HEAT WAVES AND HAARP

My email inbox was so stuffed this past week that it was very difficult to decide what to blog about. Indeed, I've already done one blog this week on two different articles submitted by two different people, because I thought those articles might have been related.

Today is the same: we have two different articles submitted by two different people that might be related, and in my "high octane speculation methodology" I am going to assume that they are.

Firstly, we have the following article submitted by S.D. about a NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) recently issued by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA):

Is HAARP Firing Up? FAA Issues Warning About "Electromagnetic Radiation"

There's a lot going on here, but note especially the following:

A longstanding topic of great speculation among curious minds is HAARP, a controversial Alaska-based research facility that studies the outermost layer of Earth's atmosphere: the ionosphere.

HAARP (short for High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) has been at the center of wild speculation that its high-power radio frequency transmitter facility can control the weather. Though those claims have yet to be confirmed, conspiracy theorists say otherwise.

Before we go further, let's stop right there and note a few things. The basic patents for HAARP were taken out by Bernard Eastland in the 1980s, and many think that it was a component of President Reagan's Strategic Defensive Initiative (SDI), or as it was more popularly known, "Star Wars". When those patents are actually read, two things are mentioned as possible applications for such a large ionospheric heater: missile defense, and weather modification. There's no if's, and's, or but's about it. (One can read these patents in Dr. Nick Begich's and Jean Manning's book, Angels Don't Play this HAARP).

With that in mind, now consider this:

HAARP has fallen out of the news cycle in recent years for inactivity, but there's reason to believe that it's being fired back up for "scientific research."

A notice to airmen (known as a NOTAM) was issued by the Federal Aviation Administration on June 17 with the beginning date of June 21 through June 25.

The NOTAM places "temporary flight restrictions" around Gulkana, Alaska, where the HAARP facility is located. It reads that planes are restricted from flying in the Gulkana airspace due to "electromagnetic radiation for scientific research."

FDC 1/6022 ZAN AK..AIRSPACE GULKANA, AK..TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS WI AN AREA DEFINED AS 2.5NM RADIUS OF 622333N1450902W (GKN007016.6) SFC-FL250 FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION FR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137 (A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT. TRANSIT THRU THE AIRSPACE MAY BE AUTH BY HAARP COMMAND CENTER, TEL 907-822-5497 OR FREQ 123.3. ANCHORAGE /ZAN/ ARTCC TEL 907-269-1103 IS THE FAA CDN FACILITY. DLY 0400-1730 2106210400-2106251730.

So there you have it: the FAA has placed a restriction on the airspace around Gakona, Alaska, the actual home of HAARP, indicating that there will be unusual electromagnetic radiation in the area. (While we're at it, let's recall those bird deaths I mentioned earlier this week: might this have something to do with them? Given the strange behaviour of birds attacking 5G towers, I wouldn't rule it out, but time will tell.)

Now consider the following article submitted by K.M.:

'Life-threatening' heat wave begins in the Northwest

Now note that the Gakona-HAARP Notice to Airmen was issued on June 17th, and the heat wave alert article is updated for  June 27. According to that article, a record heat wave is expected to hit the American northwest:

A historic and "life-threatening" heat wave is underway across the Pacific Northwest, the likes of which -- in terms of high temperatures and duration -- has never been experienced before in that part of the country. AccuWeather forecasters are calling for record-shattering heat to linger through early week, not only making life miserable for a part of the country where air conditioning is not prevalent but also posing a significant health risk to millions.

Consecutive days of high temperatures well into the triple digits are forecast throughout parts of Oregon and Washington, which includes the Interstate 5 corridor. Both Portland, Oregon, which could see the mercury crack the 110-degree-Fahrenheit mark, and Seattle, which is expected to top 100, will see temperatures soar 30 to 40 degrees above normal. Points farther inland are likely to have temperatures balloon to above 115.

Average highs in June can be anywhere from the 70s in eastern Washington and Oregon to the 80s in western areas and into Idaho.

The dangerous heat is forecast to peak through Monday as high pressure settles in and enables temperatures to climb to new heights. (Boldface emphasis added)

To this is appended the following picture, showing the area of high pressure in the northwest, and the corresponding area of low pressure over the central plains region of the country:

So how might this tie in to HAARP?

