RFK Jr.: FOR A GEOENGINEERING CULPRIT, LOOK TO DARPA
You might have noticed that recently we have had a number of blogs that are about, or at least related to, the subject of geoengineering. In that respect, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is in the news again, this time for having made an incredible statement about that subject during a public interview (this story shared by G.P., with our gratitude):
The Health and Human Services Secretary was being interviewed on the popular American television show, Dr. Phil, where he was asked a question about geoengineering. Mr. Kennedy had a track record of making statements concerning the subject during the 2024 Presidential campaign, where he explicitly called the attempts being made to "dim the sun" and spray heavy metals into the atmosphere a crime by unaccountable plutocrats:
Back in August 2024, before he became Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. responded to an X post about a “chemtrail pilot whistleblower.”
At the time, he made a bold promise: “We are going to stop this crime.”
Readers of this website will recall that last week I blogged about the nutty British claims to want to conduct experiments in dimming the sun. Needless to say, Mr. Kennedy responded to that, too:
“We will soon end this crime against humanity and our planet,” Kennedy said, “and bring justice to the plutocrats who are perpetrating this mass uncontrolled experiment.”
Before we continue, stop and ponder what that statement really means, for here we have someone who (1) abandoned his lifelong party affiliation to run on and for the opposing party's political ticket, and who (2) has been one of the few lawyers to successfully litigate claims against Big Agcribusiness (or what we "lovingly" refer to here on this website as I.G. Farbensanto), and who (3) has waged an incessant campaign to raise the alarm and awareness of the harm being done by all the "vaccine injections" to young children and its clear relationship to autism's unbeliveably high and anomalous stastitical rise in the past few decades, and who (4) clearly thinks that geoengineering is underway and is the result, in part, in the unbridled and unchecked power of wackadoodle billionaire busybodies, and finally, (5) who is now saying and holding all of these same positions as an American federal cabinet secretary. So, it took former Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Catherine Austin Fitts to tell everyone that the federal government is being run as a criminal enterprise, and now, push that acknowledgement one notch higher, to the actual cabinet level, and we have a cabinet Secretary saying pretty much the same thing, though in a very different context and for very different reasons.
Say what one will about some of Mr. Kennedy's views or actions in the past, on the above points I, at least, think he's not only correct, but deserves some gratitude for having raised the issues at the full cabinet level.
With that said, there's more, for Mr. Kennedy has weighed in with an opinion on who he thinks is actually responsible for all the chemtrail spraying that so many people have noticed in recent years:
RFK Jr. recently sat down with Dr. Phil, and he stunned the audience when a woman named Emily asked him point-blank about the toxic aerosols being sprayed over us every day.
“My biggest concern is the stratospheric aerosol injections that are continuously peppered on us every day,” Emily said.
“Bromium, aluminum, strontium—it’s sprayed in our skies. All day long.”
“And I know you’ve talked to Dane Wigington about this, he seems to be one of the experts in the field…”
“How do we stop it?” she asked.
Most politicians would’ve panicked, deflected, or dismissed the question entirely.
But not RFK Jr. He looked her in the eye, answered without hesitation, and said, “That is not in my agency.”
Now, lest we think that Mr. Kenney was responding like Wernher von Braun in the lyrics of Tom Lehrer's old satirical song "Werhner von Braun" that "'vonce ze rockets are up, who cares vhere zey come down, zat's not my department,' says Werhner von Braun", Mr. Kennedy went on to clarify that this was not the nature of his response, for he named a name:
He didn’t deny it was happening. He didn’t hide behind bureaucratic language. He simply made it clear: this isn’t coming from HHS.
Then came the bombshell.
“You know, we [HHS] don’t do that. It’s done—we think—by DARPA.”
DARPA, the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency, or as we like to call it here (following the suggestion of J.B.), the Diabolically Apocalyptic Research Projects Agency. This conclusion on Mr. Kennedy's part will not surprise regular readers of this website, nor of my books, nor of other's research and books, such as Elana Freeland, for most of us came to the conclusion long ago that this spraying effort was, at least in part, being done to increase the electrical conductivity of the atmospheric medium in aid of Mr. Reagan's Star Wars project and other defense black projects. Doubtless there are other covert research agendas in play, too, such as the forcible poisoning of the food supply, the involuntary human ingestion of experimental drugs, experimental "vaccinations" and other projects being done in covert conjunction with the GMO foods agenda, and so on. Such multiple objectives to a single covert operation comprise a very old playbook; I've written about this technique in many of my books, and others have as well.
