SOUTH DAKOTA’S ANTI- CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCY BILL

If you're following the development of pushback in the individual American states against the lunatic plans of Mr. Globalooney for central bank digital currencies, or for that matter, if you've been following the several American states initiating state bullion depositories and passing bullion-as-money laws, then you'll want to pay very close attention to what just happened in my home state of South Dakota, and to what was just signed into law by its Governor, Mrs. Kristi Noem (this article courtesy of W.G.):

Now, as bills go, it is similar in nature to such bills we have seen working their way through other state legislatures.  There is, however, something in this bill that really caught my attention, and it's a harbinger of "more to come", and suggests something that I strongly suspect is also in the works, and being privately and very secretly coordinated between them:

Yesterday (Feb 23, 2024, Ed.), South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem signed two bills into law to reject a central bank digital currency (CBDC), removing it from the definition of money in the state and banning the state from accepting it as payment.

Rep. Mike Stevens and a bipartisan coalition of cosponsors introduced House Bill 1163 (HB1163) and House Bill 1161 (HB1161). HB1163 expressly excludes a CBDC from the definition of money in South Dakota, and HB1161 prohibits state agencies from accepting CBDC as a form of payment.

DEFINING MONEY

Under the South Dakota Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), “money” means “a medium of exchange currently authorized or adopted by a domestic or foreign government. The term includes a monetary unit of account established by an intergovernmental organization or by agreement between two or more countries.”

HB1163 adds “The term is not intended and cannot be construed to create or adopt a central bank digital currency” to that definition.

The House previously approved the measure by a 44-21 vote. Last week, the Senate concurred with a vote of 27-6.

Similar legislation excluding CBDC from the definition of money has already been signed as law in Indiana and Florida. (Emphasis added

You'll have guessed what really grabbed my attention because I have italicized it: The term "money" for the purposes of the South Dakota bill "includes a monetary unit of account established by an intergovernmental organization or by agreement between two or more countries." This is exactly the move I have been predicting would happen for some time if the bullion-depository and currency laws of various states were to have any teeth. Units of account are used by banks that deal in large amounts of discrete and different currencies on a regular basis. In short, it is a mechanism for convenient international financial clearing. For a state to make such units of account and to recognize them as legitimate money in the context of banning such recognition to a central bank digital currency means nothing less than that the way is now clear, for South Dakota, under its own law, to enter into such agreements on the value and definition of a unit of account with other states, like Texas.

In other words, South Dakota and its governor have taken a huge step, for such units of account can be used, for example, to settle accounts between those states for South Dakota's sending of its national guard to Texas to assist Texas in management of the border crisis... and on and on we could go.

So what's my prediction? watch for other states to quickly adopt such measures, particularly in those states establishing bullion depositories and ending taxes on bullion. In other words, now watch for states to agree on the fixation of amounts of silver and gold bullion and specie in regional compacts for use as units of account.

In short, folks, you're watching, in real time, the establishment of a whole new financial system...

... and you'll note that Swampington DC is not being invited to the discussion...

... See you on the flip side...

    “secretly coordinated” States?

    “a new financial system”?

Rumors have it that DJT has been presented a strategy and plans to begin issuing debt free money

If the US does this then nothing can stop it leading the world out of the Babylonian Magic Trap into a new era of peace and prosperity

Russian military power will keep everyone in check

Thus a natural Russo-American Alliance would be the foundation of the New Earth, no China or BRICS required

(And maybe it’s just me, but there is something fishy about those BRICS…)

Yes, quite right. A Russo-American alliance is the most natural thing, with a Bering Strait land bridge, as the great wonder of the world.

Yes, BRICS is like Europe, a “coat of many colours”, that Dolly Parton sings about. It’s a mixed kettle of fish, and a flappy fish market.

The fix point is the centre of the compass, which is the man himself, and around him everything orbits.

      Jack Sparrow got it right.

      FALLEN SAMARIA ROSE IN CRIMEA

      When Assyrian eagle of transgression,
      moved against trenched position,
      Isaacs and brass band
      made last stand,
      in new musical composition.

Melody had never been heard before,
as God’s angel on dance floor,
      and she swept plain
      like falling rain,
in sword of fire, guarding door.

