FLASH: DoD “RELEASES” EISENHOWER BRIEFING DOCUMENT?
This just in courtesy of Mr. T.W., a regular here: Red Ice Creations, the website of Mr. Henrik Palmgren, is reporting in an article authored by the well-known researcher Nick redfern, that the US Department of Defense apparently released the well-known Majestic/MAJIC-12 "Eisenhower Briefing Document" as a part of a larger FOIA document release. and then go to page 449 of the PDF, voila! There is the Eisenhower Briefing Document, with a big handwritten-scrawl across the title page stating "This cannot be authenticated as an official DoD document. DoD FOIA Office."
Oh really!? As readers of my book Roswell and the Reich will recall, researcher Stanton Friedman makes a very plausible and well-argued case that it is authentic, and researcher Dr. Kevin Randle a very persuasive case that it isn't. So what's going on here!?
Scenario One: the document is authentic, but is not a DoD document, and somehow got placed in this particular file, coming from some other department of government, i.e., the celebrated MJ-12 itself.
Scenario Two: the document is not authentic, and was somehow placed in this file by someone with access to it, i.e., it was planted for whatever reason, either to lend credibility to it, or for some other purpose. But the bottom line is that someone had to have access to do so, which in the general context argues that, even if a fake, the document possesses some authenticity, some kernel of truth, whatever that kernel might be.
Scenario Three: whether authentic or not, the "release" of the document as part of a larger document may indicate that an attempt is being made to create a "slow drip" release, a "slow drip" sort of "disclosure". The whole question here is, if it's authentic, then the document, is a "slow drip disclosure," means they're trying to accustom people to an ET/UFO reality, and if it isn't, then the purpose would be to keep the meme alive.
There are, of course, any number of other possible scenarios, but the bottom line is, this is one to watch.

More on this story. The document “Operational Procedure for Project Pandora Microwave Test Facility” (175.pdf) including the Eisenhower briefing document at page 449 was uploaded to the site at least as early as 11/26/11 04:05:20 PM. Its size was then 16 078 KB. Some time between 11/10/12 07:01:41 PM and 02/17/13 10:53:59 AM a new version of the document was uploaded on the site, this version was almost 1 MB larger in size – 16 962 KB. This makes the text “This page last updated 10/25/12” invalid because the page got a new version of this file after 10/25/12.
Upon examining the difference between the two versions of the document, the following conclusions were made:
A) The pdf document had been re-created
B) The contents inside of the pdf document had been re-scanned, this could be determined from studying margin differences and was also clearly visible due to text angle differences
C) The only difference found between the two versions was that a few pages had been scanned in landscape mode instead of in portrait mode (or the other way around)
D) The total page count was identical
E) The Eisenhower briefing document content was identical
F) The handwritten FOIA note on top of the Eisenhower briefing document content was identical, showing that the same underlying copy of the document had been re-scanned into the new version of 175.pdf.
How the new PDF version became almost 1 MB larger in size only from a couple of pages being in portrait/landscape mode, is a little strange but is possibly normal when re-scanning and re-printing PDF documents. It would be great to have a security expert with insight into PDF format/malicious code embedding looking into it, just to ensure the additional file content does not stem from malicious code having been embedded into the document, because it is very strange that this document was re-printed and re-uploaded at all without any content differences, then grows with 1 MB in size with very minor differences. This in combination with the “This page last updated 10/25/12” being invalid, is a little strange.

