Apropos of today's main blog, there's this story about Kanye West, courtesy of V.T.:

Maybe Kanye will start using cash... why trust the large banks?

Dr. Joesph P. Farrell and Kanye West. An unexpected pairing of two men on a mission to expose financial corruptness. I love how kooky the 2020s are!

    Stay unplugged; read by candlelight.
Go low-tech; Pray the Jesus Prayer.
    Resist the bluetooth Cave shadows,
    Climb out of the hole…

    Couldn’t access article.
Tried several means; just ended up going to other articles on same subject.
Looks like the Chinese social credit system has already been in action.
East by way of West, in other words.

Where did the social credit system really germinate?
And; is the algorithm, the real culprit?
Does it really matter; as that genie is out of the bottle?

Hell, it has even morphed into the corporate world: ESG,
      environmental, social and governance standards.
Businesses must be evaluated based on racial and gender composition
of their staff, their carbon footprint, the size of their buildings, how committed
they are to fighting climate change, and a bunch of other social justice memes.

After 2008-2009, my attorney told me to stop banking with the big corporate banks. I promptly closed my accounts and opened up at a credit union. Many of the credit unions have cooperative banking (they “branch” one another in essence), and they all offer credit cards and all the other regular services you’d expect from any bank. I’ve been extremely satisfied with the service, their fraud alert system and customer service. I’m a much more satisfied customer than I was before and they even alert me to changes or potential changes in regulations that might affect me.

The culling of clients is more charge, and less service.

Predator capitalism goes overboard, in an attempt to draw the line.

Its an interesting business model, falling out of a skyscraper.

I’m told, that Babel towers have a long drop.
