WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG? ALBANIA’S NEW A.I. GOVERNMENT ...
Well, we knew this was coming eventually. Some nutcase government in some blighted part of the world would eventually think that appointing an artificial intelligence avatar to a governmental post - in this case, an entire ministry - was a good idea. In this case, the nutcase government is that of Albania. If you're old enough to remember the lunacy and nuttery of its Communist dictator Enver Hoxha (with apologies for the redundancy of "Communist" and "dictator", as if the first can ever occur without the second), it's not at all surprising that technocracy would have its first weedy flowering in that country's government. And given that Europe is now seemingly one of the most blighted parts of the world due to its leaders' spreading of "the squid-like ink of confusion on their flower-strewn march through history",* it should not surprise us that this occurred first on that continent. The Continent gave the world a LOT of good things, but some of the record is questionable. After all, The Continent also gave us the turgid German of Hegel, and the even more turgid "philosophy" and "poetry" of Marx, the criticism of Adorno, the "one-time originality" of Schoenberg. So why not an artificial intelligence avatar minister of government?

Now, I think it's entirely necessary to point out that this "appointment" was made by a left-wing socialist government (In Albania!?!? Say it isn't so!) and that the reason given for the "appointment" is that this "artificial intelligence 'minister's' job" will be to "fight corruption (by the way, the "minister's avatar" is what is pictured in the article, and "her" name is Diella, conveniently checking off two boxes in the make-believe diversity, equity, and inclusion "firsts" that socialist governments like to check off to pretend like they're doing something genuinely beneficial and significant. Call it "virtue-signaling, Albanian-style":
Albania has added an artificial intelligence (AI) bot to its cabinet in the government claims will promote transparency and reform.
Prime Minister Edi Rama announced Friday that a virtual “minister” named Diella will join his new government, with a mandate to combat corruption and streamline state services.
“Diella is the first member not physically present, but virtually created by artificial intelligence,” he told party members.
He explained that Diella’s systems were “100 percent incorruptible and where every public fund that goes through the tender procedure is 100 percent legible.
“This is not science fiction, but the duty of Diella,” he added.
Developed in cooperation with Microsoft, Diella is portrayed in traditional Albanian dress and was first introduced earlier this year on the government’s e-Albania online platform.
Oh, huzzah and joy! An artificial intelligence avatar cabinet minister, designed to fight corruption, by the corporation founded by one of the most morally bankrupt individuals on earth, that designed one of the worst computer operating systems on the planet...what could possibly go wrong? Did you notice how the article carefully implied that Corruption only reared its ugly head in Albania after the collapse of its Communist dictatorship? And how its new techocratic socialist government is bravely trying to root it all out? Well, it's all in aid of its quest to become part of the Totally Uncorrupt and Completely Incorruptible European Union!:
EU accession remains a central political goal of the Balkan country, but the bloc has demanded tougher action against corruption and organized crime, problems that have dogged Albania since the collapse of communism.
So here's my high octane speculation of the day: you're looking at a "beta-test" of running government agencies through an artificial intelligence. And now we know the template that will be used to install these "ministers" in government, for it will come in the guise of "complete fairness", rooting out "corruption", and part of "corruption" is always double standards in the application of law, which is very convenient to the corrupt people like Baal Gates and Micros**t who do the programming of what "incorruptibility" means, and in whose utterly partisan and factional interest and benefit it will be employed.
Am I surprised that it was Albania, and Europe, that did it first? Not at all. As I said, after all, TheContinent gave the world the blessings of Hegel and Marx and Adorno and crimes against beauty like Schoenberg. If Albania's experiment is "successful" as only the technocrats can or will be allowed to adjudge, then expect the experiment in transparency and incorruptibility to spread to such bastions of clarity, genuine concern for citizens, incorruptibility, and transparency as the E.U. headquarters in Brussels, and thence to metastasize to the capitals of the governments of Europe.

The blind faith people, including the creators of AI, are willing to put in AI systems is astonishing. We haven’t the foggiest idea what AI, and different AIs, will do as they develop in a day, a week, or a year and yet we are ready to surrender responsibility and control of our world as if our Savior has arrived. If it is AI, it is more Pandora’s Box than Incorruptible Expert At Our Service. Remember in Jurassic Park when Samuel Jackson’s character says, “Hold onto your butts”? People seem to hope that rebooting our world with AI is going to make life into a walk in the park, but we are just as likely to find ourselves running from T Rex and raptor-like AI. Calling Ian Malcolm.
What could go wrong if these digibats read science fiction and fantasy stories? They see what could go wrong. But assume these people are illiterate to begin with.
AI avatar political representation could also be hacked by major cyber powers including ones with extreme religious motivations and who already secretly view the whole world as theirs by a promise from their god and all the world’s other peoples as sub-humans also promised by their god to only exist to serve them in the world to come. As more low IQ politicians and political mercenaries begin to realize what the true goals and views of their foreign religious handlers and lobbyists are, the greater the need for hackable, programable AI politicians will grow. Awareness of the political power and goals of the anti-Christs and children of Satan is growing among the young people; thus the need for AI replacement of voted for representation and even better means of vote rigging is a must if they want to maintain their stranglehold of all the world’s nations political leaders. All the world’s conflicts are indeed spiritual battles between the different religious ideologies for their different versions and vision of the Messianic Era. Even a secular one world government under the iron rule of leftist, socialist Bolsheviks and rightwing Neo-cons is just another version and vision of the Messianic Era held by atheist descendants of the Sabbatean-Frankist cults I suspect. Just my opinion based upon the current configurations of the political world stage and it’s most influential actors.
A giant leap in being able to solve this mess is really delving down into and figuring out who this “god” really is. I suspect he, or his direct delegates/descendants, is/are still active. If they’re still active, they can also be neutralized. Neutralized even through political or judicial means. He or they, would just need to be completly exposed.
This is a subject nobody is talking about and is not currently in the zeitgeist, but it needs to get there. Hopefully soon.
On a different topic, today I recommended your book The Rialto In Richmond to Dr. Avi Loeb after he compared the deaths of Abraham Lincoln and Charlie Kirk on Medium. Avi is not that “aware” of the real truth in American Civil War History but as Mark Twain once said, ” We are all ignorant , just on different subjects ” !
