continues, and its becoming more and more clear that the two sides of that divide are mutually incompatible.   The states are pushing back against the incompetence.  We'll know how serious they are when they start to confront the impending implosion of states like Nuttyfornia.

But there's another signal that it's starting to get serious at a very different level according to this story shared by W.G.:

The story speaks for itself, because states and their populations were affected by Orange Man Bad's incomprehensible decisions during operation "warp Speed", including the lockdowns and all the misery - economic and medical - flowing from those states attempting to mandate the injections.  You might recall Orange Man Bad was even contemplating getting the military involved in distribution, a measure which would surely have placed him in the crosshairs of several state governors.   Here's the central take-away:

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced he’s launching an investigation into whether the major pharmaceutical companies engaged in gain of function research and misled the public about it.

Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson, the manufacturers of the experimental COVID mRNA vaccine, will be investigated for potential violations of the state’s Deceptive Trade Practices Act, the New York Post reported.

“The catastrophic effects of the pandemic and subsequent interventions forced on our country and citizens deserve intense scrutiny, and we are pursuing any hint of wrongdoing to the fullest,” Paxton said in a statement.

“This pandemic was a deeply challenging time for Americans,” he continued. “If any company illegally took advantage of consumers during this period or compromised people’s safety to increase their profits, they will be held responsible. If public health policy was developed on the basis of flawed or misleading research, the public must know.”

Paxton is demanding documents from the COVID shot producers related to “decision-making behind pandemic interventions forced on the public, especially when a profit motive or political pressure may have compromised Americans’ health and safety.”

Paxton’s probe “could have widespread implications for the legal immunity granted to manufacturers of the COVID-19 vaccines and open the door to class-action lawsuits from people injured by the mRNA jabs, amid reports of rare but serious adverse effects,” the New York Post’s Miranda Devine wrote.

This comes after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) called for a grand jury investigation into “crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians related to the COVID-19 vaccine.”

There you have it: two states, Texas and Florida, are pursuing state investigations of the relationship of Big Pharma to the whole covid planscamdemic-and-emergency-authorization narradigm of the injections, all for the possibility of a loss of immunity from such actions, and the pursuit  of civil (and criminal) action in states courts.

So my scenario that I have predicted on various Solari quarterly wrap-up reports and in connection to my blogs on the growing revolt of the states regarding constitutional money, appears to be applicable here in the case of the covid planscamdemic. In previous blogs about this phenomenon, I've pointed out that the next step would be for states to enter into regional compacts with each other over specific issues. Originally I envisioned this process as perhaps taking between two and five years, but within mere weeks of making the prediction, Montana obliged by calling for precisely such arrangements. So imagine such arrangements extended to policy matters having nothing to do with the push for Central Bank Digital Currency or the recognition of specie and bullion as money, but in other areas of federal overreach and incompetence...

... like our health. One gets the impression that this latest measure is being taken because - well, let's just put it bluntly - the Texas state attorney general was watching the congressional hearings with Dr. Fausti and others, and was just tired of being fed a steady diet of waffles by Mr. I-am-Science-Follow-Me. Perhaps Mr. Paxton was particularly turned off by the theater being played out between Fausti and Kentucky US Senator Rand Paul, who was not being intimidated by Fausti's appeal to his medical credentials, because as Senator Paul pointed out, he possessed medical credentials too.  The game then turned into the "my-credentials-are-more-impressive-than-your-credentials" appendix to "I-am-Science-Follow-Me."

What's emerging from this article, in other words, speaks of a bit of possible coordination behind the scenes: Texas pursues investigation for civil purposes, and Florida for criminal purposes.  All that is lacking is a compact between those two states (and ultimately others), and perhaps a sharing of expenses.

With Florida's grand jury investigation we had an interesting bit of news.

With Texas we now have an intriguing anomaly, a possibility...

With one more state, we'll have a pattern...

... See you on the flip side...

Correction: It wasn’t a month before anyone knew about it in Oct. 2019. It was a month before a simulation conducted by the US on how to handle this pandemic, 3 months before anyone knew about it in Jan 2020.

