QUANTUM PHASE TRANSITIONS OBSERVED
Now you may be scratching your head, wondering if I've finally lost it completely, by posting a blog about Quantum Phase Transitions and their (very recent) observations under the "Cosmic War'" tab. Well, bear with me, as we take a long walk around Harvey's Barn and this article shared (with our gratitude) by K.M.:
Physicists Observe ‘Unobservable’ Quantum Phase Transition
This rather breathtaking article concerns the phenomenon of entanglement and non-locality, plus that of the lattice-work of space-time that we have often discussed on this website, both in blogs and in vidchats. The breathtaking aspect of this new article may be said to rest on the following paragraphs and their implications:
When two particles become entangled, which can happen when they collide, their fates become linked. Measure the orientation of one particle, for instance, and you may learn that its entangled partner (if and when it is measured) points in the opposite direction, no matter its location. Thus, a measurement in Beijing could appear to instantly affect an experiment in Brooklyn, apparently violating Einstein’s edict that no influence can travel faster than light.
Einstein disliked the reach of entanglement (which he would later refer to as “spooky”) and criticized the then-nascent theory of quantum mechanics as necessarily incomplete. Schrödinger in turn defended the theory, which he had helped pioneer. But he sympathized with Einstein’s distaste for entanglement. He conceded that the way it seemingly allowed one experimenter to “steer” an otherwise inaccessible experiment was “rather discomforting.”
Physicists have since largely shed that discomfort. They now understand what Einstein, and perhaps Schrödinger himself, had overlooked — that entanglement has no remote influence. It has no power to bring about a specific outcome at a distance; it can distribute only the knowledge of that outcome. Entanglement experiments, such as those that won the 2022 Nobel Prize, have now grown routine.
Over the last few years, a flurry of theoretical and experimental research has uncovered a strange new face of the phenomenon — one that shows itself not in pairs, but in constellations of particles. Entanglement naturally spreads through a group of particles, establishing an intricate web of contingencies. But if you measure the particles frequently enough, destroying entanglement in the process, you can stop the web from forming. In 2018, three groups of theorists showed that these two states — web or no web — are reminiscent of familiar states of matter such as liquid and solid. But instead of marking a transition between different structures of matter, the shift between web and no web indicates a change in the structure of information.
“This is a phase transition in information,” said Brian Skinner of Ohio State University, one of the physicists who first identified the phenomenon. “It’s where the properties in information — how information is shared between things — undergo a very abrupt change.” (Itacized and boldface information added)
Now, to regular readers here, or attendees at our vidchats or readers of my books will attest, this "group entanglement" effect we've discussed before, as well as its implication that this effect is also a lattice-work - a kind of topological tessellation - of information, and that this in turn means that space-time and information are in turn strongly analogous to crystals.
This is where it gets very interesting (at least for me but I suspect for many of you as well). As the article points out, there is a very fine balance - a threshold or boundary condition - where the web or lattice work of information and entanglement breaks down. Take too many measurements, and that lattice work collapses. The article uses the analogy of a chain link fence, with the intersections of the links at nodal points representing particles, and the links themselves their interconnections. Measurements are thus analogous to taking a large wire cutter and snipping the links at the modes. Snip enough, and the latticework itself - the fence - collapses.
Or to put this point very differently and much more provocatively: there is a threshold of measurement beyond which the phenomenon of entanglement and non-locality break down, and the lattice work of space-time of a particular system of entanglement itself collapses, and that threshold is reached by some number of measurements exceeding the quantity - whatever that may be - that represents that threshold. (And note, that threshold may vary covariantly or contra-variantly with the system and the number of nodes in it, and with when an initial observation is made within the developing lattice of entanglements, i.e., closer to the beginning of the process, or nearer the end of it, or at any point in between. ) Mandela effect proponents take note, because all of this seems directly to corroborate my speculation - advanced in many vidchats and not a few blogs and even a book - that a group observer can have an effect on the macroverse.
One can, in other words, take a certain number of measurements, but so long as those measurements do not collapse the fence, there will still be enough nodes and links to allow the entanglement to spread.
So now let's speculate wildly. Apply that notion of a threshold of entanglement collapse - we'll call it the Quantum of Entanglement Phase Transition Collapse - to the cosmic level: is there, in other words, a universal such constant? Perhaps, but here we're dealing with a system that has already allowed entanglement to occur, and thus, the entire system may have advanced via entropy to a state that no such cosmic phase transition measurement can ever be done, and thus paradoxically, the system does not collapse. (And for cosmological anthropological principle folks, this has massive and obvious implications, because if you're really paying attention, this means that the universal nihilism path is actually impossible, and hence, ultimately irrational, since if that were an original intention, there would be no thing to entangle!).
But here comes the curve ball, that's not to prevent someone, or a group of someones, with suggestively large spatial and temporal extent, from trying the "collapse" or "nihilism" path, in order to collapse all entanglement (or as much of it as possible) and reduce the universe to a perfectly predictable, self-contained, isolated bubble unconnected and unrelated to anyone or anything else. With that, the idea of the intention of the measurers and the implications of that intention on the system that is the object of it, now enters the picture... We now are no longer even in the realm of observer effect or group observer effect; we're now also in the realm of will and intention.
One final note, you can dress it up in any language you may wish, that of theology, or philosophy, or of physics.... but it's the Same Old Story... but I suspect the trip around Harvey's Quantum Mechanical Barn was necessary to highlight the importance and essential truthfulness of that Same Old Story...