Very easily: HAARP is an ionospheric heater. That is to say, its phased antennae arrays are designed so load energy into the ionosphere, and can do so quite literally with pinpoint accuracy. Loading massive amounts of energy in such a fashion can raise the ionosphere, creating regions of low pressure, which in turn can lower it elsewhere, creating regions of high pressure, with corresponding shifts in the jet stream, all of which is visible on Accuweather's map.  (Think of the Chinese flooding of last year and this year in connection with this.)

So in my opinion, we're looking at weather modification here.

The question is, why would anyone want to bake the northwest, or inundate the lower plains?

This is a case of "you tell me", but for my part, I suspect we're looking at yet more evidence of a covert war taking place. The question is, against whom? And yes, I do think that Chinese defector story might be related to all this...

See you on the slip side...

Nature loves a vacuum, i.e. low atmospheric pressure. Since weather is defined as the uneven heating of the earth by the sun, adding a wild card like HAARP, can throw it for a loop. Cooling on the flipside in the growing season can destroy crops.
We heard explosions yesterday in an otherwise sunny blue sky day in our remote neighborhood. It reminded me of listening to the distant target practice on the nearby military reservation as I was growing up. No lightning here. No rumble and echo. More like explosions of heat from energy positioned by HAARP or one of it’s comrades to change the weather. Col Tom Bearden is the best authority on this.

I lived in Fairbanks when senator ted Stevens lobbied for a project to “harness the power of the northern lights”. So began haarp. One sunny day, a mountain crashed into his airplane (GCI private plane with a former NASA head on board). DARPA testified in the senate to senator Lisa murkowski that they were pleased as punch by the results. He stated they were going to implementation but recommended that a medium of of aerosolized metals be established. The same metals that are currently patented and sprayed by the ton by the geoengineers, aluminum, barium and strontium. HAARP was given back to university of Alaska Fairbanks. It became a classified military project . HAARP is the grandaddy of weather control. Please check out geoengineeringwatch.org to expose the climate coverup.

I see reports of many deaths due to heat which left me wondering if that is the real cause. Perhaps one goal is to blame heat for a large number of deaths when in fact there is another cause. I’ll let you all guess the cause they want to divert attention from…

  5. FiatLux on June 30, 2021 at 8:52 pm

Between this and the wildfires in recent years, it looks like somebody is really interested in the West Coast, for some reason. Does somebody, such as Mr. Globaloney or China, want to lower the price of real estate there? It certainly could be a strike against U.S. in a covert war. (Isn’t Baal G’s headquarters in the Pacific NW??) I agree with those who have mentioned the agricultural angle: California, for example, is a gigantic agricultural producer for the U.S.

Since climate change is the next hysteria the media’s going to push now that they’ve milked the scamdemic and Orange Man for all they were worth, this will surely be used to push the climate narrative. It’s a good excuse to justify permanent water rationing via smart meter…

    • Waterbug on July 1, 2021 at 5:53 am

Of course weather wars are on the agenda. Over on the East Coast, Mid-Chesapeake region steam rises from the water early morning with the ambient temperature cooler than the warm water.

Doc, you are spot on once again concerning “pin point accuracy”. Quote: “That is to say, its phased antennae arrays are designed so load energy into the ionosphere, and can do so quite literally with pinpoint accuracy.”

Normally, my electric blanket used to warm the bed before retiring comes off mid April. I just took it off 2 days ago and switched the thermostat to cool first time today.

Has anyone noticed Deagel.com revised their website around 2 months ago? The depopulation numbers are no longer published. There was a lot of chatter on Reddit concerning it and still posted there. https://www.reddit.com/search/?q=deagel.com

        One that was posted read:
“Remember the eerie (intelligence connected) Deagel website which predicted a massive drop in
the US population down to 100 million by 2025? The COVID target vaccination rate is 70%.
30% of the US population is almost exactly 100 million.”

OK, maybe I’m missing something. When I go to deagel.com (on Chrome, incognito) it says that it’s a military equipment company. Which seems more than a little odd/alarming.

