It is probably too late for anyone who has had an account on faceplant to avoid this possibly, as there is probably some “fine print” in the EULA which allows them to stretch the limits which were originally stated. We already lost this race a couple decades ago, when privacy laws ceased to have any meaning. In a lawless society, laws are meaningless anyway. EULAs (end user license agreements) are one reason I dropped proprietary software and moved to only using open source – no sinister EULAs. It is also cheaper.
This is also why I never posted any pictures of myself on faceplant or any other online media. (Of course, any pictures of me on anyone’s phone or other device is already compromised, and I am in government databases. Damage done.)
I closed my Zoom account when they changed their EULA policies to allow them unlimited universal use of, and copyright license to, ANY content which was either stored or transmitted across that platform. In essence, it gave them unlimited license to use anything said, done, or stored on any component of their platform, for any use they deemed in their interest. If you were ever a part of ANY Zoom conference, they already own your voice, image, and anything you have shared visually or verbally. I am not sure that applies to content previous to that change, but it certainly does to anything after that change was made. I don’t remember the exact date, but it was at least two or three years ago, as I recall.
This has always been the danger of highly centralized systems of communication. What we really need are completely autonomous, untappable (coded subspace, quantum entangled?), systems of communications using completely autonomous devices which are entirely under our own control. Same with data, search engines, robots, energy generation, and AI.
As long as any systems of essentials or tools are centrally controlled, they can be easily manipulated to control populations. This is especially true in the digital realm, as we learned with the whole ebook corruption and editing debacle, and are now facing with the Deep Fake revolution. The plan proceeds. Glad I am so old and nearly done with this life.
The good news (well, less bad news) is that the geomagnetic field decline and magnetic pole shift may well render electrical systems useless in the next few years. We will be immediately sent back to the world of the early 1800s if that happens (think Carrington event here). The US government has known about this since the late 1940s, and “other elite groups” have known far longer. There is an ongoing regular cycle of global catastrophe going back millions of years. We are due for a big event in the next two decades or so. I believe that one aspect of black projects into things like CERN is to see if they can prevent, control, or at least mitigate, the next solar micro nova. I doubt they can stop the pole shift, which is well underway, and that will be bad enough. We have already begun to see the mental and physical damage from the drop in field strength (witness the increasing amount of sheer craziness and cognitive cliff dive in the last two decades – it ain’t over yet, by a long shot).
Is anyone here getting flashbacks to Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy?? The gang are at The Restaurant at the End of the Universe and at another table is a famous person with his accountant, when the person does not reply to questions his accountant explains – He is dead, for tax purposes…… With this upgrade, he could reply!!!!!!

Joseph, regarding digital media being used to IMPERSONATE someone and to discredit, besmirch and harm their professional reputation, it is not just happening on FB (Meta), but also on YouTube (Google / Alphabet).
Recently, Avi Loeb, the brilliant Harvard astrophysicist who is closely following and writing about Interstellar object / visitor to our Solar System – 3I/ATLAS being a candidate for technological origin, has been impersonated and besmirched on YouTube.

As Avi states “Our perception of reality should be based on verified facts and not AI-generated scripts. In the same way that junk food is bad for the physical health of our body, junk intellectual food is bad for the mental health of our brain”.
Gizars should deeply contemplate who would want to discredit Avi Loeb and for what purpose? Perhaps he is too close to the Truth!

I like that Streamyard has the very convenient 10second back and forward option for videos.
Since Facebook was an intell start up to build profiles obviously the next step is what to do with them, makes since to create false ones for various reasons.
This joins the use of dead actors being used to make money long after they’re dead. What kind of gouls are these people?
To me it shows how far removed from reality and traditional morality these people are that they think this is an actual worthwhile goal and desired achievement. But it’s easy for me to point and stare and be shocked when in reality this is an indictment of our own moral failings.
The state of affairs of the world is more a reflection on our own failure as Christians than anything else. Our basic mission, entrusted to us by our Creator, is to bringing light into the world by clawing our fellow man out of darkness, and our fellow man is terribly LOST. We have failed them and perhaps in the grand tally our sin of failure is greater than the sins they have committed in their ignorance.
