The problem for the US, UK, France, Israel and others is the world is not completely Queer or pan-sexual and never will be.

I am getting Atlantis vibes, if the technology exists by our adversaries, Russia, India, China and friends I would not be so sure they would not consider this option and frankly, who could blame them sinking nutbars to the bottom of the ocean. Sadly, with a lot of sane victims too!