    • MQ on July 1, 2021 at 6:58 pm

There was also data that from 1937-1941 there were very hot summer highs in the area (110+).
But the HAARP facility running a little before then is an interesting coincidence. Are there any outside records that go over HAARP activity dates and/or what frequencies were blasted out and durations? I don’t want to get into any “correlation is causation” traps.

  8. Jon on June 30, 2021 at 8:18 pm

As soon as I saw the NOTAM article, I had exactly the same thought.

Since the Pac NW is a hotbed of Global Warming alarmists, I am sure that one aspect of this heatwave attack is to (literally) fire them up to fever pitch to drown out the mountain of scientific evidence churning out daily proving that warming climate “science” is pretty much a hoax and a con game. There are rumors of “climate lockdowns” coming next, and CalUnicornia (thank you, OG) has already started telling electric car owners which stations on which routes they are “allowed” to use to charge their vehicles.

The lockdowns and “emergency powers” ploys were just tests to tune and refine the bigger attacks on freedom coming next. Just when most people relax and think things are “back to normal,” they will hit us with even more draconian dictates. We are being warned here in Oregon that rolling blackouts like CalUnicorina’s are on the way for us.

I also think that it is suspicious that the 70% vaxxed for “herd immunity” pseudoscience stat is strangely coincidental with certain parties’ claims that the U.S. population will be cut by 70% by 2025.

Here in Ore-dumb, our great gauleiter, Mao-C Brown (C for CCP), has just released us from her emergency powers lockdown, with some exceptions and conditions (as outlined from her new dictate signed last week in Beijing-on-the-Willamette).

Despite the haircut and glasses, Hetty Lange she ain’t.

Ore-gone is almost the last state to drop the phony mask and social distance nonsense, and had become something of a laughing stock due to our state government’s behavior. And were also treated to the announcement by their CEO, that Nike, a mega-corp once identified very closely with Oregon, is a company “of China and for China.” The invasion is apparently already well underway and will not be televised.

(Interesting also that the “6 foot” social distance thing was not only a product of CIA prison population research, it is also the resolution of cell towers’ ability to locate specific cell phones. Just a coincidence, I’m sure.)

    I sure miss Tom McCall . . . .

  9. marcos toledo on June 30, 2021 at 7:59 pm

Just another toy for our sadistic elites to use on us their plan slow and painful torture of us while they’re culling us. I wonder how much the state alchemists are being paid for this job. They have to keep the global warming meme alive meanwhile China is preparing for what really coming a mini ice age.

    • PaulieK on June 30, 2021 at 10:16 pm

Dane Wigington of Geo Engineering Watch has been reporting on global climate engineering for years. If I remember correctly, he said we haven’t had normal – that is, natural – weather for decades. Here’s a link from his site regarding HAARP, if you’re interested:
      https://www.geoengineeringwatch.org/category/haarp-2/

  10. Kay on June 30, 2021 at 7:52 pm

If this heat wave is actually caused by HAARP, the most realistic reason for it is to scream CLIMATE CHANGE even louder. Maybe change the minds of the climate skeptics and to convince the climate change believers even more. The excess heat will also have an adverse affect on crops, animals, and perhaps the water supply. But the most important result will be the justification of more tyrannical laws and restrictions in the name of climate change.
These would be tyrants have already exposed their intent and justifications for it. Now their just ramping things up a bit.

Yeh, It was a little bit toasty Monday in Portland. My truck temp read 119 F at about 2 p.m. Ran outside to harvest some more cherries at about 6 pm and they were quite literally cooked on the trees. Does seem like geoengineering may have been a factor.

  12. eliot on June 30, 2021 at 4:17 pm

“I believe this is yet more evidence of a covert war taking place…”
I strongly suspect that you are correct; however, I believe the conflict is occurring between the controlling financiers (money changers) and the populace (naive, credulous, brain washed masses). One irony is that our tax dollars paid for these weather modifying weapons.

  13. KSW on June 30, 2021 at 4:12 pm

This may also, in part, be planned to further kill off fertile food production land, or perhaps just a happy by-product this year. Some of the largest herb growers and herbal supplement producers in the US are in Washington and Oregon states.

