WHITE HOUSE ADVISOR ON THE MANIPULATION OF SPACE-TIME
Every now and then, as regular readers of this website are aware, I receive an article or story from someone that vaults it immediately into the "finals-must-blog" folder. That's certainly the case with today's story which was shared with us by none other than Catherine Austin Fitts, whose Solari website also coined her favorite nickname for the (in)famous American defense contractor Lockheed-Martin by calling it Lockheed-Martian (and to whom we are grateful for sharing the story). In this case, we follow our usual methodology of assuming the facts and statements in the story to be true for the purposes of elaborating some high octane speculative implications of those facts and statements.
So without further ado, the story:
You probably saw the same statement that caught my eye, and indeed, Ms. Fitts' eye, when you read the story, but in case you did not, here it is. The current Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology, Michael Kratsios, said the following:
Echoing President Trump’s agenda, Kratsios declared it is time to reclaim the pioneering spirit that once made the United States the leader in nuclear energy, space exploration, and the Internet. “Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space,” he proclaimed. “They leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity.”
You'll notice, however, that in the article those remarks were immediately followed with these:
The address emphasized a clear dichotomy facing the nation: a choice between advancing through innovation or continuing to borrow from the future. “Our choice as a civilization is technology or debt. And we have chosen debt. Today we choose a better way.”
So what do we have? What's the high octane speculation here? To make a "first approximation" in answering those questions, we have, firstly, (1) to set those answers within a wider context, then secondly (2) to assume that Mr. Kratsios is not telling the truth with those significant first remarks and what that might portend for his second statement that we must choose technology as the path forward from the debt trap, and thirdly (3) to assume that he is telling the truth, and what that might imply for the second statement regarding the economic future.
The Wider Context:
If one looks back over my various blogs in the past decade and a half that deal with advanced technologies impacting the area space and energy, one is confronted by a very suggestive and intriguing list of assertions: (1) radical new energy technologies are either in existence or "just around the corner", including operational nuclear fusion, a field that Lockheed-Martin has pioneered, (2) there have been subtle emphases on outer space threats, which have included but are not limited to: (a) asteroids in near-miss or impact trajectories with the Earth and the need to protect the planet from this possibility, (b) foreign powers developing advanced Earth- and/0r space-based weapons systems, (c) "whistleblowers" and airplane videos and pictures subtly implying an "extraterrestrial" threat. In response and in conjunction with these stories, we have seen Mr. Trump (3) establish the "Space Force" and more recently change its name to include the world "combat" in its formal title, and (4) statements from then-serving General Mark (Thoroughly Modern) Milley at the US Air Force Academy several years ago stating that the future soldiers and military aviators would have to learn to fight "little green men."
But lest one think that all these space-related comments represented the only dishes being served in the smorgasbord, one must also recall all of those stories during those years - many of which I blogged about - that (5) certain asteroids were discovered to contained resources estimated in the quadrillions of dollars, and that (6) all we had to do was go out and "mine" them, or (7) pretend to have done so, in order to zero-out all the bad derivatives sloshing around in the financial system. Either approach would again require the militarization of space, since in the first instance it would be necessary to protect those mined assets from hostile parties and pirates (either terrestrially based, or extra-terrestrially based, or both), and in the second instance to prevent private parties with space access from "going out there" and exposing the fraud.
One may add to this summary of my approach to this whole issue the final component: in order to develop the exotic technologies implied by Mr. Kratsios' first remark, a vast and hidden financial infrastructure had to be erected in the post-World War II era to provide long term and consistent massive funding that was not subject to the vicissitudes of normal politics and budgetary oversight, nor subject to the risks of popular revolt by raising such enormous and long term funds through taxation.
