Wonder if they’ve been splicing up Syria for some time; finally coming to an agreement?

It appears that Russia is gearing up for the final conflict in Ukraine, since it is loading up its big transporter aircraft and withdrawing military equipment from Syria.

There are surely some strategic underground bases in Ukraine that Russia could use its new Oreshnik hypersonic missiles against.
I expect there will be a ceasefire agreed between Russia and Ukraine shortly after Trump takes to the White House in January.
