GEOPOLITICS AND THE BIOLABS THEORY
The biggest story this last week has naturally been The Ukraine, and you may be wondering why I've filed this story under the GMO scrapbook. It's because the subject has turned to "why" did Mr. Putin pick the present moment to invade? There has already been, for example, some nasty geopolitical fallout, the first for the USSA, and the second for Russia (possibly). As for the USSA side of the equation, former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has called on the USSA to "quit being ambiguous" and commit openly and unabashedly to the commitment to defend Taiwan. It's an interesting plea, because Japan has already done so some time ago, but Japan is not (yet) strong enough to undertake that commitment all by itself. But again, I suspect the few competent people left in Swampington can read Abe's implied message very clearly: "either you do it or we're going to have to rearm and take matters into our own hands."
On the USSA side of the equation, that country along with Germany has pledged arms shipments to The Ukraine, and the message is once again clear: "you do the fighting for us, and hopefully we can escalate the situation and embroil Russia in a stalemate and ongoing conflict." That, anyway, is my best guess of the moment. India, China, Iran and a number of other nations have quietly voiced their support for Russia, but make no mistake, the longer Russia takes, the weaker its position becomes, and the more Mr. Xi likes it. Oh, and by the way, Mr. Globaloney also appears to be prepping the next narrative via his poodle Mr. Brandonenko, namely, that internet outages, hacked bank accounts and stolen money, and power outages, are going to be due to Russian cyber warfare (see Biden regime claims Russia is about to unleash cyberattack against power plants, banks and water treatment facilities).
Then of course there's the little-known and remembered ecclesiastical situation, when the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople - or as I like to call it, the Ecumaniacal Patriarchate, due to its OINO [Orthodox In Name Only] and neo-papal attitudes in the past few decades, not to mention its financial ties to the Vatican and some Clowns In America - granted autocephaly (self-governing status) to an element of the Ukrainian Church, a move roundly denounced by most of the rest of the Orthodox world, making the conflict really an Orthodox versus Orthodox contest of the two largest bodies within Eastern Orthodoxy, a goal that is also condign to the thinking and objectives of Mr. Globaloney.
Amidst all of this there is now a story making the rounds on the internet that Russia is quietly targeting various "hidden" and (not-so) secret biological warfare laboratories that the USSA located to the Ukraine. The rumors include the claim that one of the "projects" being worked on included aerosolized rabies that would virtually devastate the entire human population. Whether that aspect of the story is true or not I do not know. But the biolabs theory, while wild, does make a certain amount of sense, since a similar story attended the Russian invasion of south Ossetia a few years ago.

According to US government documents, the US has multiple biolabs in Ukraine. In typical Pentagon fashion, these biolabs are marketed as “defense.“
Russia has been warning the US for months to stop operating dangerous biolabs on their doorstep. Mainstream media won’t touch the topic now, but they did cover the news in the past.
Four months ago, Russia and China asked the UN for the US to be “checked and limited” in biological capabilities.
Russia and China blamed the US for the Covid-19 outbreak and were fearful that the US had more bioweapons to be unleashed on the world.
How does this relate to Ukraine?
Putin has admitted he is engaged in a “special military operation” to demilitarize Ukraine. Mainstream analysts fail to understand the possible scope of this statement.
There is another rumor - again as of now unsubstantiated as far as I can tell - that these laboratories were operated in part by EcoHealth Alliance, which is allegedly connected to Anthony Fauci (for more on this aspect of the story, see

So the biolabs story is a minefield of rumor, speculation, and like all such stories, there much room for misinformation. But the main story, that the USSA and The Ukraine were operating biological warfare laboratories, and that the Russian invasion appears to have deliberately conducted operations in the areas containing them, and that the USSA has attempted to scrub the evidence, appears to be true. Let's also remember The Ukraine also was a deliberate target, and was eventually accepting of, GMOs. There are stories out there on the internet right now of scientists trying to combine "vaccines" with GMO foods, and perhaps this type of research was being conducted in these laboratories.
Color me "oh so surprised"... NOT, because I truly believe the political leadership class of the West is by and large insane, corrupt, and evil, and that they're basically capable of anything...