This, in effect, is the argument I have been making in regard to these matters over the years and in various books
The Two Remarks of Mr. Kratsios; Assuming their truth:
Notably, Mr. Kratsios' remarks go far beyond the usual and predictable stories regarding fusion technology and so on. He explicitly states that "Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space; they leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity." Additionally, Mr. Kratsios also confirms, via a very different route, the arguments of Ms. Fitts, or indeed of Mr. Richard Dolan, or myself, made over many years, that the current financial system and economic picture simply cannot be adequately understood by ignoring the existence of this vast, hidden, secret technological development and the vast infrastructure needed to support it, including the vast and hidden financial structure. In other words, the current "debt crisis" is a direct product of the existence of these hidden infrastructures, and as they were created to aid in the development of exotic technologies, the only way out of the financial and economic implications that accompanied it is via the very technology they were designed to create and enable.
To put it country simple: Mr. Kratsios has simply restated what others have been arguing, and thereby confirmed the existence of those technologies. In support of this reading, one may point to numerous "supporting 'facts'", such as the alleged statements of former Lockheed skunk works director Ben Rich, who is alleged to have said that "we found an error in the equations" and that we could now "take E.T. home," a statement clearly implying a capability to "manipulate time and space" and "annihilate distance." In addition to these, one has the whole NASA "warp drive" project, a project birthed by Mexican physicist Miguel Alcubbiere's warp paper in the 1990s, or NASA's Dr. Harold White's recalculation of Alcubierre's equations, or endless stories from the physics world about reporting on such strange things as "time crystals" and so on. Indeed, one might go so far as to suggest that the very existence of phenomena like the "Mandela Effect" might be the result of the existence and use of such time, space, and distance-manipulating technologies.
To put it country simple, there is a great deal of corroborative data that would argue that Mr. Kratsios is neither lying nor stretching the truth.
...but on the other hand...
The Two Remarks of Mr. Kratsios; Assuming either their falsity or exaggeration:
... the argument laid out about is entirely circumstantial, and falls far short of anything like rigorous proof. We have videos of a lot of "something" out there performing in very strange and seemingly "impossible" ways. But as yet, no conclusive proof or argument has ever been advanced that proves any case for its origin. Is it human? We don't know. Is it extra- or crypto-terrestrial? We don't know. We do know that the enter set of circumstances that I laid out above under the header of "The Wider Context" can also be interpreted in a very different way, as a very cleverly designed long-term project of narrative created, a veritable Potemkin village of advanced capabilities and technologies that do not, as yet and in fact, exist in American (or any human) possession. Indeed, as I pointed out in my book Saucers, Swastikas, and Psy-ops, the Nazi commando, SS Col. Otto Skorzeny, when he saw some of the World War Two era advanced Nazi technology thought that its best use would be in conjunction with elaborate psychological operations. It's highest potential lay in the creation of a narrative. And that feeling hovers uncomfortably over almost every story I (and others) have blogged and written about. And Mr. Trump could be the most recent leader to employ it; recall only his remarks made during his first administration that America possessed weapons far beyond the capabilities of nuclear weapons, and that America did not even need to use nuclear weapons, that they were basically obsolete. Recall, too, that during that administration, an American general was loudly asked if "kinetic weapons" or "rods of God" were being considered as part of America's potential responses to North Korea after he had asserted that all options were on the table. His response to the kinetic weapons question was a blunt, curt, sharp, and unambiguous "Yes."
It's not necessary to have such capabilities. All that's necessary is to convince a potential enemy that you do, and are prepared to use them.
So Which is it?
For the present, I lean to the real existence of such capabilities and technologies, even if they are only in the "proto-type" or "beta-test" stage of development. The reason is very simple: sooner or later, if one is creating narratives and propaganda, that narrative will be challenged, so even if the decision is made to develop a narrative, it must be accompanied, eventually, by some confirming reality. The risk of not doing so is too high.
But this same risk is also run if, in fact, one does possess such capabilities. Sooner or later, someone will say "Prove it..."
...and that means it's about to get very interesting...

