Concerning the Agentic State, here in my home state of Florida(a couple counties away) a woman died of a cocaine overdose in her front yard on her way to church. The police searched her phone records(which included recordings of every conversation she had recently) to find her drug dealer. Then they spent a couple months going through every conversation he ever had until they found one where he mentioned he was scared some of his drugs might have been bad and killed the woman to another drug dealer. Now they are using this conversation to charge him with murder. All these searches had a warrant so all can be used in court of law. Bottom line all our phone conversations seem to be recorded and stored. I saw videos online of people talking a few feet a way from their phones while not in use about a topic to see if they would get online advertisement for products related to their private conversation in their home. They did and found even conversations off phones where being recorded and monitored. Skeptical I did this experiment myself, about a product I never mentioned or had an interest in, and began to get advertisement myself. So it appears all conversations might be going into data bases. I like to metal detect and rock hound and do lots of online research about this and watch lots of videos. Every time I went into an area where this activity had restrictions I got searched. I suspect because AI put me on a list because of my interests online. A man recently got arrested by a game warden for selling tadpoles that had infested his pool to get rid of them so he wouldn’t have to kill them. It came out that AI sifted through his online posts and saw his ad and informed the proper authorities by dispatching them to his house. If true AI can now dispatch law enforcement and start investigations on people. Now imagine the whole world sharing their data bases and AI lists of assumptions with each other and what might happen when AI is wrong or every single minor infraction or misusage of speech is recorded and used against you! Or as governments worldwide seemingly become more and more criminal and criminally run every day now, imagine them now having all this dream data at criminal finger tips to know exactly everything we have worth taking and where, when, and how it can best be taken from us. Don’t think this will all get misused to the maximum extent it can be some day? Then you have not been paying attention close enough to what’s been going on so far in life all around you.
