Apropos of today's main blog, the United Kingdumb already conducted some dimming experiments; aptly enough, the program was called SATAN, and that's the trouble, for when you call down high heaven, quite often it actually shows up:

    Here is a better review of the experiment using sulphur dioxide particles in a high altitude weather balloon. SATAN.
