THE RUSSO-UKRAINIAN WAR AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
This story, shared by V.T., is one of those stories that had me wondering, and I imagine it will have you wondering as well. And if you, like me, have been searching for an explanation of what, exactly, this crazy and completely unnecessary war between Russia and The Ukraine was all about, then this story is for you. Indeed, when I saw it, I thought what better way to end the blogging year of 2025 than with a bit of a mystery and another whopper doozie of a high octane speculation, for in searching for explanations for this crazy war, everything has been advanced: NATO-European lust and greed to break up Russia, and expand eastward, crazy Merkelian-Medusala-von-der-Lyin' schemes to recreate the Central Powers' puppet state of the Hetmanate of the Ukraine after the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk (1918), Mon(ster)santo plots and and GMO privileges in the Ukraine and access to its rich agricultural markets, biogenetic weapons laboratories, plots to break up the Russian Orthodox Church by the interference of the neo-papal claims of the Ecumaniacal Patriarchate of Constantinople and its financial backers (which include the Vatican, of course), and on and on we could go, and all of them are, to some degree, true.
But according to this story, there may even be some other ingredient in this bizarre stew:
The World's First AI State is Doomed
Note the following(and yes, I've restored proper English diction to the article):
Ukrainian Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov declared that his nation will become a “sovereign AI state” after partnering with Nvidia to create the world’s first government development LLM project by 2030.
Mykhailo stated that (The) Ukraine plans to move from a “digital state” to an “agentic state” where AI actively delivers services across government while making its own decisions that bypass humans. (The) Ukraine already launched Diia.AI, the world’s first national AI assistant. Citizens can access the platform to request services, ask questions, or retrieve documentation.
And this:
Tech companies across the globe are investing heavily in (The) Ukraine, with a specific emphasis on the AI sector. Google created Diia.AI and permitted the program to operate on Gemini. Kyivstar, recently listed on the US stock exchange, set up 3,500 backup generators to maintain AI services during energy attacks. The AI Factory and WINWIN Centre programs have partnered with European companies to build up (The) Ukraine’s AI system. Microsoft, naturally, has its claws in the public-private partnership as well. Interesting to see companies pouring billions into a nation at war.
Sovereign AI is merely a centralized system that gives the state new powers of surveillance, data-processing, and control in real-time. Elite consolidation of power is the entire premise of the (Ukrainian) war and why every bureaucrat has pledged a portion of their nation’s GDP to a prolonged conflict that does not involve them. The European Union would have loved to implement such a program, but their people still have voting rights. Zelensky sold out his people long ago.
(The) Ukraine will attempt to use the program to say they’re no longer corrupt and should be permitted into the EU or even NATO.
So in other words, The Ukraine has not only allowed itself to be the laboratory rat for whatever experiments were going on in those biolabs, and has not only allowed itself to be used as a catspaw for whatever goofy globaloneyist agenda of its Eurogibbering masters in Brussels wanted, but it is now allowing itself to be used as a petri dish to culture the tissue of an artificial intelligence-run "state".
But what if this agenda was part of the plan all along, and only recently has been publicly announced? If so, it would put the whole war between Russia and that country into yet another intriguing interpretive context, one emphasizing again the cultural-civilizationational nature of the conflict, hitherto hinted only by the recent ecclesiastical shenanigans of the Ukrainian Church with the Ecumaniacal Patriarchate of Constantinople. If the goal all along has been to integrate a Ukrainian puppet state into the Grossdeutschestechnoreich of the Eureopean Union, then this artificial intelligence state experiment was probably definitely part of the secret agenda, and may therefore be lurking in the background of Russia's motivations for protecting the Donbass Russians, and reintegrating the Crimea into the Russian Federation.
There is, oddly enough, a curious factor and circumstance that would seem to argue in favor of this view. How many of you remember this story from 2013?
Russia considers going back to typewriters
The move was being pondered after it became clear that the electronic signals in computers (and for that matter, in old electric typewriters) could be monitored and thus communications typed on them could be recreated. Not so for communications typed on real paper on a real analogue typewriter and conveyed by real human messengers to real human leaders who would read the sensitive communication. In other words, Russian security services recognized the vulnerability of digital systems, and the country was pondering a move back to as much analogue information creation and communication as possible. We do not really know how much of this, if any, was ever implemented, but it would not surprise me if at least some of it was. Then, in similar fashion, as The Ukraine was opening the gates of mercantile privilege to western GMO companies like Mon(ster)santo, Russia was taking the opposite tack and putting GMOs under close long-term intergenerational scientific scrutiny, and turning away from GMO seeds. These two odd and seemingly unrelated policy "events" tend to indicate that while Russia would certainly stay abreast of technological developments, it was not prepared either as a state or a civilization to rush into them uncritically, much less endorse them, without some study and analysis, and in the case of typewriters, was willing to contemplate a step backwards in order to maintain its current security. If so, then the conflict between Russia and The Ukraine has civilizational dimensions that run very deep, with Zelensky's pro-western, and therefore pro-technocratic, government at odds with his own country's more traditional (and religious) Orthodox culture, Russia's action might even be interpreted as an attempt to secure its own freedom from such a future. Of course, Russia has all the trappings of technocracy as well, and has openly been pushing digital ID's and so on.
Which puts the conflict with The Ukraine in an even more interesting light, for in that perspective, it's a conflict between two technocratic states, one of which wants to be part of an expansionist globalist West, and the other, which does not. And that's a conflict about fundamental visions and goals: is everything to be amalgamated into one all-encompassing globalist security state, or can real national and sovereignties be preserved by a technocracy? Or to put that point differently, can Russia's experiment to be an independent cultural-technocratic state succeed? Or must all technocracies end in the homogenous swamp of a unitary globalist "state" devoid of cultural uniqueness?
That question means, in all likelihood, that the underlying tensions that led to the Russo-Urkainian war are not going to be resolved any time soon, even should that war "end" in the new year.

