Enforcing Strong Passwords

Some of you are using weak passwords. When you log in, you'll be asked to create a stronger one. 12 characters minimum, using a combination of upper case, lower case, numbers, and symbols. You can use the one it suggests for you, or make your own. But you'll still need to remember your new password if you are affected by this. Your old one will no longer work.