Such was Melody’s song of freedom,
      breaking chains of thralldom,
      that music was heard

Do the Powers That Be want to discard all their liabilities/debts onto the public… ?
By any means necessary; even if it means having, a “temporary” bonafide financial system?
Will “they” then use any means necessary; including WW111, to destroy said financial system?

When black magicians run away, from bad karma, then it is their imperative, to stay one step ahead of the returning boomerang.

Feeding someone else to the Moloch, that is snapping at their heels, is their escape plan, by sucking energy from a Ponzi scheme.

Traditionally, the alchemy of powwow, as the gathering of logic and reason, is the means, to keep black magicians at bay.

A pack of hungry wolves dare not approach the fire.

Fancy talk in legalese as an [agreement] made between clients as a means of exchange for goods, services, and future exchanges where applicable. Taking out loopholes for quick swindles from swindlers does seem a good idea. Something that digitization needs to do when plugged into the network of things.
One thing likely is the Fed is watching where the bullion lands as it doesn’t bounce well. Especially, those routes of transfer and the goods & services active parties are engaged in.
There’s no perpetual motion or free energy anywhere there to be had. Gets some – take some – have some. The sky remains the limit. An awkward contradiction.
Better local where the rubber hits the pavement than spooky wireless afar. They’ll, no doubt, see what happens once it is implemented.

Prostration never was my strength. Rebel yell, from roof tops, burning Rome, was.

      SIEGFRIED & FLORADORA

Pope did not want Siegfried to marry,
and sent Jesuit spies in a hurry,
      budding romance to quell
      with Siegfried in hell,
so dragon would cause no worry.

      Breathless became fiery tongue dragon,
      suffering pyrotechnic exhaustion,
      when Floradora barmaiden
      made mixture of gin,
      into a highly flammable solution.

Siegfried drank his moonshine at home,
      sky walking over starlight dome,
      and Floradora’s great catch
      found a fiery match,
and thus they burned down Rome.

A so-called cashless society will make creative accounting and cooking the books so much easier at least with paper or metal money your identity is secret as for criminals the smart ones can always keep their identity secret.

Catholicism, through the backdoor, is about burning at the stake, which – in sci-fi – is an Ori crusade, or, contemporarily, a NATO expansion.

An imperial digital currency is a means, for the Vatican, to finance any war, anywhere, because a digital gambling casino owns all the chips.

A forced Catholic conversion, by digital means, is an absolute imperative, a boot print on the face, which is far beyond divide and conquer.

Natural state: You have stuff. We have stuff. Let’s trade.

It defines money as basically a treaty, between state actors, based on register of commodity, which is fair trade.

It means, that the power of definition never leaves the powwow, and, as long as the powwow exists, so does the unit of account.

A powwow is defined, as a permanent truce negotiation, between state actors, which, in Old Norse, is known as a “Þing”.

It is basically BRICS, by another name, and a Þing is defined by runes, which is trias politica.

BTW, the discussion, between republic vs. empire, was decided by Elijah, when assuming, that his school of thoughts has survived, and is contained in the runes, which is the present hypothesis.

Further extrapolation is, that Odin’s two brothers balance the scales, as logic and reason, which correlates with Elohim and Yahweh, as the balancing principle, that decides the unit of account.

      • anakephalaiosis on March 8, 2024 at 1:10 pm

BTW, the Helsinki Treaty (1962), between the Nordic countries, is an example of a treaty, that doesn’t work as intended, because of political loopholes, and corrupt kings, who are double agents for international finance.

The countermeasure, that presently is being implemented in Scandinavia, is to use Elijah’s school of thoughts – the runes – as the qualifying criterion on the head of state, which is a dethroning proposition.

This doesn’t exclude individuals and businesses from exchanging CBDC’S, it doesn’t seem… will have to look into it…

Both South Dakota and Texas are big sources of gas and oil, also. More power to them!

There are two bills HB 1161, and HB 1163. The most important one is HB 1163. The text of 1163 only includes three references to central Bank Digital currency. it states that central bank digital currency is not adopted and is not considered money. This is done in the statute known as the Uniform Commercial Code. This means that anyone who is operating under the Uniform Commercial Code in the state of South Dakota, cannot use Central Bank digital currency in transactions. It is amazing that so much could be accomplished with so little text.

It would be difficult to overstate how important this article is. South Dakota has made a decision that will be heard around the world.