I don’t know why everyone is in a big hurry to discover/disclose Nazi’s in space. Personally I find pigs in space more pleasant to think about. Any interplanetary contact you guys expect simply doesn’t exist,not in our solar system at least. If there is an advanced species out there they’ve avoided us like the plague,and certainly don’t give a rats ass about our well being. Think about it,if the first humans they meet in space are nazi’s and they represent the most advanced of our species,why bother with earth,unless of course we taste good. The mining rights in space must remain with the government and the profits be put towards taxes,focus people.
You CAN speculate in this A LOT. But the point is: YOU DON’T HAVE TO. All you have to do is to read the contents of the declassified content and conclude that DoD has now made the world aware that A) UFO’s and ETs are real, B) The Roswell incident was a real UFO alien incident that really took place, it was then covered up, C) That DoD has now disclosed this information. For the first time in human history, the MJ12, UFO and Roswell evidence is now fully connected and authenticated to the source, with this FOIA release nobody can now say that the US military has not disclosed the Roswell incident, the information is right in front of your eyes!
Now, I’ll avoid speculating too much about why the disclosure happens this way, but personally I think that they have researched in what way the disclosure can happen most securely and by letting it out like this it yields the lowest overall threat, because with the questions caused by denying authenticity it means the topic will for some time be in a mature period among the general public. They have probably concluded that full disclosure must happen in small increments in order to make everyone fully prepared, to avoid potential panic reactions with those that are not prepared enough. It’s rare that I find the US government does things that makes sense, but here I can kind of read behind the lines that they do want the truth out they are just extremely careful not doing it too quickly, which could potentially cause unexpected consequences. Since there are so many people out there that don’t have a clue of anything at all about reality, when you suddenly make those people fully aware of a completely different reality than the one they think they live in, that could cause harm and become dangerous, which is an unnecessary risk. Beyond this, by letting the disclosure out not directly from any particular individual, that individual is also under more protection.
In other words, disclosure is happening, it’s just that the process is slowly happening in steps, bigger and bigger ones, with greater and greater scope. The one we are now witnessing is in my view a really big disclosure step. Maybe one day, when all information has leaked in a way that can be authenticated to the source like this, the public is fully aware of everything and the people have adopted this information, the US president will do that classic UFO disclosure that everybody are expecting him to do. At that point that will then be received by an overall general public that is ready for it.
Beyond this, of course there could be other reasons, but those are confusing and create muddy thinking, you first of all need a lot more information in order to be able to say anything. I recommend everyone not to go that route, it is too speculative and not necessary either. A truth seeker must keep enough attention to what is obvious and little enough attention to what is distracting.
Beyond what I wrote, letting the disclosure out in small steps, allows them also to evaluate how the disclosure needs to happen. They knew that sooner or later they needed to make an indication like this to the public, so they did.
I’m sure they are now monitoring this in order to better understand how the disclosure towards the masses needs to happen, what the next step needs to/can be and what kind of information is possible to disclose.
At this point they have a lot of other information beyond what took place in Roswell so long ago. By letting the information remain available on the DoD release you can conclude:
A) DoD has recognized it’s there
B) DoD has decided not to remove it
C) It was most likely intentional by DoD
D) DoD considered it safe enough to disclose this information in this way.
Let’s hope that the general public when receiving this information now shows it is ready for full disclosure of both what took place at Roswell and what more has taken place since then. They know that when this spreads to all media, the public is going to demand answers to a lot of questions relating to this phenomenon, it opens pandora’s box and the general public then needs to be able to handle the truth as a whole.
Why could this be problematic? Well, a lot of us that have researched the UFO phenomenon also know that this is not an all white story, however much we want it to be, there are a lot of indications it’s kind of grey. On one side of the ET spectrum seems to be service to others kind of ET races, that simply want mankind to succeed on their evolutionary path and want to help when mankind shows it’s ready, and also to help make mankind more ready. These speak about unconditional love and want to warn about deception. On the other side of the spectrum, seems to be service to self kind of ET races, that do nasty stuff to humans, probably mostly indirectly but in some cases also directly and deceive them – things like human mutilation.
Remember that in this world we have dark forces, satanic cults, sacrifices etc., where is it rooted, where is all the darkness coming from? What beings feed off this energy and help causing this darkness? That could very well extend beyond our world within a certain capacity, maybe extend into some higher dimension, a war could even be going on behind the scenes on multiple levels/in multiple dimensions. So, it really seems it’s a quite delicate and complicated truth we are dealing with, that needs to come out, however in a secure way that does not put mankind off of its evolutionary path when it is disclosed in raw truth.
It is also important to validate whether anything is missing from the intended FOIA release as a result of the distracting black hand written text, when some content is unexpectedly present and is distracting the other content through a context switch, then it is important to also validate whether it has replaced any other content intended on those pages. What is required about this FOIA release is a neutral investigation into this particular FOIA release. A few questions are:
– Why is big black text written on top of content that is being declassified, forming an opinion about the content being declassified and causing text to become less readable?
– Has all of the “intended” content subject to declassification really been fully declassified, has something been left out as a result of the “unexpected” part which the FOIA Office has stated an opinion about?
– Why is the FOI Office of the opinion that the portion of the document with the top secret classification cannot be authenticated equally well as all other content in this release?
– How can the public know what really can be authenticated or not, when the FOIA Office seemingly randomly adds this kind of statement into the declassified content and seems to be a rare action taken by the FOIA Office?
– Why does the FOIA Office think there is room for errors in the declassification process?
Forgive any ignorance on my part concerning this, but I was always under the impression that the bodies were discovered at the wreckage site – not two miles east of it – and not approximately one week after the fact??(pp451, pg 3)

