Intelligent Plasma Hypotheses posed by many others (of course) including, Trevor James Constable (living UFOs), Wilhelm Reich (OR, orgone energy), gnostics, etc. Big Library Hypothesis seems to refer to the Akashic Record. Brave attempt to describe and challenge dogma of science religion, as demonstrated by the book Introduction.
Given so, I was stunned by the last paragraph in the excerpt from the link. “Moreover, it is not so illogical to suggest that if such plasma balls are also able to increase in dimensions (this is often reported from pertinent casuistry) generating the effect of increasing the number of active particles, it might happen that, exactly like in the brain and according to the simple Penrose formula E = h / t , the number of consciousness moments increases as well until a human-like intelligence is reached or even more than that.”
Gee?? Could there be even more than a human-like intelligence???? What if the increase in number of active particles is inversely related to increase in a human-like intelligence? How does he define “human-like intelligence”? I got a little caught up in the dogma at that point. Bark bark.
I was always saying that plasma is primary state of matter while others ( solid, gas, liquid, information) are just its components.

It is worth reading these Executive Summarizes on the MoD study of UAP in the UK Air Defence Region. Clear reference and comment for follow up research is made to plasmas and their covert novel miliary applications.

Jospeh, I think you have finally lighted the fuse with the mention of the Intelligent Plasma Hypothesis.
Presumably, Dr Teodorani has conducted on the ground research to support the hypothesis at leading sites such as:
– at the Skinwalker Ranch in Utah.
– in the UK counties of Wilthshire and Hampshire (balls of light, EMF buzzing and electrostatic, and amazing crop circles – geometric designs – not all made by human forgers with ropes, rakes and planks of wood) and East Yorkshire (balls of light, portals, UAPs, and big cats / massive wolves which walk upright on their hind legs).
– Solomon Islands in the South Pacific (UAPs, USOs, balls of light, giants).
Was Dr Teodorani involved with the recent US$22 million advanced aerospace AAWSAP research project conducted by the US DoD and Pentagon at the Skinwalker Ranch in Utah? I would have thought his knowledge would have been absolutely essential to success and gaining a disruptive leap in technology, space flight and human consciousness.

I would say ‘everything’ is conscious at different levels!! Since the tiny slit of the electromagnetic spectrum that we inhabit, is SO small, who knows what might be in the rest of the spectrum?!

Which, when you really examine it – is quite delicious irony.

Why the article basically calls the CDC a criminal enterprise along w/Pfizer.

The War in The Ukraine is just the tip of the rentier spear. From this “captured territory”; weapons, personnel, and other assets – will be targeting the Belt & Road Initiatives, and other Eurasian nation states.
Two opposite economic systems are at war: 1/East) industrial capitalism; 2) financial capitalism = 1) is better overall, for the citizens; 2/West) is “just us”, better for the 1% oligarchies.[IMO].