Yes Dr.Farrell it is quite possible that very bad viruses have been aerosolized. But generally if viruses are used in warfare—opponents would be infected with a dual purpose bioweapon that weakens rather than kills. The other side would use for an antidote in this order:
1. Monoclonal antibodies
2. Repurposed drugs—
3. Vaccines.

As for China. China has stockpiled 60% of the world’s fertilizer and enough food to feed the population for 1.5 years. Sounds to me like they’re ready. I heard this listening to John Robb author of Brave New War who studies the intersection of new technologies and societal changes as well as war strategies. On Twitter he writes:

Not to add a flashpoint to your “high octane speculations” but one agrees with former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in matters global in that “commitment” of position is paramount. There is that seen with President (Col) Putin (the Russian Bear) as well as President (voice of Paddington Bear) Volodymyr Zelenskyy – the more favoured of the three bears on the Eurasian Continent. In some ways, they’re all demonstrating formidable claws despite their jaws in oratory.

Laboratories and their respective leaks, chemical labs with their explosions & spills, and, of course, those [jets] with their carry-on cargoes, all play a small role in the greater rolling-film photo-op. Very busy handheld screens.
In the meantime, there are those arguing what the meaning of (is) is. Again!
Teams of various judiciaries and their assignee’s have even more to babble about while others refuse to . . . ‘walk the western road of constitutionalism, separation of powers, or judicial independence.’. . because they do not have to, and it now shows vividly. They can see clearly some of the lies for themselves and the waffling of constitutional legalese to evade wrongdoing. It’s amazing how so-oo-oo many are well connected to the legal system, too, and their deep pockets.
Tip of the iceberg and then some most of this stuff. The Others watching might as well take a seat or even call a meeting. However, the mode of communication will likely come as a shocker even if that primeval-shock-reaction is well managed. One would hypothesize that it is something most (if not all) upright-simian types, with active synaptic activities, will likely get through well enough. Each has the capacity to exceed their birthright. One might suggest behaving-for-the-better no matter who – you won’t get into so-oo-oo much trouble during a one-on-one ethereal/corporeal accounting.

it is probably true that the DoD efforts went into securing the UKR labs to prevent proliferation. then overtime, business opportunities arose.
It would be interesting to know who (?NIH/CDC) funded any third parties who could have ‘cooperatively’ provided expertise and supplies to UKR, a la Wuhan. or what about any other entities who may have cooperated with the UKR labs, like mid east countries for example. who knows, I do NOT have any expertise in this area.

Demilitarization was and still is part of that Minsk Protocol or agreements that both Russia and The Ukraine agreed to back in 2014 & 2015 after that Crimea business. They seem to have become deadlocked because of hard headed Ukrainian and Russian up bringing. * petrol prices rising a real sign of hyper inflation

* rising mortgage rates as a result of hyper inflation
If you ask me, we are witnessing a setup in which both Russian President Putin, Ukrainian President Zelensky and Western leaders jointly take the lead. Target? Crashing the European and American economies and heralding the end of dollar and NATO hegemony in order to accelerate the achievement of the goals of The Great Reset. This will be accompanied by civil war and chaos and from that chaos one can restore the desired order: Build Back Better, global communism according to the Chinese model.

Things have taken a farcical turn here in the UK. Yesterday – Sunday February 27). When asked on BBC TV’s Sunday Morning programme if she would support individuals from Britain going over to Ukraine to help in the fight, our Foreign Secretary – Ms. Liz Truss said: “I do support that, and of course that is something that people can make their own decisions about.”
“The people of Ukraine are fighting for freedom and democracy not just for Ukraine, but for whole of Europe because that’s what President Putin is challenging.”
Her comments were quickly and roundly criticized by Conservative MP and chair of the UK Parliament Defence committee Tobias Ellwood, who tweeted: “We say no to tasking the Nato alliance – but now endorse UK civilians, with no military training, to go and fight in Ukraine!”
“Please do not go if you have no combat experience. You may get yourself and others who have to look after you, killed.”
Also the UK Defence Secretary waded in and said on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme: “If you want to be a fighter, first of all please comply with Foreign Office advice because it is dangerous and secondly be trained, have experience.”
So quite a push back since yesterday’s gung ho!
Surely the UK Foreign Secretary should first of all ask Nato to support Ukraine rather than UK ordinary civilians!