According to RFK Jr. in this Russell Brand interview on Forbidden Knowledge TV, the NSA was 100% behind the manufacture of the vaccine, and the development of COVID-19. As he put it, the vaccine was “manufactured by military contractors,” like the “NIH”. and Moderna and Pfizer were hired to just put their stamp of approval on the vaccine. “This was a military project from the beginning,” said RFK Jr.. He goes on to say the CIA and the military establishment was funding the gain of function research at the Wuhan lab through USAID. He also says the Chinese knew about the lab and raided it and put it under military control about a month before anyone knew about the bio-weapon in Oct. 2019. A great interview, packed with information. For more info, see the link below.

Perhaps Ken Paxton is barking up the wrong tree. Of course it is dangerous to go up against the CIA and once again it takes a Kennedy to do it. More power to him!

Let’s hope it turns out to be a pattern! It may be mere political grandstanding; I’ll wait to see tangible results before I’m convinced. However, it’s possible these states figure that if the central government is going to weaponize the judiciary to achieve its aims (often to circumvent the will of the people in those states), then why shouldn’t the states use judicial measures to protect themselves from the central government’s malfeasance?

In Kingsfield’s class, contract law defines social contract, and breach of contract is ground for secession.

Jeroboam’s Revolt is a defamed precedent, seen from Judahite point of view, based on Samuel’s say so.

Negotiating a new social contract is Kingsfield’s moot point, to enable the mushy brain, to think in such terms.

I am looking for the logical link, that allows the Samarian position, to evolve into the Scythian runes:

Joseph, I would question incompetence evil yes cruelty again yes. the use of valuable idiots yes. These scum have most likely joyfully sold their souls to the Devil. Texas’s investigation of Big Pharma will ultimately uncover a snakepit of crime that will make the public jaws drop in horror.

Remember this inhuman behavior is par for course; when it comes to the ruler’s policies.
These policies are designed to benefit the less than 1%, at the expense of the 99+%.
All this, simply because they are agreement incapable
[have to split the country apart to renege on agreements already in force]

High & almighty credentials may yield a foothold within a doorjamb of opportunity but do little to safeguard that individual from their own vain arrogance upon the ascending steps of hubris. There certainly have been ringers for that demeanor demonstrated amongst the presumptuous. Why they do not fathom Nemesis closely behind their last heel on the ladder of hubris, one does not know.

States can do better than just reach out regionally. They often have economically minded folks within their ranks that know what constitutes small+medium+large business operations from beginning idea to finished products & services. After that viral sneak attack, played out to fool the masses abroad from a central transportation hub from you-know-where, they are no longer easy takers of deceit from those treacherous toward hegemony and becoming only the wiser business savvy.

Supply line disruption, a common angst these days, was once taken for granted as on-hand supplies relied on quick deliveries and overnight transportation 24/7/365. That was certainly an eye opener when something suddenly got in the way of smooth flowing commerce. It will likely be those that are the quickest to recover that will suffer the least while changes are made in recovering lost months turned to years. No revelation there. 9/11, if anything, proved that having too much in one location or dense region sets up an avenue of failure and an inability to move quickly, as some States already demonstrated and will continue to unveil their unique plans already in operation locally. The military minded knew of a way not to be hemmed in and still do. It’s businesses that need to catch up for the sake of their employees and shareholders. They’re still dealing with hegemonic infiltrators that warranted some secrecy of their own until ready. Nothing for nothing is still nothing for those reset types. And they still don’t get it.

Knowing firsthand of certain side effects, having mistakenly trusted other credentialed ___________ and their useful idiots, one will not engage in any foul word wrestling match for their amusement. They already have a problem with a lexicon that is lacking in their favour.

“Memory is the diary we all carry about with us.” ~ Oscar Wilde

That emergency use authorization (EUA) duet for some folks will live in infamy.

Yes, there is no lynching party, without a dangling culprit, whose companions, as Jesuit-schooled agents, are trying to play double and triple agents, to escape the noose.

Proto-Scythians played Fireballs (Elohim), and partied at Yearwoe (Yahweh). Molly Maguire Elijah was man of action, who confronted the Pinkerton mafia, on his journey to heaven.

Unfortunately these actions are slow in application. Gates and other demons like him,and I don’t use that term lightly, are working on another lab made disease as states are struggling to come to terms with what just happened. The die off from the vaxx has just begun. Probably peak in 2025 just in time for the next one.
