    Here in the UK we have had “Continuity of Government” arrangements in place since the 1930’s and the Leader of the Opposition receives a salary for his role. There are also Shadow Ministers of State.

    This means that there is an alternative government in waiting, hence the term ‘loyal opposition’. Historically, opposition MPs were an alternative government that the Monarch could look to if the government were failing.
    In the past, if a motion of no confidence passed in the House of Commons, the Opposition could have been asked to attempt to form a government by the King or Queen if a General Election was not appropriate, though the Fixed-Term Parliament Act has changed this. Instead now, a political party in Government and power just changes its Prime Minister (without giving the electorate a vote in a General Election) when it no longer likes them – such as Theresa May, Boris Johnson and Liz Truss.

    A sham of a democracy!

    Continuity of Government.
    Is much like it’s Frankenstein cousin, a substantial equivalence of government.
    A GMO governance instrument in an alchemical form. A Chimera, in other words.
    It was spawn in another alchemical and Black Magick Ritual: 9/11.
    Then they blew the dust of “The PATRIOT ACT; passed it, without reading the heavy tomb;
    and The Declaration of Independence screamed out from her fresh new PATRIOT grave,
    where “we the people”, became the enemy. Writ worldwide.

    The Deep Fake of Hillary, is much better than the “real thing”.
    Yes, “thing”.
    Now, all they need to do is change her “mindset”; so the thing becomes human,
    as she was: “Once Upon A Time”.
