Yes, you read that correctly. according to this article - again shared by the ever-vigilant V.T. (with our gratitude) - there are some proposing to transfer American B-2 stealth bombers and some bunker-busters to Israel, according to this article from India:
The first paragraph of the article aptly sums up this latest bit of madness:
US lawmakers have proposed that US President Donald Trump be authorised to transfer B-2 stealth bombers and 30,000-pound "bunker buster" bombs to Israel if Iran is found to still be developing a nuclear weapons. This comes days after the US attacked Iran’s three nuclear sites - Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan with 14 B-2 bunker buster bombs. Reps. Josh Gottheimer, D-N.J., and Mike Lawler, R-N.Y. have proposed an act called the Bunker Buster Act that will allow the POTUS to "take actions to ensure Israel is prepared for all contingencies if Iran seeks to develop a nuclear weapon." A ceasefire was announced between Iran and Israel after more than a week of hightened (sic.) tensions during which both countries launched missiles and attacked each other. While Israel was first to launch the preemptive attack targeting Iranian nuclear sites, Iran said it has the right to respond. The tensions came to a halt after US strikes and Iran's retaliation on America's base in Qatar. As of 2024, the U.S. had 19 B-2s in operation. It does not transfer custody of its B-2 stealth bombers to any of its allies.
Now I am against any brutal murder of people, be it of Israelis by the nutcases in Hamas, or of Palestinians by whomever(pick your favorite nutcase, there are plenty in the region to go around). Who is doing what to whom and "who started it?" is not my concern here.
My concern is that anyone with half a brain would propose the transfer of some of this country's most advanced weapons platforms - gratis - to any other country, "ally" or not. Given the enormous range of the B-2, this would, in effect, be delivering strategic delivery platforms for nuclear weapons to Israel. Would that country be capable of turning them against us? I have but one answer to that: remember the U.S.S. Liberty.
And given the history of the region, we can be fairly confident in what will come next: our other regional "allies" - Egypt and Saudi Arabia and Turkey - will sooner or later find cause against Israel (probably induced by the blackmail capability such a technology and weapons platform transfer would introduce), and demand we share our B-2 and bunker busters with them too, or, failing that, they'll trot off to Beijing, or Moscow, or Berlin for some correspondingly nasty military technology. And then Israel will demand that we give them a couple of air-refueling tankers so that they can strike their other threats in the "region" like China, or Russia, and we're off and running in yet another bit of Middle Eastern Madness.
There's a good reason we - and anyone else with interests in the region - have denied the extension of strategic delivery capability to the nations of that region. With friends and allies like these, who needs enemies?

Still in the Medieval period, what is it to the Crusade to the Holy Land?
I researched the Crusades earlier today, curious how the Crusaders treated the Palestinian Christians who are direct descendants of some of Christs followers. The Crusaders pillaged and slaughtered them and saw them as an inferior race so did not mix with them. Palestinian Christians are descended from the first Christian Jews during the time of Jesus, yet Jewish settlers still seek to burn their oldest churches and take their land. Since they are descended from native Christian Jews you would think they would be treated as fellow Jews, but nope they are suppose to leave Israel and find a new home somewhere else. Jerusalem Post, had an article about it today and I was curious how the Crusaders treated them so looked that up. Now I see Israel as possibly being secretly more aligned with China and Russia in the Belt and Road initiative because of the potential future wealth and power that would give them. So if Israel pulls us into war with Iran it might be a strategic move to deplete our ammunition so Russia can take Ukraine and China can take Taiwan. If Russia and China have already decided to go to war with the US mainland then Israel might be trying to get us to waste our defenses on Iran. Iran might even agree to do so if it takes out their Great Satan as a world power at the end of day. I suspect the US is being suckered into this to destroy us.

Most of Israel’s high tech sector is recent Russian immigrants. And many had known KGB connections. Any high tech given to Israel, especially military, always gets sold to the Chinese and Russians. So why are we talking about giving Russia and China B2 tech? Russia refused to get involved with the Iran and Israel war because of the millions of Russian speakers living in Israel.
