    The oddball appearance of Melinda Gates leads me to believe this is actually a man. I would have scoffed at the idea just a couple of years ago, but with the realization that Macron’s “wife” is a man as is Michelle “Big Mike” Obama, I’d say it’s time to stop self-censoring and call it like it is.