I was doing a monthly order last week for my business and bought 3-12LB jars of honey and was an hour away from the order cut-off time; so I checked the retail site and saw the price had jumped $5 from earlier that day so I added another 12LB jar. I had 4 tabs opened to different suppliers and it was tough going back and forth – not only for the best price, but primarily because so many items were OOS (out of stock).

Concerned about the stability of gold, silver, stocks and cryptos and the like? I realized that the most valuable “Liquid Asset” that will either be stable in price going forward (or escalate in value) is food and related items. Purchased and prepared correctly, some items can last decades or some indefinitely.

  15. Richard on June 30, 2021 at 2:15 pm

It’s even been suggested that that HAARP phenomenon has become mobile and not just an Alaskan venture. One needs surveillance capability to do justice to that claim. It seems it has fallen short for now. The person was granted a form fitted ‘tin-foil-hat’ and has gone silent as the nuts-n-bolts were not allowed a showcase of display. Drat! Foiled again! And, then there are the methods and modalities of discovery. At least they’re ongoing.

Of particular interest are those slow-moving undulations of the jet stream and where they tend to almost park themselves before getting acted upon by an external force that seem out of character. Unfortunately, the science and understanding behind their monitoring is relatively new with respects to global weather monitoring yet hurriedly moving forward with improved gizmos and gadgets and, especially, algorithmically aided super modelling techniques. Makes one wonder whether the modeling is simply predictive in nature based on observed past input or might there be a mode that accounts for inventive modeling, you know, that modification application to see what happens. There still is, after all, a lot of happenstance associated with several weather channels (at least the ones the masses are allowed to view). Just think of what and where that energy for weather formation must come from if there is or are other sources to heat or cool (by blocking Solar heat absorption or shifting volcanic emissions of ash and sulfur, for instance). Extreme ground and air burst detonations could slightly shift a tectonic plate boundary. Given the size and scope of such malleable crustal shifts there could easily be catastrophic outcome not yet monitored only speculated by fiction orientations. Bummer! That means all of our backyards in the US are included on the North American Plate, too. They didn’t mention anything about Post Glacial Rebound, either, but they’re probably going to have to include it in that presumptive modeling sequence next time around.

Global heat sinks (presumably weather related), gaping sink holes appearing, and sinking buildings. Someone mentioned that earthquakes can turn what seems as solid dirt into quicksand with enough energy applied to ground vibrations.

  17. Cassandane on June 30, 2021 at 11:57 am

My home weather station registered 103 on Friday, 107 on Saturday, 113 on Sunday, and 119 on Monday. We’re a bit further inland from where the official temperatures are taken. Humidity has been between 30 and 70 percent for the past six days, so going outside was like stepping into a sauna. I had that experience in Houston when I went there for a wedding a number of years ago, and concluded that, without air conditioning, Texas was uninhabitable.

I’ve lived in several western US states over the past 40 years, and noticed, during that comparatively short time frame, that there appears to be roughly 10 years between weather extremes.

For instance, 12 years ago, Seattle also experienced a heat wave with temperatures in the 100s. My husband and I just happened to be spending a week at the beach during it, but arrived home to catch the tail end. It was 113 at our house the day we got home.

In addition, while I lived in Salt Lake City, the Great Salt Lake was at one of its low points when some moron decided to rebuild Saltaire, a sort of resort/casino, that had been flooded and destroyed some time in the 50s. Naturally, the new building (which had cost in the millions) was built in the same spot and was flooded again when the lake level inevitably rose – right on schedule for those paying attention.

Actually, I was hoping to see what Dr Farrell would make of this heat wave. I’d been watching a huge zone of high pressure off the northwest coast on Ben Davidson’s wind maps (suspicious0bservers.org). It had been stationary for about a week before I realized it was so big and stable it had seriously impacted the Jet Stream. Now that I think about it, high pressure cells must set up off the northwest coast fairly frequently. Typically, a northward loop in the Jet Stream produces mild weather in the Pacific Northwest while places east of the Rockies, where it loops southward, get hammered with snow and cold. During last Autumn and Winter, I thought this was a lucky happenstance, but it might have its downside.

