MORE ON THAT POSSIBLE RUSSIAN EMP WEAPON

Last week you will recall that I blogged about the possible use of a non-nuclear electromagnetic pulse weapon by Russian forces in the Ukraine (see https://gizadeathstar.com/2025/10/did-russia-just-use-a-non-nuclear-emp-weapon-in-the-ukraine/).  Leave it to the Gizars to find more information that seems to corroborate that we might be looking at the next generation of such weapons, and if so, then it is bound to have at least a few people in the military establishments of the West, including the Pentagram, burning the midnight oil of worry. But we'll get back to today's high octane speculations in a moment. (Story shared by P.T. with our gratitude):

Note that in the article, the story of power outages is connected to Russian drone attacks. However, some videos are circulating that show these attacks occurring at night. They also show what appears to be either an explosion in the distance, or a flash of pale blue light, followed by a rapid shut down of electrical power as the video goes black. Notably, in the video, a few lights from vehicles can be seen, and these, too, go dark, and assuming these  videos are genuine and not faked, or that the "vehicles" have not been edited into some of these videos, then the sum total suggests to some people that we might be looking at something more than just the usual drone attacks, but at an electromagnetic pulse weapon that is not trigged by a nuclear blast.  Interestingly enough, these attacks and unusual videos occurred within the temporal context of Mr. Putin announcing a "new" Russian weapon that will be revealed shortly.  Here's one of those videos (again, courtesy of P.T.):

So once again, let us assume those videos are true, and do another running somersaulting leap into the canyon of high octane speculation, and try to fathom a basic though wild and woolly way that such an "electromagnetic pulse weapon" might be developed.

Oddly, one of the easiest and cheapest and "low tech" ways might be simply to load many drones with particulates that are electrically conductive - aluminum,  graphite, anything that is electrically conductive - and explode them in sufficient numbers near electrical substations, transformers, or power plants and saturate the local area with lots of particulate matter creating an artificial dust plasma cloud, and then simply spark it, or wait until the matter itself shorts out the station by creating its own electrical channels.  Weirdly, after the Oklahoma City Bombing, this method was proposed by an individual who claimed to have been involved in just such research for the US military, none other than Danny Casolaro's so-called "Danger Man" (as Casolaro had nicknamed him): Michael Riconoscuito. Riconosciuto made the claims during at interview in the federal prison in which he was being held at the time for the then-active syndicated radio network of radio talk show host Chuck Harder, which appeared on his special documentary titled Murder in the Heartland. In effect, what this very over-simplified version does is that the plasma condition of the cloud, once sparked, creates the pulse conditions and loads a transient into local electrical systems, i.e., shorts them out.

Of course, all of this is a big gigantic maybe, hovering just at the fringes of possibility. The fly in the ointment is that the videos referred to are simply not conclusive. They are merely suggestive, and electromagnetic pulse is only one of the suggestive possibilities. The others are that the blue flashes could be from the explosion of ordnance, or indeed shorts in power plants or substations that the Russians had nothing to do with, but which might be rather the inevitable "incident" that accompanies decaying and degraded infrastructure.

That said, the Russians can read. They certainly have intelligence agencies. And they certainly have very capable technicians and engineers. And incidents like the Oklahoma City bombing and the claims that accompanied it would, rest assured, have come to their attention.