I wonder if all these cases are examples of entanglement?
In one’s view, this upright simian type takes with him that sometimes troublesome [observer effect] no matter the intent or goal or question to be answered (if it can). Variants and variables seem to ebb and flow because what seems to be seems in motion where one observes that which IS with the sensory apparatuses still working.
The crystal portion of consideration seems to allow for some predictable outcome due to its construction. Its intended use probably has many variations depending on where, what, how, when constructed. The who and why, . . well, . . likely depends on those capable of doing so. One would guess that experience in constructing those crystals-for-purpose comes with the territory, so to speak, as they’re not all the same. Position alone has many variables to account for. One of those situations that makes the brain hurt with the needed permutations toward success of intent or goal. The lexicon needs much work to satisfy the user of it for accuracy. The arbitrary use of a lexicon is after all lengthy, linear, and often imprecise while changing sensory observations.
A spoken tongue, language, is a living lattice structure, and dictionaries are pale graveyards of static observer effects, in the realm of golden calves.
Uttered vibration, on the tip of the tongue, is harmonised with breath and feeling, in the bardic realm, where song, speech and poetry are one and the same.
The bard clarifies the world, drives out wayward, and invokes bygone spirit, by harmonies, in musical lattice structure, which is the fabric of reality.
A moot point is a gathering, an intersection, between logic and reason (Elohim-Yahweh), held, at solstices and equinoxes.
Oh, what an entangled web we weave; when first we practice to deceive with intent.
Shakespeare did not weave that quote; it was Sir Walter Scott’s historical novel approach.
One wonders how that quote became so entangled; as if it was information shaped,
by an unknown je ne sais quoi artist – whose serendipity, is present and accounted for,
when one simply intends to search for it.
Deception can only occur, when objects cast shadow on a wall, and when the reflection, or lack of reflection, is mistaken for its source.
It is the turnaround – in itself – away from the shadow, to face the source of light, that is the essential message of the Scythian Christianity.
It is a deprogramming tool, to remedy those “lost children”, who have fallen prey to golden calves, and have become slaves to a Stockholm syndrome.
The allegory of Plato’s closet is a cul-de-sac, that naturally occurs, between breaking the sixth and seventh seals.
Reminds me of a hypothesis I have about light entanglement of space/time. Supposed you had two equal sized stars with equal masses tightly orbiting each other. Say it took ten days for their light to reach each other. Say each star had immortal sentient beings with space stations over the poles of each. Say the stars were slowly expanding away from each other. The beings over each star were constantly monitoring each others stars non-stop as they drifted away second by second. Say eventually the stars drifted a hundred light years apart but the occupants over each star never stopped monitoring the other star over the half billion years it took for these stars to travel this distance. Would they really be seeing the other star as it was a hundred years in the past or in real time? How could they lose a hundred years of observation when they never for a millisecond stopped monitoring each other? Once light from multiple sources collides could time between those different light sources become entangled from that point on?
The firmament, as a sown field, is very old idea, and it defines the celestial agrarian, mirroring above, as below, which makes grassroots an earthly lattice structure.
The wind, that sweeps, over the swaying grass of prairie – as a lattice structure – is an image of the spirit, that breathes upon creation, and brings man to life.
In such an epistemology, the sun, at its highest peak, becomes the auspicious moment in high heaven, an anchoring point, where incarnation begins and ends.
The symphony, of man, who follows and changes his stars (tungols), is the music of the spheres.
Dear InfiniteRUS: Maybe if they had not been constantly monitoring (measuring) each others stars, they would not have become disentangled and drifted away???
Hello Poronkusema. The visual was about showing how just because something may be hundreds of light years away, we may not be seeing the light from the star a hundred years in the past as is currently thought. We may still be seeing it in real time and the the observers never taking their eyes off each other just demonstrates that even though they are now light years apart they still are in time with each other as they were when their light first collided when they were much closer. Time may be entangled. Time I suspect, isn’t a real physical dimension but just a mental tool used for calculating energy and relative changing position based upon recorded observations and trends.
1. Sure, Odin is cracking jokes, in the lattice structure, which is butterflies making tornadoes, and turning firecrackers into a 4th of July, which is utterly ecstatic, while being fully aware, and awake, during the alchemical operation of directed intent.
2. The lattice structure is multilateral in nature, and it has two features, that (1) allows observation of a position, from all angels, simultaneously, and (2) allows expansion from a position, into all directions, simultaneously.
3. This is the total mind-blow of breaking the seventh seal, which is the very point, when a man becomes a dragon, a Pendragon, and by breaking the sixth and seventh seals, renders heart and brain idle, which allows spirit to roam free.
4. The three first seals build the ego, physically, emotionally and mentally, whilst the fourth seal is the full bloom of the ego, and then the three remaining seals break the ego down, physically, emotionally and mentally.
5. This is the fruit loop philosophy of the sundial, where heaven, as the “eight seal” marks beginning and end, in becoming a child again, when closing the olam cycle, which is the original re-ligare (i.e. religion).
6. It is called Bodhisattva, when sticking around, after closing the Karma cycle, and whilst being outside that wheel, is actually mounting it, in the centre, which is called Samadhi, placing Odin’s eye in the well of light, exiting Plato’s cave.
7. Narcissus smiles to the world, that smiles back at him, which is his Echo, and when he, as a bard, projects his soul, into the folk soul, same occurs, in the overflowing crossover, when his ego drowns in transcendence, that liberates the spirit.