I had doubted reports that HAARP had been de-activated. It didn’t seem likely that such an expensive and useful weapon would just be abandoned…unless something more efficient had been developed, of which I had not heard.

The Globalist’s military arm is getting hot[pretending to be an act of God].
    To today’s blog/post.

[serendipity/reading Dale Brown’s, Artic Storm Rising.]
Doesn’t look like high octane speculation that those two stories are joined at the Globalist’s Hip.
“Has never been experienced” in nature; but as far as manmade?
    It’s being done all the time;
especially in experimenting on the holi poli lab rats.
    Instead of the meme. Remember the Alamo;
    how about, remember Katrina?

It’s to do more than both:
Bake the Northwest; Inundate the Lower Plains.
    Food supplies of both regions.
Remember this is enemy/globalist action; against the Nation States.
[and the leaders are, for the most part, on globalist puppet strings.]
Fortunately, they’re some States[Florida, South Dakota, TX, and more]
that are publicly drawing lines against Globalist draconian policies.
Are the jabs[vaxx] to enforce the Hive[Borg]?

Is the Chinese defector coordinating enemy action w/the Globalists?
    Is Xi, against the Globalists;
as he has his own aspirations the be the tip of the global power pyramid.

According to Dr. Herbert Carlson, the experimental mission of HAARP/Montauk is to “perturb space” as it relates to the sun, and see just how much they can affect it/this.
Any weather control would thus merely be happy and coincidental serendipitous side effects. And also, countries et al. could buy individual local weather on specific dates, such as weekends or holidays, thus all paying handsomely for the experiments/ warfare.
And then there’s the MC aspects:

And what is not mentioned is the thunderstorms happening days on end in the southwest. I have a daughter in Las Cruces and I have spent a lot of time there in all seasons of the year. This time now is the hottest and driest time, usually. But they are having at least a week of rain and daytime temps in the seventies and
eighties. Unheard of. Yes, they can always use rain in the desert, but this is unheard of.
This has to be weather manipulation. I wish I was there to see the desert bloom.

“but this is unheard of. This has to be weather manipulation” NOT
I do not speak for the Northwest USA but I’ve lived in the New Mexico desert for over 45 years.
The typical pattern is very hot dry conditions, including a few triple digit days, into early July
when the rains come and the heat breaks. We are no strangers to drought and flash floods.

      about our selves.

  21. ragiza on June 30, 2021 at 9:39 am

Property values scam on a really large scale? Instead of riots and crime being instigated to lower property prices in a part of a city, then buying the area up at low prices, do it regionally with weather? Why not?
Big money has been moving into farmland acquisition. A problem with trying to figure out what’s going on in a possible operation is that not only do you not know what the intentions are, but whether the conspirators are at all competent in their plans and operations. They don’t pay any price for failure.

  22. Foglamp on June 30, 2021 at 5:24 am

The question I have is why would someone/thing want to bake the northwest in the middle of a severe and worsening drought when they could instead, presumably, have modified the “weather” to bring welcome rain instead?
Unfortunately “depopulation” is a much-used word by some analysts of the scamdemic. I hope and pray that “holodomor” and “wildfire” do not also rise in use because it certainly looks and feels as though they both might also be on someone/thing’s agenda 🙁

    • Peter on June 30, 2021 at 8:55 am

Do you really think “time will tell”? Over a half century of covert CIA war is plenty of time to tell. The answer is probably NO, time will never tell. They control the weather for god’s sake. And employ AI in their alphabet. We’re effed in no time, at best we’re out of time, and if time will tell, it will certainly be too late for US.

    • FiatLux on June 30, 2021 at 8:37 pm

Reasons for baking the NW when it’s already in a drought… Maybe it takes less energy/effort to exacerbate an existing weather phenomenon than to create one from scratch? Making an already bad situation worse is also a great way to traumatize people. We’ve certainly been seeing the “traumatize them, give them a little hope, then hit them hard again while they’re still down” strategy playing out around the world since the beginning of the scamdemic.