People are beginning to contemplate Aether again. The idea that there is no empty space but instead there is an endless sea of Aether. The reason magnetic fields exist even in vacuum is because positrons and electrons must fill that vacuum. Some suspect Aether may in part be a sea of neutralizing positron-electron pairs. Objects generating magnetic fields in vacuum temporarily align these neutral electron/positron pairs into magnetic field alignment and flows thus you get a magnetic field even in vacuum/Aether. Some suspect in you learn to split Aether/vacuum positron-electron pairs from each other and their neutral state and through a vortex concentrate enough positrons in the eye of the storm to act as a single proton particle then you can create a hydrogen atom out of vacuum/aether. The electron field separated from the positrons remains entangled around the newly formed proton formed from a concentration and mergence of positrons. Some people believe mastering this manipulation of space/time/Aether/vacuum transitions into hydrogen atoms and then back again is the beginning of tapping into zero point energy. Also if you can manipulate the positron-electron order of space-time then you may be able to change it’s properties including the natural speed limit of light. Learn to create a true vacuum bubble or pinch in this medium may lead to teleportation/wormholes especially if you can control where the bubble or pinch reappears by some sort of quantum entanglement between the two areas you want to teleport from and to. Imagine squeezing a partially filled bag of water and squeezing the water medium in one area makes it flow and bulge out in another area instantly. Now imagine Aether as being able to be aligned into a super conducting superfluid between two entangled polarized points such as between two star systems and being able to teleport from a positron gate created at one star system to an electron gate created at the other from entangle positron-electron pairs of space-time.
Could be Aether isn’t made up up electron-positron pairs but instead is a three phase medium; neutral, electron, and positron. The neutral phase may be considered as one infinite entity. The electron-positron phase fields created in it however are finite, localized manifestations. Neutron particles may get formed in the nucleus of larger atoms when part of this infinite whole gets cut off and concentrated in atoms by the electron flow towards an event horizon between the electron fields and positron region of atoms. At this event horizon were some of the splitting of electrons and positrons into separate particles occurs some of the two opposite charges may recombine into a cut off pinched neutron event horizon. Now if so then to create a worm hole you would need three different points or star gates. And these three gates would have to be perfectly timed with each other. When one star system gate forced the neutral medium in it into an electron phase, another would have to be timed at the exact same time to force it’s space-time into a positron phase. This would automatically create a quantum entanglement between the two regions of two separate star systems. Now the third stargate would squeeze space-time in it’s center to the same energy density as the mass of your space ship at the same time as other two polarized gates did their thing. As you enter the positron gate you collapse the three fields at the same time and your ship will instantly appear where electron gate is and the condensed spacetime will pop out at gate where ship entered because space-time is a single entity and if you squeeze mass or energy from one region it pops out somewhere else and the only place this squeezed region has to pop out in is the gate your travelling ship came out of that is no vacant that mass/energy.
After thinking about it, actually it probably just needs two stargates for teleportation. One positron and one electron. Since infinite neutral space likely acts like one big ground the mass and space taken up by the ship when teleporting from one gate to the other would likely not need to account for the displacement of it’s mass and space from one region to another. Where it teleported from would automatically get filled in as soon as the ship exited back out into this ground state singularity that is the same infinite space in both regions of space at each gate. The ship would displace the exact same amount back into ground as it left behind from the same ground from another region it teleported from. I was thinking three phases to aether therefore three gates for teleportation for some reason. But if infinite space acts like an infinite singularity, which it is, then the third phase is one big neutral ground state singularity. Reason we likely perceive there to be lightyears distances between everything in ground state is likely because of all the electromagnetic waves given off by all the galaxies, stars and planets. Being an electro-magnetic wave light likely can only separate Aether into electron-positron pairs at a set speed which we observe as light speed. And this same wavelength and speed of light is what we use to calculate distances with and travel times according to our modes of propulsion. But since electron-positron gates positioned light years apart from each other and opened at the same time creates an artificial light speed single wavelength that is lightyears apart, but still transfers information from one to the other at light speed, it appears the ship passing through these gates gets teleported light years distance near instantly. This can happen because true space is relative to the scale between single electron-positron interactions. Countless small electron-positron interactions normally separate different star systems and galaxies but with our entangled gates we reduce it down to one big jump instead. True space may be interdimensional with all of itself simultaneously when not separated into many smaller packets of positron-electron pairs by the many waves moving through it giving it the appearance of vastness separating everything from each other.
