OF LAS VEGAS BIOWEAPONS LABS AND HIGH OCTANE SPECULATION

You might have heard about the sudden seizure and shutdown of an illegal Chinese biolab in Las Vegas a few days ago. That story is the subject of my high octane speculation for the day, but in case you have not heard about that story, here's one version that many of you sent me (and again, i am grateful for all the Gizars out there sending in blog-and-speculation-worthy articles):

The first thing you might notice is that this story not only resembles that story from a couple of years ago of a similar covert laboratory being operated in California, this new incident is directly tied to the California story, as the alleged perpetrator is one and the same individual:

Federal and local authorities are investigating suspected illegal biological laboratories in Las Vegas and California’s Central Valley linked to a Chinese national accused by Congressional investigators of ties to a PRC military-civil fusion enterprise, who spent a decade operating what Canadian courts found was a systematic technology-theft operation from British Columbia before fleeing south with a $330 million fraud judgment against him.

The FBI and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department executed search warrants over the weekend at two residences connected to Jiabei “Jesse” Zhu, a 62-year-old Chinese citizen already under federal indictment for operating an illegal biolab in Reedley, California that contained labeled samples of at least 20 infectious agents including HIV, tuberculosis, and what the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party described as “the deadliest known form of malaria.”

“This can’t keep happening,” Congressman Kevin Kiley said after the Las Vegas raid, calling for immediate hearings on bipartisan legislation he introduced with Representatives Costa and David Valadao. “The illegal bio lab just raided in Las Vegas was operated by the same LLC and Chinese nationals as the one discovered in Reedley.”

In the case of the earlier California seizure, the article surveys what was seized: a trove of biological materials implying a rather comprehensive agenda (whatever that agenda might be, we'll get back to that):

In the Reedley (California) case, investigators discovered nearly 1,000 bioengineered laboratory mice, infectious agents including E. Coli, malaria, various chemicals, medical waste, blood, tissue, serum, body fluid samples, and illegal pregnancy tests, Congressman Jim Costa noted, citing the Select Committee’s review.

Further on one learns that the corporate front operating these laboratories has direct ties to the Communist Chinese People's Liberation Army which, let it be noted, also appears to be undergoing some sort of recent "purge", as Mr Xi has apparently removed several top-ranking Chinese generals, including the only general with real combat experience.  Needless to say, the alternative media is rife with speculation about what these purges might mean, but for the purposes of our own high octane speculation of the day, we merely note this event, and that it may have some sort of connection to the laboratories, and their shutdown by the US federal government.

The corporate front itself appears to be one of many behind which Jiabei Zhu, the owner, operates, for according to Canadian court records (where similar laboratories have been shut down), Zhu has spun a web of networked corporations to conduct his "research", "research" that amounts to little more than sophisticated theft of proprietary western technological advances:

As sole shareholder and director of Vancouver-based International Newtech Development Incorporated since 1994, court testimony established Zhu operated through at least nine entities: four Canadian companies, five Chinese entities, Cayman Islands holding companies, and U.S. subsidiaries. Those U.S. subsidiaries included IND Lifetech (California) Inc., incorporated in 2007 and operated from Fresno—the same California city where federal authorities would discover his illegal biolab fifteen years later.

Now, if this sounds like a familiar pattern, it should, because it's almost exactly the same web and tapestry of corporate cutouts fronting "research" that was erected in the Ukraine, laboratories which the Russians seized, shut down, and quickly determined to be for the purpose of the long term research and production of bioweapons targeting Russians specifically. These laboratories were all built with European and American money and support, leaving little doubt who was behind the projects.

So, pile all of this together, and what do we have? (1) corporate networks being erected to construct (2) "biolaboratories" for "research" (3) directly on or near the territory of a hostile nation (4) which laboratories specialize in a variety of "Low level" contagions (like malaria and e coli) that can quickly spread and, through "gain of function research" (think of the whole covid planscamdemic) can be made much more virulent, contagious, and deadly. And the USA and China have both been caught, red-handed as it were, engaging in it. So what might this have to do with the recent officer purges in China? or for that matter, what might it have to do with the wider geopolitics that is emerging?

We have arrived at our high octane speculation of the day, for the answering the latter question first might shed some light on the former: the geopolitical situation might dimly illumine what is going on in China's purges. The geopolitical situation is this: the bi-polar and unipolar geopolitical world is over. In its place we are witnessing the return of Great Power geopolitics, with the Great Powers responsible for maintaining and policing their own "spheres of interest", their own hegemons. Thus, the USA has, for the past two, if not three, decades, been trying to retrench its manufacturing back into North America, and reassert its dominant influence over regional powers within its hegemon like Brazil and Argentina. China has asserted itself and its power projection into central Asia and the western Pacific basin (think Taiwan). Russia is asserting military power over the Ukraine, in a clear effort to keep Europe and the USA out of a country Russia regards as an existential component of its own hegemon, and so on.

Within that emerging order, research into bioweapons will be even more focused on ethnic-specific contagions and pathogens. In such a world, the Concert of the Great Powers is alive and well, and each regional hegemon will pursue its projects and programs with an eye on its regional hegemonic interest, and with an eye on how to tie down its most powerful potential opponents.

Add to this one more factor: China, like the West, is in cultural, political, and financial trouble, but for very different reasons than the West. And Mr. Xi is a man in a hurry. He, perhaps more than any other leader in the world, needs a clear and decisive "event" to mark and legitimize his regime... hitting Taiwan while releasing an epidemic in the USA might be it; or conversely, preventing an increasingly reckless military leadership from doing so, might be just the ticket. As with all else in the puzzle box that is Communist China, time will tell. But on either interpretation, a biolab in Las Vegas is a perfect spot, for there's a ready supply of people from all over the world to obtain biological materials from, and those people will all fly back to their own countries from one of the busiest international airports in the world... the perfect place to start an epidemic.
