NINE MISSING SCIENTISTS: ALL WITH SPACE CONNECTIONS, ONE TO MCCASLAND
While we're on the subject of the missing US Air Force General William McCasland, you might have run across this story that was shared with us by E.G. about nine missing scientists, all of whom appear to have some sort of connection to defense-related issues, and more than a few to space-related issues, two (and possibly three) of them - excluding General McCasland himself - to UFO-related issues, and one of them directly to McCasland:

Some of the scientists listed in the article we have blogged about before: Dr. Lureiro of MIT, Major General McCasland, and Dr. Grillmair. But consider the strangeness of the rest of the list, and the bizarre circumstances under which they all disappeared: (1) Monica Jacinto Reza worked at Rocketdyne before moving to the Jet Propulsion laboratory as an "aerospace engineer". She disappeared while hiking with friends in the Angeles National Forest in classic "David Paulidies "Missing 411" style. Her body was never found after vanishing on June 22 of last year. Most interestingly she was the co-inventor of "Mondaloy", a "nickel-based super alloy" buuilt to withstand the extreme heat and oxygen-rich environment of rocket engines, and even more interestingly, she "worked closely with Retired Major General William Neil McCasland, who commanded the (Air Force Research Laboratory) from 2011 to 2013 and oversaw the government funding for her alloy program. McCasland disappeared in February."

Next there is Melissa Casias vanished just four days after Monica Reza disappeared. The worked for Los Alamos National Laboratory, which also gives her a tie to General McCasland, who was also connected to the laboratory. Also of note, although not stressed nor mentioned by the article, is that Ms. Casias went missing in Taos county New Mexico. Taos has long been noted for its mysterious "hum" or noise reported as a constant background noise in the area, a noise without any explanation. The next three are perhaps the strangest of them all, and its best to quote the Zero Hedge article directly:
3, 4, 5) Jacob Prichard, Jaymee Prichard, and 1st Lt. Jaime Gustitus all died on October 25, 2025.
Jacob Prichard, 34, was the Acquisition Project Manager in the (Air Force Research Laboratory) Sensors Directorate at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, specializing in technologies for air and space reconnaissance and surveillance.
Jacob’s wife, Jaymee Prichard, 33, was a finance specialist at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Wright-Patterson. The couple had three children.
Gustitus, 25, was a U.S. Air Force Operations Analysis Officer who worked in a top secret capacity at the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson.
Jacob allegedly killed his wife Jaymee and placed her body in the trunk of their car, then drove to Sugarcreek Township, broke into Gustitus’s apartment and fatally shot her around 2 a.m.
He then drove to the West Milton Municipal Building, opened the trunk for police to discover Jaymee’s body, and at around 4:23 a.m., committed suicide by gunshot in the parking lot. The act was reportedly captured on security cameras.
So, another person, Jacob Prichard, worked at the Air Force Research Laboratory in yet another connection to General McCasland, and his specialty was air and space reconnaissance and surveillance. His wife also worked at Wright-Patterson - another well-known UFO connection - and he also allegedly murdered not only his wife, abut an air force lieutenant who worked in some sort of top secret capacity in "human performance", which might indeed have been related in some sort of "cyborg" fashion to air and space reconnaissance. After the murders, Prichard committed suicide. In other words, we can add murder and suicide to the list of strange disappearances, in addition to the murder of Dr. Grillmair.

The final scientist, Jason Thomas, disappeared on Dec 13, 2024, only to be finally found, dead, "in Lake Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield, Massachusetts, on March 17, 2026." The article does not mention whether Mr. Thomas was thought to have accidentally drowned, or if foul play was suspected. In my cursory searches of local reporting of Mr. Thomas' death, no article suggested that foul play was suspected. Mr. Thomas appears to have fallen into a lake before it froze over, and his body was discovered only once the lake had thawed enough to reveal it. However, in context it is a bit suspicious. Mr. Thomas' area of research was apparently in chemoproteomics, a specialized and rarefied field specializing in small molecule chemical reactions among proteins in organisms, allowing for specific genetic and pharmacological targeting.
Nothing to see here. Just a coincidence. Move along... except the article concludes with a statement of congressman Tim Burchett, well-known for his role on the theatrical congressional committees marketing a careful UFO disclosure narrative:
Commenting on the string of deaths and disappearances, Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.) told podcaster Benny Johnson last week that “Something dark is going on.”
“I know these scientists and researchers. They have testified. We’ve got to get to the bottom of it,” he said. “It’s just too much, too much is going on right now—and by the way, I’m not suicidal.”
What does seem clear is that other than Mr. Thomas and Dr. Grillmair, there is a clear connection between the other seven, even if that connection be only second-hand as in the case of Jaymee Prichard and Lieutenant Gustitus, and that connection is the missing General McCasland himself. Something dark is indeed going on...
... I'm just very skeptical that Mr. Burchett, or Congress, will ever get to the bottom of it. And even if they did, would anyone really believe anything they said? After all, it was a lone gunman, with a magic 30.06 bullet, that does not match the rifle, which had a misaligned scope....woops, getting confused there... so very difficult to keep the fedslop in one narrative from blurring over into the fedslop of another narrative... But if we're to believe the standard version of fedslop iin such cases, there's nothing to see here. It's all just a coincidence.