It should, therefore, come as no surprise that Mr. Kennedy would name DARPA in his list of suspects. Most of us suspect DARPA as the black projects branch of the deep state, an unaccountable agency tasked with dreaming up diabolically apocalyptic things; the American version and continuation of the Nazi Kammlerstab, their black projects research and coordination agency named for its chief, SS Obergruppenfuehrer (the equivalent of a four-star general) Dr. Ing. Hans Kammler (for the story of the Kammlerstab, see my books Reich of the Black Sun, The SS Brotherhood of the Bell, Secrets of the Unified Field, The Nazi International, The Philosophers' Stone, Roswell and the Reich, and The Third Way).
It is not so much that someone at the cabinet level like Mr. Kennedy should say such a thing, however, that is the really significant part of his statement, for while everyone has been focusing on the DARPA aspect of his statement, few are drawing attention to the context in which he mentioned that agency; the article even implies its own (very plausible) interpretive context: "You know," said Mr. Kennedy, "we...don't do that. It's done - we think - by DARPA." As the quotation notes, the "we" in question the editors think is the Department of Health and Human Services, which, from the context, is a very plausible interpretation. It suggests that quietly, and unbeknownst to the American public, there is a conversation taking place internally in that department about the spraying, and who is doing it. It suggests that there may even have been an ad hoc committee or informal group that decided to study the phenomenon privately, and on its own time, and to "compare notes". Perhaps that ad hoc and informal group even shared its results with its new department head, whom it knew would at least be open-minded enough to entertain the results of their study and conclusion.
Or that telltale first person plural pronoun might mean something else altogether, namely, "we" being the upper echelons of Mr. Trump's government itself. Perhaps it's a "we" that has had private conversations - away from the television cameras - during cabinet meetings. Perhaps the "we" involved were comparing notes from - let us say - the Departments of Health and Human Services, the Interior, State, and Defense. If indeed either of these readings and interpretations of Mr. Kennedy's remarks be true, then it is a positive sign that at least a significant malign activity and agency are "on the radar".
If so, then it's about time.

Even if the little weasle politicians in your state, like Florida, do a big publicity stunt legislation banning spraying(to help their future electability potential) don’t be surprised if you still see them all over your skies, even to a greater extent than before it was banned. While they made it illegal to spray without consent, with consent and adding it to jet fuel on commercial airliners is still legal. Unfortunately the massive commercial airline traffic has always been their best delivery system and likely they spread out the flight paths to cover as much of your state as possible. Asthma and other respiratory disease I heard are at all time record levels and are climbing at all time record rates. Coincidence?
This does bring the question of how infantile and stupid our elites are; the word crazy is much overused. Arrogantly stupid narcissists would better describe these idiots.

This might be a bit convoluted, I apologize, but it’s been on my mind recently and this is really the only place I can share these things.
Have you ever considered a possible connection between the Ring Makers of Saturn and the chem-trail phenomena?
I’ve recently been rereading and analyzing Bergrun’s Ring Makers of Saturn and his last available interviews. I am convinced the book is an orchestrated form of disclosure and I’m a bit shocked people haven’t realized what I’m about to mention before. It’s formal proof of a secret space program.
The cameras on the Voyager spacecrafts encoded image data in a digital format at 800×800 pixels resolution to transmit back to Earth. The images were taken, transmitted back to Earth at 800×800 and somehow later written to and stored on film.
The images Bergrun magnifies in his book, preclude the possibility of these ever coming from the 800×800 digital images. The magnification he is able to achieve is impossible with the images the voyager spacecrafts were able to produce. He formally states the images come from the NASA Voyager archives, in film format, that he is physically magnifying. In interviews he states that he was surprised to be able to “find” these images in the catalogues made available to him (hint hint hint). I would recommend watching the Project Camelot interview for anybody interested. There are more details than I am mentioning here, including names at NASA, their blessing, and methodology. He spends a whole chapter in the book on the provenance of the images as well.
The magnification he is able to achieve with these images proves these images come from analogue optical cameras. You cannot magnify digital pixelated images. When you do, you magnify pixels — not details. You need to run algorithms to sharpen, blur, and/or modify the pixels with other more sophisticated algorithms to soften the pixelation — but you cannot magically produce detail from information that does not exist in the image. He is producing details and magnification from information that really exists on the film.
You might also believe, that maybe they took many pictures at 800×800 pixels and stitched them together. That’s why his images have so much more detail than a normal 800×800 image would. But, they didn’t do image stitching to make larger mosaics, mostly due to limits of the technology of the day. Specifically, this was due to the speed of the spacecraft, the transmission speeds back to Earth, the small amount of images they could store on the spacecraft, and lack of a mechanism to physically reposition the cameras to capture different quadrants of a possible mosaic. These were hybrid analogue-digital cameras that used precursor technology to the CCD tech used today, but the resolution bottleneck was the 800×800 digital transmission back to Earth. That’s all the information the Voyagers were able to transmit back per image.
