E-mail Support Discontinued

Just finalizing this announcement. For the first two weeks the web site was in existence, we did support via e-mail, since we were in the development stage. Since the support feature was been added, we phased out e-mail support completely - that's now just over a year ago. As of yesterday, we discontinued all support via e-mail (meaning we don't even respond). For any web site issues, the support ticket system has a year of excellent results behind it. Feel free to avail yourself of it. Please be advised, Dr. Farrell is not responsible for support and can probably answer questions about all things esoteric, recondite, and abstruse - but if it's about the web site not doing something it's supposed to, you're better off availing yourself of the support mechanism we have in place.