A rhetorical question: what is a fork-in-the-road ‘dichotomy culture’?

3. Geographically, the Ukraine is the heartland of Stone Age quantum mechanics, which later cradled the Scythio-Samarian steppe renaissance, that expanded Yahweh-Elohim, into Taoism and Buddhism, in Asia.
4. A ‘dichotomy culture’ is, basically, observing the two brain hemispheres, as ‘reason and logic’ [Yin-Yang] – which is a paradox, that is balanced, in the ‘third eye’, which is the superposition [Tao].

It is not AI that is the threat but Quantum computing.
Quantum computers will have the eventual power to decrypt almost anything from state secrets to Bitcoin. This means all of cryptocurrency will have to be re-examined because of the quantum computing threat.
Tech industry sources refer to the process of “Harvest Now, Decrypt Later” to describe how state intelligence agencies are believed to be saving all of the worlds encrypted data at home and abroad with the expectation of future generations being able to decrypt and access it using Quantum computers.

It was a cheerful spectacle. Nicholas Maduro was literally plucked from his bed in his pajamas during the night of January 2nd to 3rd. The amazing American special forces extracted him from his safe house; a house secured with thick steel doors. All of this happened without the Venezuelan army firing a single shot. No air defense was activated, no fighter jets took off, none of the Russian weapon systems that were supposed to protect the country were put into action. This was, of course, a carefully orchestrated transfer of power to which all parties had agreed in advance. The fireworks did look nice, right after the New Year.
The Venezuelan defense apparatus had clearly received orders to stand down. Just like we saw in Syria, where Assad’s army suddenly evaporated. Just like in Libya, where the defenders of Tripoli simply laid down their weapons.
Analysts and experts will tell you that the CIA has likely been working on this for months to buy, blackmail, or threaten the right people, and that it has worked out perfectly; as if everyone already knew what was going to happen. They will talk about an army that was loyal to the Bolivarian revolution for years and now offered no resistance. The analysis you only hear here is that it’s all part of the big chess game. All players – even those who present themselves as enemies on the world stage – ultimately serve the same agenda. Venezuela simply played a role in the theater of controlled opposition until the moment came to pick up that controlled pawn. That’s how it happens on a small scale and that’s how it happens on a global scale.
Trump triumphantly announced that America will now govern Venezuela until a safe government transition is possible. What government transition? To Maria Machado (you know, the one who advocated for a coup in Venezuela and was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize)? No, she is not suitable (according to Trump’s own words during the press conference) because she does not have enough respect within Venezuela. It doesn’t matter. All government leaders around the world are puppets in the big chess game.
Seemingly, it appears to revolve around the installation of a puppet regime that opens up the oil industry to American companies. Experts and analysts will tell you that this takeover of Venezuela gives Trump control over 50% of the oil industry, allowing him to keep the price of a barrel of oil below $50. It is by now clear to many that the news is full of hoaxes to steer the perception of the masses and push the grand agenda, but there was one hoax that stood out this year: the Charlie Kirk hoax. The Charlie Kirk hoax is hereby awarded the title: Award Winning hoax of 2025! The important question to always ask is, of course: What do they aim to achieve with this? In this case, that goal seems clear. It has launched an international movement aimed at bringing people back to faith, which is necessary for the upcoming messianic role of Donald Trump.
Not for nothing was there that striking moment during the Charlie Kirk memorial service, where the gospel band on stage, just as Donald Trump entered the stage, recited a Bible verse referring to Jesus Christ as the savior. That was the moment when the applause erupted, and that was the subliminal programming that it’s all about. The Charlie Kirk hoax has sparked a massive international religious movement that even expanded the influence of Turning Point USA to Europe.
It’s about reigniting the extinguished traditional Christian faith among young people. Without faith, there is no belief in a messiah, and the launch of that messiah is precisely on the agenda. Additionally, you can see that the security guards are visibly not shocked but storming towards the table behind which Charlie was sitting with a clear mission. By zooming in, you can see a security guard disconnecting the squib. There is likely a connection plug there that connected the tube after Charlie Kirk took his place on stage. This is not speculation. It is clearly visible to anyone who takes the time to watch the video carefully.
Since the so-called murder, various theories have been launched, but all these theories maintain one thing. They all assume that Charlie Kirk was actually shot dead. One theory blames Israel, another theory blames the deep state. But none of them direct you to where you should be looking. The magician and his assistant distract you from where the magic happens. Everything can be discussed, as long as no one says it was a hoax.

