Billing Update Today: Some of the new monthly memberships since December and a couple of annual memberships from last year had an incorrect flag set, and haven't billed since you originally signed up. We rectified that today, so if you see a charge on your statement, that's why. We're not back-billing the difference. Accept it with our compliments. Cheers!

If you feel you've been charged renewal too early and paid already, please get the original charge info from your statement and fill out a support ticket.

If your membership was canceled, it's probably for an invalid or expired card. You can go to Members > Become a Member and upgrade at any time with a valid card.
