ALLEGED MEMO SAYS GENERAL MCCASLAND TRYING TO ESCAPE SECRET NETWORK
This next weekend will see the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the United States from Great Britain. The revolution had already begun prior to the Declaration's signing, an act which "made it official" and heralded the beginning of seven long years of warfare that ended with the surrender of Lord Cornwallis to General Washington and the Marquis de Lafayette at Yorktown. Cornwallis' army had been trapped, and after the French fleet under the Admiral Comte deGrasse had driven off a British fleet, Cornwallis' troops were without supply, with no means of escape, and nowhere to run. It is perhaps somewhat ironic that today's story is also about another trapped general, only this time the irony is that the general was American, not British, but like his American forebears, he may have been trying to escape the all-pervasive panopticon and influence of the military power of his day. The irony is that it was not a Hobbesian British leviathan, but an American one.
And the general in question is the recently missing US Air Force General William McCasland, one-time highly placed director of several black projects within America's "breakaway civilization", deeply connected to all manner of secret research. According to this story shared by T.M. (with our gratitude), a recent memorandum has surfaced alleging that shortly before his strange disappearance, the general was trying to escape the clutches of a secretive pentagon network:

Newly released police reports from New Mexico authorities state that retired Major General William Neil McCasland was attempting to step down from several high-level advisory positions at government-connected research laboratories across the US in the lead-up to his February 27 disappearance.
The new clues were released in a Freedom of Information Act request by Sara Bondink, a self-proclaimed historical researcher and author who has been following the McCasland investigation, revealing previously unseen details about the case.
There's more; according to the researcher who uncovered the new information, Sara Bondink, General McCasland was allegedly attempting to resign several sensitive positions over concerns about his mental health:
In the report, Wilkerson told authorities that McCasland was making a desperate attempt to resign from several and possibly all of these secretive projects over fears the 68-year-old was suffering from severe mental decline.
And then, of course, McCasland goes suspiciously missing.
What's new here is not only the claim that McCasland was trying to remove himself from his positions, but also the fact that this is being reported by the UK's Daily Mail. Today's high octane speculation concerns both issues.
With respect to the allegation that General McCasland was trying to remove himself from his positions over concerns about his mental health, I have a great deal of difficulty buying this proposition, for it would require us to believe that no one in any position of responsibility noticed any decay in the general's mental acuity, nor took any action. For the general himself to do so might be a sign of some sudden onset mental issue, but again, the general would have only had to inform his superiors, and some sort of accommodation would doubtless have been made. His positions, after all, affected national security. So something is very "off" about this story, especially since it appears so many months after the general's mysterious, and still unsolved, disappearance. It has the feel of narrative being spun: "oh... the general was going a bit soft in the head, and that's why he wandered off... yep it came on real sudden and we had no idea he was losing it. Nothing to see here; move along." Uh huh... sure. There's another problem to this story. We're supposed to believe that this was learned in response to FOIA requests. I have no doubt that it's true. But again, we are not told (1) the process of reasoning leading to those requests; and (2) what were the specific requests for? In other words, did Ms. Bondink specifically request this particular piece of information, and if so, how did she know to request it? Or conversely, was the information merely shared - planted? - in whatever materials were released in the FOIA request? The Daily Mail article is unclear.
And that, of course, brings us to the Daily Mail article itself. Notice that the headline reads "Shocking memo reveals missing UFO-linked scientist was trying escape a secret Pentagon network before vanishing." Yet, in the article which follows, there is no mention whatsoever of a memorandum, nor even if such a memorandum was what was sought in Ms. Bondink's FOIA request, nor if it was simply included. There's no mention of a memo at all, and thus not of any of its contents. A quick visit to the Bernalillo county sheriff's website produced no such recent information. Another quick visit to Ms. Bondink's X page did not reveal any interviews regarding the memorandum nor any other mention information about the alleged memorandum, nor of any interview that I could tell, though my quick perusal may have overlooked it. So what's going on at the Daily Mail? For one thing, it is a tabloid. Thus somewhere behind all its dodgy diction, there may or may not be a memorandum, an interview, there may be an actual reality. But we'll never know, doe all we get is mere allegation that leads nowhere, with no specific links to butress any of its claims. Here it is worth mentioning all those old allegations and rumors about a connection between it and British intelligence. If those connections be true, then the question is why is that tabloid weighing in with a story that seems to lack - as of this moment - any corroboration elsewhere? Answer: they both want to keep the story alive, and to promote the "mental illness" issue.
So what are we left with? We're left with pretty much the same thing we had before: a missing Air Force general, and a festering national security issue that in the context of a few other mysteriously missing scientists with their own national security entanglements raises a lot of questions. But now we have an as-yet unverified new tidbit: a claim that (1) the general was trying to get out of the programs he was associated with, (2) was doing so on his own responsibility due to declining mental acuity, (3) there is a secretive Pentagon group (duh!), and (4) all of this was covered in "the memo". And that brings me to my final high octane speculation: perhaps (1) is true, and (2) is not. If so, then that provokes the question of why he wanted out, and more importantly, what was preventing him, and if his disappearance was a final desperate attempt on his part to get out, or alternatively, if his was a case of "preventative disappearance" on the part of that alleged "secret network." For the moment, we do not know, but it's still a story to keep an eye on.

In 2015, when I observed a ClA agent, at the headquarters of the secret police, in Oslo, then I immediately knew, that I had become a ‘person of interest’, to the ClA – and – I was thus labelled a potential ‘threat to the Americans’.

This brings up the question of what the general knew and how sensitive the information was that demanded his disappearance.
McCasland was in a cross-fire between those who wanted him to testify about all things UFO Crash Recovery related and those who wanted to keep all that secret and for their own benefit. If McCasland is going to these various groups to resign, are they not going to keep an eye on him so he doesn’t go off like a blabbermouth about their secrets? “So here’s the plan. Let him think he has reason to disappear and when he does it on his own, we grab him and keep him quiet. We can plant a memo, make his disappearance look voluntary, which it was for about 30 minutes. Leave out the part where we track him, fly in a team in an Alien Reproduction Vehicle, one of those spiffy triangular ones, do a snatch and grab, and then take him to an Underground Base or off-world base and feast on crunchy Cheetohs and beer and play sudoku, without any phone or internet privileges.”
Mainly this “memo” suggests McCasland disappeared voluntarily, which is the story you would want to propagate if you kidnapped him. “Don’t look at us! Our hands are clean! He fooled us, disappeared without a trace, on his own. Yeah, that’s the ticket.”
Yes agree! The smoking gun that the deep state can’t cover up or change is the fact that General McCasland left his home without his prescription glasses but took his wallet with him!
This detail could suggest he was abducted and did not leave voluntarily.
The fact his cell phone (which could be tracked, traced and located) was left behind at his home, further suggests that General McCasland was abducted.