The entire alternative media may claim something is a false flag, but never that something is a hoax. That’s how you deal with controlled opposition.

According to the mainstream media, it was Vladimir Putin who initiated an invasion in Ukraine on February 24, 2022. According to alternative media, it was Ukraine that already used cluster bombs in the east of Ukraine in October 2014, after the Western-orchestrated coup that replaced the pro-Russian government with a pro-Western one, and Russia was forced to intervene to protect the (largely Russian-speaking) population in the east. Russia annexed Crimea and sent troops, so Russia is seen as the instigator according to the mainstream media, while the alternative media suggests that Putin may not be a saint, but his actions are understandable given all the false promises from the West and Ukraine’s last-minute withdrawal from a peace deal.
For anyone who can think critically and does not easily succumb to the propaganda methods of the mainstream media, sympathy for the Russian response is most plausible. NATO has increasingly encroached towards Russian borders, disregarding promises, and the Maidan Square coup was so clearly organized by the West that one must be blind to believe Western propaganda. Even the (in quotes) most reliable Euro Commissioner Frans Timmermans appeared extensively on Maidan Square when all this happened.
War reporting also differs when looking at mainstream media versus alternative media. According to mainstream media, Kiev can still win and strikes deep into Russia regularly, while alternative media paints a more realistic picture of Russian troops quickly gaining ground, as the Ukrainian army is unable to replenish its forces; not even with raids on conscripts trying to evade their patriotic duty at the front.
Where it goes wrong is that we are carried away by stories on both sides of the narrative, and those stories are sometimes confirmed by images. Who doesn’t remember the long Russian military convoy that stood at the gates of Kiev, but eventually withdrew? Why didn’t Putin just finish that potential Blitzkrieg? He could have solved the problem in one go! But no, Putin didn’t want to provoke NATO and just wanted to clarify his frustration with the West with a statement. We too easily brush aside such events. This very event has shown that maybe we need to look beyond what is right in front of us.
What I am trying to clarify is that we get carried away by stories. Visual material should support those stories. Footage of bombings where civilian targets are deliberately hit and children are killed. Combat actions filmed with drones. Exploding tanks. Soldiers with colored tape around their arms being arrested. What if both parties are mainly focused on producing images and propaganda, and our perception of the war is entirely shaped by stories and film productions? What if war zones are first emptied out, only to start the film production afterwards?
What was the consequence of the Russian convoy at the gates of Kiev? Millions of people packed their bags and headed towards Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and many other European countries. In Poland, there are over a million Ukrainians; mostly young men of fighting age. If you search on YouTube, you’ll find loads of videos of celebrating Ukrainians, and watching travel videos from Ukraine shows no signs of war violence. Yes, but Ukraine is large and all this happens in the eastern provinces (is the argument). What if it’s all just perception planted in your brain by the maps you see in the media or the maps shown by alternative sources? Have you been there yourself? Oh, you saw the images! Yes, but that’s precisely the point. They are nothing more than images.
And images can be easily created. You don’t need AI for that. It has been possible since D-Day in Normandy, where cigar-smoking cameramen mingled among seemingly very relaxed soldiers. Everything you hear and see are stories and images meant to reinforce those stories. But what if the areas were already emptied out and populations were placed here and there for the images? Drama sells well, and as long as we hear experts confirming the stories and visually reinforced dramatic pieces, it goes down easily.
What are our alternative sources? Scott Ritter, Colonel Douglas MacGregor, Pepe Escobar, war experts, former military personnel, historians, journalists, and professors (and more of those professional talkers) who do nothing but launch stories and fill hours of podcast broadcasts day in and day out. So many deaths have occurred today in this and that region. The Russians have become masters of drone attacks. It’s time to realize that both the mainstream narrative and the narrative sold to you by alternative media serve only one purpose: to keep you believing there is a war going on. You only have the option to choose between different flavors. Flavor A or flavor B. If you are of the gullible kind that swallows everything the mainstream media feeds you, then you choose flavor A.
