An unusual (and unhappy) anniversary today, and two VERY different and odd stories to talk about, after a storm update from Joseph. He's today's articles, courtesy of KM and EE:
Internet and cell outages in Northwest Alaska, North Slope caused by offshore fiber optic cut

To add support to your theory about the “sub”, here is another article on the sub – ject.

As usual with almost any important nefarious event the real facts, and the Truth of the matter always seems to become obscured in the news cycle. Thanks for covering some important points while at the same time cutting through the fog of endless speculations.
Here’s an interesting speculation about the sub:

Better to take out the warmongering insane leadership than millions of the populations.
An eye for an eye and Infrastructure for infrastructure.
The West should stop trying to start WWIII?
As I understand it; sanity is a rarified entitlement, in Western higher-policy circles.
Is the Olympic tragedy & swindle, still reverberating through time & space?
I think so.
Though the players may have changed; their morals have not.
As for the first story Joseph, could your state be being used to test weather weapons for the second story could any of the two wealthy men have a contract out on them a submarine (accident) could be a nice cover for an assassination just a thought.
June 22 was also the start date of Operation Bagration, by Soviet Russia, in 1944. From Wikipedia: …a military campaign fought between 22 June and 19 August 1944 in Soviet Byelorussia in the Eastern Front of World War II,[17] just over two weeks after the start of Operation Overlord in the west, causing Nazi Germany to have to fight on two major fronts at the same time. The Soviet Union destroyed 28 of 34 divisions of Army Group Centre and completely shattered the German front line.[18] It was the biggest defeat in German military history, with around 450,000 German casualties,[19] while 300,000 other German soldiers were cut off in the Courland Pocket.—-It looks to me, if the Titan disaster was Russia, they were after Dawood. Read about his connections to King Charles of the UK and consider the money they must have access to, with the trusts and foundations. Daily Mail had an article that listed it all, blew my mind. Also I remember a blogger once stated that Pakistan’s biggest export was terrorists. I think the gloves are off, Dr. Farrell.
I thought that the “truck fire” that destroyed a criticaal bridge on the East Coast was also suspicious. That incident severly impacted freight movement on that coast, and will for some time.
That sub company also looks a bit sketchy from what I have seen so far (which may also be part of the cover story). I know that there are much safer subs available for really deep dives for civilians.
We are at or very near solar maximum right now for this cycle. You can keep up with that at Suspicious Observers.
