     BTW, Fraggle Pipebanger music – i.e. the sound of heavy rain pouring – does have a soothing effect on the sleep state, and, I suspect it is due, to the droplet drumming, that emits a low frequency, which can easily be reproduced, in HiFi systems, by a 10″ bass speaker, with a low-pass filter, or basically a subwoofer.

     In natural state, predators are less active, when rain is pouring, and therefore potential preys can sleep more calmly, which suggests, that man’s sleep is affected, by a throwback instinct, on a deep subconscious level, and, that stress, caused, by continuous high alertness, is a lingering sleep-depriving nightmare.

     Bird chirping, as a natural wake-up call, doesn’t need a subwoofer, and birds can easily be programmed, into a modern SW radio, like XHDATA D-608WB, that can play long-distance folk music from China, and MP3 files.
