COVERT CHINESE BIOLAB IN NUTTYFORNIA
Just when you thought the news coming out of Nuttyfornia could not possibly be any stranger or more bizarre than Cackling Kamala, Gavin Gruesome, or Senator Notsofinestine having to be told how to vote, this this story about the discovery of a Chinese biolab in a Nuttyfornia city that many of you spotted and sent:
The story itself is clear enough, and I cite most of the article, because it's essential to today's high octane speculation:
Why would a bio-lab run by a shady Chinese company be operating in Reedley, CA in the central San Joaquin Valley?
What was supposed to be an empty building used only for storage was home to a black-market type of lab testing facility.
YourCentralValley.com reports that the discovery was made after a local code enforcement officer noticed this garden hose poking out a back wall of the building.
Public Health staff also observed blood, tissue and other bodily fluid samples and serums; and THOUSANDS of vials of unlabeled fluids and suspected biological material.
Additionally they found 900 genetically engineered mice, engineered to catch and carry COVID-19, living in “inhumane” conditions.
773 of the mice had to be euthanized, and officials found another 178 mice already dead.
“This is an unusual situation. I’ve been in government for 25 years. I’ve never seen anything like this,” said Reedley City Manager Nicole Zieba.
Even county health officials were left in shock.
“I’ve never seen this in my 26-year career with the County of Fresno,” said Assistant Director of the Fresno County Department of Public Health Joe Prado.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention tested the substances and detected at least 20 potentially infectious agents, including coronavirus, HIV, hepatitis and herpes, according to a Health and Human Services letter dated June 6.
Agents also found thousands of package boxes - many with shipping labels from China. Below is a photo included in court documents in California.

THIS WAS A LUCKY FIND.
The lab was discovered by Reedley, CA city code enforcement officers when they saw a garden hose attached to the building and investigated.
This investigation into this illegal Chinese bio-agent lab must be handled at the highest levels of US law enforcement to determine a comprehensive plan to protect U.S. national security.
And therewith the story.
What springs immediately to the mind of anyone really paying close attention to this story is how dramatically and drastically the Nuttyfornia authorities botched this: if illegal activity was suspected at this facility (as it clearly was) then why was the place not put under surveillance to see who came and went? Clearly, someone with expertise was involved in maintaining the facility and running the experiments, yet no effort appears to have been made to find out who these were. Surveilling them would have perhaps unravelled a whole chain of connections of such facilities and the cells that ran them.
This was, in other words, a badly botched opportunity, or as the article puts it, a "lucky find". The "lucky find" idea raises yet another possibility, namely, that the facility was "found" just in time, before whatever use was planned for the mice was able to be fulfilled, and that in turn implies that someone "on the inside" tipped local authorities off... remember that Chinese counter-intelligence defector? Are we looking at one possible fruit of his defection? Perhaps so. Thus, perhaps there was "luck" involved, for perhaps a deadly and dangerous deliberate release of another pathogen was forestalled.
But my high octane speculation of the day doesn't concern botched opportunities or lucky finds.
It concerns rather the question of why? What is going on here? Why would China incur the risk of running biowarfare labs inside this country? is China not capable of contriving bioweapons in China itself, and then, if necessary, transporting them covertly for use and deployment elsewhere?
And the answer is, of course China has that capability. Does it have the will to do so? Or is this lab merely the production of some rogue group within China? So again, What is going on here?
My high octane speculation answer is that we're looking at something that, yes, is a project of the Chinese government itself. How many such laboratories there might be scattered across the broad landscape of this country is anyone's guess, but I sincerely doubt that the facility in Nuttyfornia is a one-off (unless China has teamed up with The Wild Wild West's villainous Dr. Miguelito Loveless to take over that state). So again, the question remains What is going on here?
My answer is that this is a response, rather than a provocation. It is a response, perhaps, to the USSA having been caught red-handed having sponsored "biolabs" in The Ukraine that were clearly conducting biowarfare research aimed against Russia, under American sponsorship. The Russian Ministry of Defense, it will be recalled, has released many reports on what their forces encountered in the early days of the Special Military Operation, an operation you'll also recall, that had Russian forces curiously entering precisely those territories in which there were laboratories, and then withdrawing, suggesting the high possibility that they were a deliberate target of those early operations, in addition to the publicly stated objectives of defending Russians in the Donbass and Lugansk oblasts.
In other words, it looks very much to me that my warning that I began to give out way back during interviews with the late George Ann Hughes on her The Byte Show, that two can play the covert operations game, has come to pass. America may be dropping drones all over the Middle East, or sponsoring biowarfare labs on the soil of its proxy in The Ukraine, or having that proxy drop drones in Moscow. but it now appears that Russia's erstwhile ally, China, is willing to play tit-for-tat. The biggest problem with such a view is, of course, China itself, which would appear to much prefer an orderly world devoid of such covert operations, in which China can invest and make money. But then again, when The Exceptional Nation and the Shining City on a Hill insists on its Rules-Based International Order, it should not be surprised if countries like Russia or China start playing by the same rules. We'll know, of course, if drones suddenly start dropping on der Hochklaus von Blohschwab Freiherr von Bomburst und Bloviation and his lackeys at Davos, or maybe, as Mr. Medvedev has warned, while Victoria & Co. are in their own homes. It's not as if they weren't warned.

Sorry friends, this one has a lingering aroma and it isn’t formaldahyde. When I sent to the news sources, at first I thought I might be reading a Jon Rappoport satire.
OK, we know we should reject the shoddy journalism as probably planted. “Additionally they found 900 genetically engineered mice, engineered to catch and carry COVID-19, living in ‘inhumane’ conditions.” How do we know that they were “ . . . engineered to catch and carry COVID-19”?? What a joke!
Occam’s razor suggests that a lab manufacturing COVID swabs n’ swag fell on hard times because the soap opera series “COVID” is on hiatus and hasn’t been renewed . . . yet. So they liquidated and the current CEO of Prestige picked up the distressed assets and found a low-rent spot to try to resuscitate the business, while dodging permits, blah, blah, blah. Boo hoo, they caught him. Extra boo hoo for the poor mice.
My bet is that this guy got help in moving the materials and setting up. I’ll further speculate his helpers are hidden behind a spider web of LLCs and phantom orgs.
So, I’m more in 1pookadahooka’s camp on this. Does this go against Michael UK’s and Richard’s assessment of infiltration? Of course not. A clever agency will facilitate the infiltration and might even make money from it. Then at the opportune moment, they can either snuff it out, or in this case, out it and publicize it to 1) amplify the Chinese bogeyman meme and 2) condition the public for the next planscamdemic roll-out.
Further, this speculation doesn’t negate the possibility of malicious covert ops NOT known by our agencies. It’s more than a 3-ring circus, folks.

“Fao-Xi To Nee has nothing to do with it”. I wouldn’t be surprised if something of this nature exists in each state. They are there because our government wants them to be there. The fact that this particular one was reported is because they wanted it to be reported. My guess is another crisis is in the works and 1) blame is being placed ahead of time 2) a scare closer to home has to be orchestrated to get people to comply with another round of tyranny. I can imagine what would happen if engineered and contaminated franken-critters were released into crowded urban areas. A rumor would be enough to influence behavior in the not so free range 2 legged lab critters.
The real reason is, that economical growth in Asia will trigger rebellious secession in America, and therefore scare tactics are being used, in an attempt to discourage disloyal dissidence, that otherwise would bolsters breakup of union, because grass i greener beyond the Bering Strait.
