DELAWARE CIRCUIT JUDGE ALLOWS CORPORATIONS TO VOTE
This odd little story was shared by W.G., and it's a story with such huge high octane speculation and implication potential, I just have to blog about it. It seems a town in Delaware (where else?) has been allowing corporations to vote in some local elections, and now a superior court judge has upheld their right to do so (You know... all men and women and...and....uhh...c-c-corporations are created and endowed by...b-by....you know, the Thing..."):
Here is the crux of the decision according to the article:
Delaware Superior Court Judge Craig A. Karsnitz granted the Town of Fenwick Island’s motion to dismiss the case, concluding that the ACLU had failed to demonstrate that the town’s charter violated the Delaware Constitution’s Elections Clause.
The judge grounded his decision in a straightforward reading of state law.
The 20-page ruling opened with a philosophical examination of what it legally means to be a “person,” before moving into the constitutional analysis that ultimately sank the ACLU’s case.
Karsnitz did not sidestep the uncomfortable optics of his own ruling.
He wrote directly in the opinion: “Visions of faceless large corporations or even HAL controlling a small town are frightening and the stuff of science fiction” — yet he determined that existing Delaware law left him no other conclusion to reach.
In other words, the judge's decision turned upon the old bugaboo of corporations being persona ficta in law, legal "persons". And if they are persons, they have the right to vote. From that rather simple premise, all sorts of mischief will now proceed, now that - finally - a case has been brought and a ruling made: one can imagine robots being accorded legal personhood and paying taxes, as per the scenario of Catherine Austin Fitts. Worse yet, one can imagine corporations pressing for some special version of an "electoral college": our corporation employs so many persons and should therefore get such-and-such proportional representation in our vote (or, alternatively, our corporation makes so much money as an overall contribution to the American economy, and should merit some more representation than just one corporation one vote). And if one is tracing the judge's ineluctable logic out with some consistency, then what of the corporate entities that many believe and have argued governments to be? Will Fedgov be able to vote too? And will it call upon "proportional representation" too?
And what about packing the voter roles? Why, just build more robots!
All of this, of course, is made possible by that legal sleight of hand that creates a legal "person" out of those several persons engaged in a common purpose and will of a common nature, a classic if very disguised version of the confusion of person and nature; it's that "in whom all have sinned" in the Latin version of the last phrase of Romans 5:12, from which a whole host of problems has ensued (not the least of which was making St. Augustine say something he never said! But that's another story for another day.) And once one can make a legal person out of such a construct, there is no limit as to how many one may create. What is never challenged is the underlying metaphysical "logic" itself.
Small wonder that so many Americans have difficulty saying what a man or a woman is, because our metaphysical confusion - thank you eighteenth century Deism - is so deep and so fundamental that we think John, Helen, James, Susan, and Pfizer are all persons...
See you on the flip side...

Maybe corporations can’t vote for the first 18 years of existence and have to be liquidated in bankruptcy and assets distributed to the bond and shareholders at the end of human life expectancy.
Many corporations and wealthy business leaders already donate large amounts of money to political parties and election candidates. That has gone on for decades! The political parties and candidates must declare any donations received. Money talks!

There was a political furore here in the UK when Elon Musk was considering donating a large amount to Reform UK.
I should add that one of the most persistent funders of the main political parties both here in the UK and in America are supporters and friends of Israel.

A mud monster galore!
1. The USA itself is a ‘corporate personhood’, a ‘superstructure’, that George Washington attributes, to the Grand Architect [the pope], in a Freemasonic letter, dated August 10th 1782.

2. The Freemasonic lodge is a Golem, created, in 1717, by the fleeing Jesuits, as a safe house, for persecuted Jesuit agents, accused of having committed genocide, during the European wars of religion.
3. It follows, that the Jesuit-controlled Freemasonry is a secret agent, of the Vatican, a revival of the Praetorian Guard, that, prior, had been dismembered, by Constantine, in 312 AD.

4. Technically, the Roman Empire is a Golem, a corporate personhood, created, by the Julio-Claudian dynasty, by crossing the Rubicon, in 49 BC, which was a coup d’état, against the republic.
5. Originally, the Roman senate was a council, a witenagemot of equal say, at a clan gathering, that, when overthrown, by the Julio-Claudian dynasty, becomes a corporate personhood, a Golem empire.
6. The symbolic ‘scales of law’, that prior had provided balance, between the Reason-Logic [Yahweh-Elohim], became suppressed, and the word ‘Yahweh’ was banned, from spoken language.
7. A millennium earlier, an ideological conflict had arisen – between the proto-Scythian Ten Tribes, and the Kingdom of Juda – when Samuel introduced the corporate personhood, as a hereditary dynasty.
8. A century later, Elijah reintroduced the ‘scales of law’ [Yahweh-Elohim], i.e. the ‘quantum mechanical jurisprudence’ – which is the anti-imperial response, against the Golem, of corporate personhood.
A session, by the Supreme Court, is de facto a Freemasonic lodge meeting – and – therefore the Vatican agents depend, on ‘Yahweh-Elohim’ being falsely translated, as ‘Lordy thy God’.
It is interesting that the word person is derived from the Latin word persona, which means mask. So now we have a judge who has taken the idea that corporations are people to reduce absurdity. How long will it be before real people are pests that they should be eliminated
This will just lead to more and more corporations being formed in order to ‘stack’ the deck for all sorts of business interests in future elections. Hopefully the rest of the states can see the utter folly and pass legislation against this sort of tomfoolery.
A Golem is a legal mud man, with voting rights, and, as a tarred Freemason, he is just another brick, in the wall of Babel.
