MORE MISSING MONEY, THIS TIME $41,000,000,000 AT THE WORLD BANK
Well, the American (s)election is officially over, and we're now in whatever shenanigans "they" are going to pull to turn the whole thing into another hanging chad circus (remember that one?). And speaking of shenanigans and circuses, check out this story (shared by reader T.S.) about some more missing money - this time a mere $41,000,000,000 at the World Bank - which, as the article indicates, may have gone missing due to some sloppy "accounting practices":

But wait...there's more. Note what Oxfam says about the missing money:
The bank gets its funding from contributions made by rich nations. However, a recent decision to divert 45% of its development funds from poverty programs to climate change programs is meant more to assuage the guilt of rich nations than to help the poor climb out of poverty.
About $40 billion a year from the World Bank is now earmarked to fund climate change mitigation efforts. Naturally, with that much loose cash floating around, sticky fingers are busy "misplacing" the money, and isn't that a darn shame?
An investigation by Oxfam of the World Bank's finances shows that anywhere between $24 and $41 billion of "misplaced funds" has gone missing due to "poor record-keeping practices, says Oxfam.
And yes, these funds were likely stolen.
An Oxfam audit of the World Bank’s 2017-2023 climate finance portfolio found that between $24 billion and $41 billion in climate finance went unaccounted for between the time projects were approved and when they closed.
There is no clear public record showing where this money went or how it was used, which makes any assessment of its impacts impossible. It also remains unclear whether these funds were even spent on climate-related initiatives intended to help low- and middle-income countries protect people from the impacts of the climate crisis and invest in clean energy.
"No clear public record showing where this money went or how it was used" is bureaucratese for "it's completely missing... stolen...poof...gone."
And this, of course, casts a rather gloomy shadow on the whole climate change screech: how much money went to fund flooding....er.... flood research? Unknown. How much went to fund geoengineering projects? Unknown. How much went to fund Baal Gates' lunatic project of blotting out the sun? unknown.
In other words, the missing money is casting the long shadow of grift and embezzlement over the whole narrative, a narrative that, in turn, appears to be a convenient cover for world-class money laundering.
Why do I raise the specter of this money funding actual geoengineering and weather manipulation? Because as I have argued in many previous blogs, climate change is a convenient narrative behind which to hide such weather engineering black projects, and now the World Bank, and Oxfam, have done us the service of providing a bit of corroborative evidence. Forty-one billion dollars, even with today's Bai Den Jao inflation, will buy a lot of cloud seeding, and a lot of flooding. It will provide a lot of payola and kickback to broadcasters not to broadcast storm warnings, and so on.
In other words, we may have just been inadvertently afforded one glimpse into the funding infrastructure behind such geoengineering projects, and conveniently, it's in a bank that can keep massive amounts of data on where, when, and how to engineer certain types of storms for minimum risk and maximum profits to "investors." We're looking at the financial infrastructure of geoengineering.

I remember underneath the Twin Towers was a massive vault containing some tangible records regarding fiancial transactions and the offset with some crriminal investigations. Perhaps there was some secret underground tunnel system as well for the massive gold storage underneath the towers, or the forensics after 9/11 prooved no evidence of gold being there at the time of the crime scene. Sometimes its hard to see what is happening because wa can Natzi with our eyes, but i believe they call it petro dollar for a reason, perhaps its moving towards Lithium-Nuclear or some deep undergound variant that serves the Lunetta Paperclip Martians Powerstructure
I have been giving this some thought and we’re talking about all that money and where it needs to be hidden well.
We can look for someone who recently purchased a really large mattress.
. . . One can’t help to ask, “Who’s money evaporated after first condensing into a world bank account?” . . It sure didn’t liquify into one’s meager savings or checking accounts given how easily this money thing manifests in the first place by just agreeing on a debt with interest.
Should be interesting to see how worldly affairs and the dezinformatsiya of a formidable intelligentsiya play out over the coming months. Play those cards close to the vest with a veil.
Rumor has it that a few folks and places are now on a timer. Another is in a big hurry to acquire as much as greedily possible while another has begun a shift in its stance on self-preservation. Will there be more feet dragging, obstinate gaffes, or misdirection of yet further resources in the interim under the guise of a nation’s right to conquer that which madness demands because they think they can under a confabulated pretense? Again, should be interesting where the lies and liars’ fallout of the mess and loss of coinage from the banks.
One wonders if any of the players realize that they are not the only attendees to this planetary scheming.
Ah, the beauty of undocumentable adjustments as a business model! Maybe the blind doge of Venice is their accountant. Just because the missing money was earmarked for “climate change” doesn’t mean it was all used for weather-related shenanigans either . . . I imagine $40 billion would also buy plenty of politicians, a few oligarchs, and heaven knows what else. I’m surprised sovereign immunity doesn’t shield them from having to report any numbers at all.
Correction regarding sovereign immunity: I mixed up the World Bank and the Bank for International Settlements. There are so many “laundries,” I sometimes lose track.
Corruption is built into the system of accounting as is detection and skimming courses.
Western corruption has gone global for the last five hundred years what happened to all that loot from the Americas, Australia, Africa, and Asia who is using all that wealth, and for what purpose?
That money could also buy a lot of “redevelopment” in areas already devastated by “climate change”.

You are right Robert, it takes billions of dollars to ‘steer and intensify’ rain clouds into highly destructive Hurricanes. Afterwards there will be billions more to be skimmed from the disaster relief funds.