In the meantime a fog of doubt hangs around a lot of these documents, which brings us back to one of your chats with Daniel some time ago on the probability of the alteration and outright wholesale destruction of much of the older archival documentation.
My speculation is this: the saline solution of “disclosure” includes as usual heavy doses of sedatives to try to prevent the population from junking the present oligarchical system too fast. One way to do this will be for them to plead “national security” and to continue to conceal for as long as possible the PRE-WORLD WAR II STORY which takes us back to Germany, Tesla and the late 19th/early 20th century financial-industrial-technological cabal…
My take is these documents maybe a combination of truth and fabrications to confuse the UFO community. The best way to hide the truth to paraphrase Churchill wrap it in tissues of lies. Let the researchers go crazy trying to figure out what’s true from what’s false let them run around like chickens without a head.

As you know jedi I pay heed to serendipity. I’m just back from some business[I despise that word]. While out & about I ran into a person describing growing up in an Israeli kibbutz. He said that the Kibbutz kids had a reputation fro being good soldiers, in other words not nice people: do what you gotta do. There were other aspects of being a good soldier, but what it came down to was a tremendous group pressure to conform. I mean there’s no force that makes you conform, but the group pressure s are very powerful. The fear of exclusion is very great. He went on to say that they all read the same newspaper. The idea of reading a different one just didn’t happen. And jedi, if you look at who goes into pilot training and the rangers, it’s the kibbutz kids. They conform.

Today conformity is inescapable. If one does not conform, the rest of us are taught to alienate that person. Given that “social connectedness” is so crucial to survival, it’s literally conform or die. Some of us though, I think a lot of us here on the site, would rather die then completely conform into a pleb. What is it though that makes us this way? Is it our personality? Are we just born that way, or can it be taught? Now more than ever people need to stop rolling over, they need to stand up for what is right. If people can be molded into conformity maybe the reverse is also true.

A) One cannot argue with the fact that this is information provided as declassified material at “http://www.dod.mil/pubs/foi/operation_and_plans/Exercises_and_Projects/175.pdf” to the public by Office of the Secretary of Defense and Joint Staff

B) Whatever additional DoD FOIA office handwritten text is written on top of the declassified material is irrelevant from the point of view of consuming the declassified material – which is the point of the declassification – to read what is in the classified content.
C) In case a portion of the declassified material is not applicable, one must consider none of the content in any declassified material to be applicable and truthful, in which case it would render the whole declassification program totally distorted, totally useless and totally misleading
D) Cases A – C above sums up to a case where top secret content somehow has morphed into material that has already been signed for declassification either deliberately or by mistake, in which case the FOIA people have desperately tried to apply some late time explanation on top of the original document.
Due to case C above – there is no room for “errors” in declassified content (because that would at best mean recreation of content rather than declassification of content), case D makes this incident into an official disclosure!!!
No government in the world can back out from something like this. You cannot get stronger evidence than this. If this would be denied in court, one would have to conclude the whole court system is also equally false.
No, however I put it, for whatever reason this content went public, THIS IS TRUE DISCLOSURE!!!
