WHAT’S GOING ON WITH BUGS BUNNY IN COLORADO?
I'll wager that pretty much every regular reader of this website knows the classic line from the cartoon character Bugs Bunny, "Ehhh....what's up, doc?" But in Colorado, one might be dealing with a case where doctors (in this case, veterinary doctors) might be asking, with a very worried tone in their voice, "Ehhh... what's wrong, Bugs?" because in case you haven't heard, there are now stories from Colorado of populations of rabbits being afflicted with... well, I'll come right out and say it... with growths that look in many cases to be similar to those long stringy "clots" that have been found in the blood vessels of victims who took the covid potion injections. The story was shared by many of you, for which we are grateful, but we will focus on the version shared by V.T.:
But not to worry, says The Science; it's nothing but rabbit papilloma virus, a fairly common disease, and one that, fortunately, does not jump from rabbits to humans or human pets:

Whew! We can all relax and go home; nothing to see here, just a common virus, it can be treated, move along, go home, relax folks, everything is under control.
But here's my problem with that whole approach. I happen to live in one of those wonderful places that is a kind of "God's half acre". I've seen all sorts of wildlife that one does not normally see in a suburban environment: on my property I've seen or encountered coyotes, foxes, skunks, snakes (I don't know if venomous or not, but I wasn't sticking around to find out), falcons (or maybe kestrels), hawks, an eagle (once), owls (very recently), a couple of vultures, geese, pelicans, cranes, goats (which escaped a neighbor's pen) and on one particular occasion, less than a foot away from my foot, a tarantula! (which, as one might expect, had the predictable reaction from someone who cannot stand spiders... think shrieks and sudden acceleration to relativistic velocities... the thing was as big as a salad plate).
And of course, over time, growing up in South Dakota, and living and moving all over the country in my life(and even overseas), I've seen more than my fair share of squirrels and rabbits, and never have I seen a rabbit with rabbit papilloma virus and ugly growths of warts.
And now, suddenly, in Colorado, all sorts of people are seeing rabbits afflicted with it. Thankfully, as the second article notes, the growths are not painful, and eventually they go away.
My question is: why? Why the sudden appearance now? And in what appears to be a cluster? Now, if rabbit papilloma is anything like other papillomas, weakened immune systems may be a contributory factor. So what might be weakening rabbit immune systems in a local region?
I have to admit, that when I first saw this story, nothing about it seemed normal, in spite of the attempts of articles like the second one to sound reassuring. As I said before, I've lived all over the place during my life, and in that time, I've seen lots of rabbits, and nowhere, at no time, have I seen or encountered anything like this. and when I saw the article, and the implied cluster in Colorado, the thing that came immediately to mind was "this is neither normal, nor natural." What might be causing a localized dip in rabbit immuno-responses and sudden papilloma outbreaks?
That is my high octane question of the day, and here is my high octane speculation of an answer:
I can think of a few things, and you probably can too. But right at the top of my list I would put all the aerial chemtrail spraying that so many have seen and reported on over the years, and the strange analyses of the contents of some of that spraying that have also been alleged and reported over the years. Time may tell, but if it does, it may do so in the form of similar cluster outbreaks of other diseases in other animal species. It may be just a completely natural outbreak, but I cannot escape the feeling that what we're looking at looks and feels like a test. For now they seem to be only concerned with Bugs, but if similar phenomena start happening to Daffy and Porky and Foghorn Leghorn and Sylvester, we have more cause for concern.

I realize there is probably something serious going on. But when I first saw the article several days ago, my first thought was, Oh, they finally found a jackalope. They do exist.
Right. Supposedly this condition is the origin of the jackelope myth. Note that the article doesn’t give any numbers or even state there’s been an increase, just “residents report seeing”.

In addition to this I just saw MSM is saying Colorado is having it’s worst drought in many years. If the plants are suffering then it would make sense that this is more likely a nutrient deficiency issue. Not saying the drought might be being caused by something esoteric.