The film he has access to is produced from analogue optical cameras exposing physical film to light. This is the only explanation for the large resolutions and details he is able to achieve. Physical film that is behind exposed in-situ to the scene through some lens. This allows for much greater resolutions. This is why old movies today can be remade in 1080p or 4k formats, because the original film contains so much more information that we can digitally scan today with more modern technology than they could back then. Even when at the time, the original distribution formats for the films might have been much lower (480p for TV, a bit more for movie theaters, etc).
So how do you get up close physical analogue film of Saturn, Jupiter and their rings; how do you get the film physically back to Earth; and how do you protect the film from degradation on the round trip back? Certainly not with the Voyager spacecraft.
The book is an admission for those with eyes to see of their capabilities, but more importantly of their findings and their worries. They were worried about the Ring Maker’s presence, their apparent power, and this book is a nugget of disclosure from some faction behind the curtains who wished for us to know.
What does this have to do with chem-trails? I believe some chem-trails are man made, and I believe the Ring Makers are responsible for some versions of it as well. What they are doing with the rings on the outer planets is a similar process you see with chemtrails. They are capturing gas, densifying, and returning it back to their respective atmospheres.
Why are they doing this? One possibility, I believe, ties into the research I’ve been doing lately on the Exploding Planet Hypothesis.
It boils down to the fact that planets are ticking time bombs. Gas slowly escapes atmospheres. The amount of energy a molecule of gas has at sea level is massive. If you point it directly upwards it has more than enough energy to escape Earth’s gravity. Most molecules do not, because they hit other molecules on the way up, and also because most molecules don’t end up in orthogonal orientations with respect to the planet and are thus eventually recaptured on their diagonal escape trajectories by gravity. But a certain percentage do escape. And they never get recaptured. We are out gassing a certain percentage of atmosphere every second which can be modeled and calculated.
Gas is the only phase of matter that can contain the pressures and densities that gravity accumulates. There exists no solid material physically in existence or constructable with the sufficient tensile strength necessary to contain the immense pressures that are produced in planets’ layers. For example, each layer of the Earth (crust, mantle, outer core, inner core) is like a pressurized gas tank, it contains the pressure of the layers within it. But unlike a pressurized tank, the pressure on the layers is so unbelievably immense that no known material could hold it via its tensile strength alone — the way the thickness and strength of a tank does the gas it contains. What is holding it all down is the weight, via gravity, of the layers above it. Every layer is like an unbelievably compressed spring ready to explode that is held down by the weight of the layers above it.
The only reason the surface we walk on, the entire crust of the Earth, doesn’t immediately explode at 29 kilometers per second into space, is due to the atmosphere. It’s the only phase of matter that allows the jostling of the energy of every molecule to not compress in the same direction at the same time. In the crust every molecule is pushing back against the atmosphere in the same direction — upwards and away from the planet. In the atmosphere every single molecule is pushing in different directions and every moment of time those directions are changing as the molecules bump into each other at tremendous energies. This allows the dispersal of the compression energy of the gas above (compression energy created by gravity, which we would call pressure) in non-uniform directions keeping everything in place in stratified layers of continuous variable pressure. Basically, the weight of the upper stratosphere is keeping the pressure of the upper atmosphere in place, whose weight keeps the pressure of the lower atmosphere in place, whose weight plus those above keeps the pressure of the crust in place — all the way down. It needs to be a gradual diminution of pressure from the center of the planet until there is zero pressure in outer space, or the system becomes unstable.
As an aside, this is why either the Moon is hollow and thus has no internal pressure, or it has a very substantial atmosphere. Those are the only options.
The interesting thing is what is happening in the “boundary” between the thinnest regions of our atmosphere and outer space. Here we are out gassing atmosphere, most of the molecules in this region are depleted of energy and are thus recaptured by gravity or cannot escape it, and are slowly pulled back down into the denser portions of the atmosphere where they are re-energized by bumping into other faster moving molecules. But, in this layer you are also losing molecules that are exploding away at incredible speeds because they, by sheer chance, did not hit another molecule on the way up and now have escaped into space at a high escape velocity never to return.
If the planet is not regenerating this loss of gaseous matter, or if some extraneous force is not returning this mass back to the planet, eventually the planet will explode as the atmosphere’s weight will not contain the pressure of the internal layers of the planet.
Thus, planets’ escaping gases are most likely farmed to prolong their longevity. It is actually imperative that they are, as this loss of mass is irreplaceable otherwise. It may even be that planets cannot form, if they are not farmed into existence.
This also shows another interesting thing. To Death Star a planet, you don’t need the energy to explode away the entire mass of the planet. The energy is already all there for you. You just need to blow away a certain percentage of the upper atmosphere to get the chain reaction going. It’s actually very simple to blow a planet up and leave nothing but dust behind.
